161  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice Statistics on: February 17, 2020, 03:15:42 PM
Hi Everyone

I want to launch a website dedicated to dices, so I'm looking for any information regarding this. I'm interested in site traffic, for instance - how many players visit each dice every day? Does anybody know where to get the data like this?

I'm not sure if there's a site yet which accurately stores this type of data. However, the long way to acquire this would be by going through each individual site and looking at the stats but that is of course very labour intensive and it maybe something you don't want to do - always better to automate laborious tasks Smiley

I could totally see why they would want to stay away from the investors and I could also understand why it looked like maybe there could have been better ways as well. If they already have a lot of money of their own that they saved up during this period, why wouldn't they just simply continue to do it all by themselves? It makes sense honestly and I could totally see it being a proper managed if they have enough money.

However, I also do understand that current investors, it is wise to decline new investors however telling the current investors to remove their money in 30 days could be better handled, not that they have to since they have the money for it but they could potentially just let them continue for another 6 months or so while giving them some sort of notification a lot earlier than just 30 days.

The 30 days notice is just fine, and seems to upheld the normalities of the law not that it matters much on here. I don't see what the point is in complaining about this, they seem to have found money else where and no more investors are needed, or at all for this matter, and informing them it's only reasonable. Another 6 months might be a bit much, don't you think?
163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who among us here has been addicted but successfully cured addiction? on: February 16, 2020, 08:42:06 PM
Overcoming gambling is a big step and I don't think people can get over it so easily, even if they have some willpower left - it takes much more than that. Addiction is a heavy obsession and curing it is hard. This is why it's so important that people first understand the risks they're taking when going down this route.

Good luck to all, and btw this is another great way to include some people who would otherwise may feel excluded from society but that's why there are these online forums - helping people out no matter the situation! And this platform is doing exactly that...  Shocked

Guys just ignore them. This "sterile debate" is becoming really annoying.

Did any one see the "Autobet Summary" popup window that appears at the end when using autobet?! I am not sure when it was implemented but it looks great and it's very useful for autobets funs like me.

Most casinos with autobet functionality do have this feature and I agree with you that is good to summarise your strategy before going live. So keep the improvements coming  Grin
166  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 40 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: February 16, 2020, 04:58:56 PM
Since symphonized is here and talked about the price for second time in a row this time, for the last time could you please tell us if the price has anything to do with wagering amounts? I do not mean just in bitcoin terms because I am sure back in the day when bitcoin was 200-300 bucks there was more bitcoins gambled which is obvious, however I want to know in dollar terms, when bitcoin was 7k just a month or two months ago, how much dollar was gambled on average per day versus now at over 10k how much dollar is gambled?

I know you want to know what we do when bitcoin price goes up but that is a two way street and I would love to hear what you guys do when price goes up as well, if you guys get a lot more people gambling, if you guys get less money gambled, like what happens when prices change?

@ davinchi I think this is a very good question and I'm surprised this has been overlooked so far, though I do hope you get a honest and prompt response. Having said this, I'm not sure whether you'll get a response at all since this info maybe considered too sensitive to share on there but who knows maybe we'll be nicely surprised.

As to my opinion on the matter, I think that the platform has reached such a large user base that these fluctuations doesn't affect the gambling rate by much. I expect that this will decrease at first for a short while but then peak up again, and the reason I think this is because even if the price goes up people always assume it could go higher and what better way to increase your amount than gamble. As such, the high-risk takers would therefore consider this as an opportunity, while others will gamble anyway to keep up with their daily/weekly habits Embarrassed

That's my guess, anyways but as I said earlier it would be nice to get an inside view on this!
167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Importance of Double Checking while playing Roulette? on: February 16, 2020, 03:42:01 PM
Played Roulette in one of the reputed casino, on consecutive bets value spend was 0.00008192 eth. For the first two bets this was the value and mistakenly for the third consecutive bet unknowingly my fingers have touched the chips based on which value can be increased. This made the further bet amount to 1.00008192 eth, and the bet lost. Further I wasn't able to go for further betting. This ended the day a loss of more than an ethereum. If I've double checked I could've escaped such a massive loss.

I can see how this can be super annoying. Perhaps, you could suggest to the casino owner (i assume this was online) to add a feature where this UI interaction would need to be confirmed before raising with a specific value, this is how at the moment I imaging this issue could be prevented as I'm sure you're not the only one this has happened to.
168  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 Bitz.gg - The Ultimate List of Bitcoin Gambling Sites - All Bonus Codes on: February 16, 2020, 03:38:41 PM
I like how extensive you've gone with the lists and some of the UGI during page loading is actually very nice. What I'd comment on as not being my favourite was the background icons which sometimes got in the way of the text upon scrolling. Also, I'm curious to know how these casinos have made it to your list, what factors did you use for them?

