161  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: August 19, 2016, 04:43:05 PM
I'm in desperate need for money right now. I need 3-5 BTC. I don't know what to do. I can't find a job because I have social anxiety. I have just 10 full member accounts in bitcointalk, that's it. I can sell it, maybe, but these accounts isn't even worth 1 BTC Sad

Its really sad to hear that you are going through this phase of your life and that is true that full member accounts will never give you that high amount but I don't understand why you need that high amount desperately?
well sometimes people are in deep shit such as loans and so on, thats why i dont like the banks that give them out, it should be destroyed
162  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: August 19, 2016, 04:41:31 PM
I agree that we should hold on to some of our bitcoins as a long term investment, but I don't see a problem with using some for investing and trading. Also, spending it can help promote bitcoin at places of business.
I think it depends on your condition at that time and depending on the price at that time. if you really need the money and the current price is quite large. why do not you sell it?
well as for me personally bitcoin is the only investment so i would do everything that i wouldnt have to spend it all any time in the near future
163  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: August 19, 2016, 04:40:50 PM
I think the halving is really good for bitcoin. The halving affect the price of bitcoin and it's become increase so high like right now. I'm sure all people will said the halving is good for bitcoin.
yeah, it is a perfect thing because it makes the price to go up after a decent amount of time, i hope that the trend of the price will be up over time
164  Economy / Economics / Re: How good are you at managing your money on: August 19, 2016, 04:40:13 PM
honestly I was the one who was not good at managing finances. however I feel happy, because I can still manage the expenditure to be less than income. it helps me save a little money to save each month.
well im still not too good at it, to be honest i often lose my money on gambling games, though i get a lot of entertainment playing that
yeah im not good at it at all either, though i never experience any bigger issues because of that, i hope that i will get better in the future
165  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 19, 2016, 04:39:19 PM
It would be too risky to quit your job but it would be good for you if you would make use of bitcoin too.
Yeah! it is true that quitting our job is too risky as we might not succeed in focusing with bitcoin. Our job provides us a stable and consistent income while in bitcoin we might lose our money, that's the big difference for everyone who wish to go full time with bitcoin.

There are many people who are full time in bitcoin especially the traders who are making good money with it but to get full time on bitcoin you also need high capital to invest at initial stage.
yeah though it is risky to be a trader at the moment, in my opinion they never can earn any steady income unfortunately
166  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: August 18, 2016, 08:39:05 PM
All time low coming, be ready...
thats nonsense, all time low would be 0 so it is theoretically impossible for it to happen, besides that i think bitcoin will grow because of huge adoption

I agree with that. If the bitcoin price reaches $400, it will mean it is a dead coin as that is far below the mining cost.

Bitcoin is not considered as a dead on reaching or dropping at 400$ because bitcoin has a capacity to rise again. The same thing is happened in past that bitcoin is drop very low from a high price but you see that bitcoin is rise again so it is wrong to say that bitcoin is dead if it will drop to 400$.
thats right, a lot of people screaming that it is dying all the time even if it is just a small drop, i hope the price is going to come back up soon
167  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: August 18, 2016, 08:38:31 PM
yes we have 2 shops here in our area who are accepting bitcoin, sometime when i need some thing from that shop i visit and do shopping in bitcoin, its really feels very good while shopping in gambling.
oh wow, lucky you, i have never been to a bitcoin shop ever and it seems like there wont be anything like that in the near future around me
168  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: August 18, 2016, 08:36:45 PM
Well, i always sell my bitcoins every week after i received my payment from a service and i don't think i can't to not sell my bitcoins, because i always need it to turn it into fiat.

Well maybe you are on a fast pace life that you need always fiat money and you are not able to save every time you are exchanging it to fiat money.
It is going to be good if you are going to try some bitcoin allocation and try to save some of the bitcoins you have. So that you are going to have stable holdings of bitcoin.

Saying to someone  that he must allocate some bitcoin to his savings is easy but if we are in his situation maybe we would say the same thing especially if you need  money for everyday living, you would definitely exchange your bitcoin  to fiat everyday so that you would survive for everyday living.