Thank you very much for your honest opinion.

Yeah, we're working on that background every week, stay tuned for a update Smiley

We added GG.Bet to our sportsbook category
https://blockz.network

Much appreciated you replying to my message. What I meant earlier and you seem to have not understood me was what elements or factors do you use or take into consideration for a casino to have in order for you to add them to your list? I'm just curious because there's also other websites doing the same thing you do and their choice of which casinos goes on their list is at large dependent on affiliation.
169  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.me - Crypto Casino 🎰 Now Accepting EOS | Roll Hunt | Bonuses on: February 16, 2020, 03:31:13 PM
Top players for this week.  Wink

fightemhard283 this week has wagered an extraordinary amount > 5BTC. This is insane and on this piece of info I bet this is a whale because I wouldn't imagine it otherwise.

The fact that you attracted a whale on your site indicates that at least something is going right, mind to speculate what you think this factor might be?
170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling websites need to add self-control functionality! on: February 15, 2020, 11:51:50 PM
Do they  Huh  Isn't it all up to the player? The role of a casino is to provide games and entertainment for you in every shape and form they can, and with this in mind then why would they not profit from the "weak-minded" players? I don't see a casino adding this feature any time soon as it would limit their potential profit which is their main agenda, rather than making sure their customers are not betting more than they can afford to.
171  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥BitKong.com🔥⭐Updated Game V2⭐New Bonuses⭐New Currencies⭐Native Android APP⭐ on: February 15, 2020, 11:47:11 PM
For me it all depends on the amount I play with, but even so my goal is always reaching to the top which I did manage to do on a couple of occasions, though that was for fun rather than heavy profit making. And I suppose it depends on the mindset of the player, if they're purely looking for making a profit I guess its safer to harvest early, whereas for someone who's only looking for some entertainment it wouldn't matter as much , or at least, this is how I play, anyway Smiley

Filled up my full name, birthday, address line 1, city, state, country, zip code, mobile number then boom, NOT ALLOWED TO LOGIN. CONTACT THE SUPPORT. What does this actually mean? Is the info submitted even with this error? It's not comfortable already to fill up those details then at the end, they are giving their users a hassle way to register.
Has anyone actually successfully gambled after registering? Maybe this has been redone to be an information gathering scam, they get your KYC and use it to try and open or withdrawal from already open accounts or sell it to people. KYC of crypto users is probably worth quite a bit.

I'm not sure and I don't know. It's fine filling up my info there but that error stopped my purpose lol.

The user LUCKMCFLY above your post claims he able to register and also provided feedback.

I tried the registration again, now on my neighbor's IP, the same registration error prompt. I don't know how LUCKMCFLY breached that.

Knowing that there're are 3 steps involved to register I wouldn't even bother signing up, so I can't feedback on the issue you're describing.

My guess is that either there's something wrong with the details you provided, perhaps in terms of format, or genuinely something's up with the website. After all, how can you trust what other members on here say? I'm not saying they're not truthful but always consider the possibility of dishonesty due to other underlying motives. Just saying, take everything with a 'pinch of salt'

At BitKong players are celebrating Valentine's day with lots of BitKong and for most of them their time is paid off. Check out the current winners' leaderboard, where pcanimae is clearly on the roll!

Isn't full user transparency though addressed and implemented by all the big dice casinos? As far as my current knowledge goes this is the case. It would be worth though to consider or think about other main ways how this new casino is unique - I'm sure there are some perks not yet mentioned but its good to have these stated in full, presumably these will have been written in the whitepaper? So you can always re-iterate them!
175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: After losing did you feel you must return the soonest to win back your losses? on: February 14, 2020, 10:15:40 AM
For me, it depends on how much I have and how much I've spent and lost by playing. If this balance tips more towards loss and little money left, I cut my losses and stop playing but I must say this also depends on the type of game I'm playing. Some of them, like Bitkong can be so easily addictive but at least I can play with very little and still get the thrill Smiley
176  Economy / Gambling / Re: New DuckDice review is live - We need your help.. on: February 14, 2020, 10:12:48 AM
I think DuckDice had a huge problem, which you can find in their trust settings,,, and which you should really reflect and talk about in your review. For the sake of openness and transparency. Now of course everybody has the chance to do better and change their reputation but you cannot for sure ignore it in your review:)
Very good point, should be definitly part of the review. In general, if reviews reuse the sites trust rating here at BTT it strengthens the importance of such reviews and leads to the fact that sites have an immediate interest in getting the causes of the trust ratings sorted out asap.
Are there currently any scam accusations open against DuckDice? A quick forum search brought up only old (2017) or sorted out accusations.

As it stands at the moment people are saying that they're still owed money from them since the last shout-down of the business. If you want to read more into this, you can have a look at their first launch page, where discussions about their negative review is ongoing: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1676313.2760

Hello everyone,

Our latest DuckDice review has just gone live  Cool You can find it here: https://bitcoinchaser.com/casino/duckdice-review/

We are looking for community feedback specifically covering issues that players have experienced on the site, as well as what they like about the platform.

Thanks again everyone! Smiley

Hey, I quite enjoyed learning about the site but what I'd like to suggest is in relation to the interactive game, which btw I think it's a really nice touch but while reading this section I noticed it how it was mentioned its availability for mobile users only. I think this feature is cool and its availability should, in my opinion, extend over that of mobile users
178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and health 🤕symptoms on: February 12, 2020, 11:00:45 PM
I have read this article: Youth gambling problems: a public health perspective I consider it important for gamblers, Gambling addiction greatly contributes to drug and alcohol abuse and theft. Joining a casino makes you lose a lot of money and smoke a lot of cigarettes and wine, This, of course, will pose a major threat to your health!!!

Can crypto really give solutions to gambling addicts?
-Eliminate drug and alcohol addiction.
-Get rid of bad habits like theft.
-Reducing the risk ratio.....

😉Did joining gambling make you addicted to drugs and drink?!!

I think, in some cases, crypto can be a solution to those who are addicted to gambling but there's not one solution fits all! The type of addicts described in the article are extreme, in my opinion, and so having one small distraction may not help everybody. I like to assume that most people on here are controlled gamblers and never in a situation as bad as described in the article.
179  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.me - Crypto Casino 🎰 Now Accepting EOS | Roll Hunt | Bonuses on: February 12, 2020, 08:58:39 PM
Slots are probably the biggest attraction in regular gambling, I don't know what is the most played on online gambling world or even what is the most gambled in crypto gambling world (maybe dice?) but in the real brick and mortar type of regular casinos, people gamble on slots the most, and by a big difference. The reason is you can literally put 100 dollars into a machine and play there for 10 hours and still get out with over 50 dollars while also getting free drinks and even maybe meals since you are gambling there (for most casinos).

In ever regular casino you see like at least 80% slots. I dont see why there would be any different with web casinos. Slots are most simple to play that is why people loves them. You see the jackpot and hope to get it. Simple as that Smiley

Slots is fun and everything but if you're really moving all of that online, which most casinos now are, then you can get a little more flexible and so the gambling preferences change. Having said that, it seems that dice does land among the top popular games people play on here, the reason being that it's been developed by several casinos, some more reputable than others. Not to mention the crazy level up that some of them have, its all very attractive and definitely captivating, even for people who just want the thrill of gambling- faucets make that possible Cheesy
180  Economy / Gambling / Re: WOLF.BET - Provably fair dice game $1,000 Daily Race7-day streak bonus on: February 12, 2020, 06:47:11 PM

I didn't look into the thread for a while, and what I see now is the same old talk about hidden names in the wagering contest. But let me make a refreshing change. As it seems that other casinos are also hiding the players' names (if the players choose so, obviously) and quite a few of them have daily wagering contests as well, do people also question the legitimacy of bets and contest results in other threads over here? I'm curious as to what is actually driving these doubters, and whether they are indeed interested in finding out the names or they have something else in mind

I think people just want to be able to check that the winners actually exist

I don't know how you can check it

Even if a few top rollers would regularly come here and report they are indeed real folks with real names, some would start complaining they are paid shills or whatever. However, did anyone see a complaint that some mate wagered a huge amount and wasn't included in the list of winners?

As far as I remember, there were no such reports but I've seen people posting they managed to get to the top of the list (read, the contest is real). Otherwise, they would obviously raise a hell like it was with Roobet refusing to pay yahoo his win, with half the forum going crazy over it for a couple weeks

Why would anybody want to report their real name? To me that's another way of possibly getting found out by the tax people, or whatever. In any case, the reason for crypto gambling is anonymity so having the full names disclosed  goes totally against that. As for the leader board being real, I can't comment as I never got close to being at the top but I guess other people can comment from their own experience