In the short term, we can wait a few more months to buy the bitcoin. The bitcoin price might drop a bit lower.
i hope it is not going to go down any more, it might become a disaster as people might be panic selling their bitcoins really fast
169  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: August 18, 2016, 08:36:11 PM
Best way to see bitcoin hight and popular is wait, i think that bitcoin can become international currency but we need to force one country to accept it as legal Grin
i think you are right, sooner or later the adoption is going to happen, and it will make us all some good money if we are patient enough
well anything is possible when it comes to bitcoin, the adoption might happen or not, no one can be sure about it, thats why it is such a risky investment option
170  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: August 18, 2016, 08:35:30 PM
If it happen to me, i will try borrow money from my friends and my relative first. If they can't do that, i will try find a job or part time job, because i really need money.

i think we can take loan at bank with our home certificate or our motorcycle certificate as a collateral, in my country it's very easy to take loan with valid collateral, the interest only 20-30% per year.
taking a loan is the worst decision you might possibly do, it would tie you to the bank and you would have to return a huge amount back
171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: August 17, 2016, 02:00:20 PM
For those who do not have any knowledge about gambling, I will say it is wrong for them to gamble as they are not able to earn back their invested money into gambling, they will lose all of their money sooner.

Yeah, gambling is risky to people who know about gambling and it's even more risky to people who don't know about gambling and i think gambling it's not wrong if you know how to do it.

You see, that's the problem all gambling addicts are having, they all think they know how to do it. I don't think gambling is wrong but thinking that you know how do it is wrong in my opinion. That way of thinking leads you to big loss.
yes they think they can and will always win , they gamble confidently but got a disappointing result everytime they gamble , they think they know how to gamble properly to win but they don't.

i can not see gambling are wrong , i only can see yourself are in wrong condition when you gamble.

As long as your not addicted to it. The addicted gambler is what is wrong here. Just accept if you loose and never too greedy if you win. You must set a goal.
yeah, addiction is a really bad thing and it can make you lose a lot of money so it is definitely wrong, i would not go too much into gambling in order to avoid adiction
172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you trust to bitcoin casinos? on: August 17, 2016, 01:54:41 PM
I don't know why people even would consider trusting them.

They are a casino whose purpose on earth is to steal people's money from them by fooling them with having them play their games.  Roll Eyes

You might as well just had your money over to them and not waste your time playing their games. Tongue
there is no need not to trust them because they are all the time legit to be honest the provably fair system helps to see that you were not scammed on your bets
173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: August 17, 2016, 01:53:54 PM

In Sports Betting you have a high percent of winning if you bet on strong teams , most of the time you will win but the only problem is the odds are low. But if you will be able to win multiple times even with a low odds then you will get rich someday. That is the safest method for me.
and if we love the sport then it will be easier. we predict how the game goes. it would be very nice. hobby once worked.

Yes, and when you bet on one sure winning and you lose, for next sure winning you bet double.. for next sure winning you bet four times more, and when you lose the last sure winning you are already in deep .. problem.. standard scenario..
thats why i never use any strategies for gambling, they are meant to help people lose all their money and it is a really bad thing, i play with my own head
174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Gambling is Fun? on: August 17, 2016, 01:53:06 PM
It is fun and one way to get away yourself from stress,in the sense that you had your time for yourself.Where your kinda of person that gambling will give you time to relax and get you away from your personal problem. Its your another way of enjoying yourself.

But it can quickly turn into another problem if you can't control yourself: loosing. So we gotta be careful before playing with money. It might be just a piece of paper, but that piece of paper can change our lives one day.

Because most people Love money and by that they ended up addicted to it, and I think most people have these problem in controlling their greed, and because they love money more than themselves they don't think so much on what consequence they might get from getting addicted with gambling.
Really a lot of people who do not have control over the betting so that they would be sorry if it had lost a lot of bitcoin. If someone gamble just to have fun and not to make a profit would have thought gambling was fun.
and i gamble only really small money at the moment to be honest, in my opinion it allows me to get a decent entertainment level right now
gambling small is not fun at all, it is always a bigger thrill to wager huge amounts of money, gambling is really entertaining when you risk big
175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: August 17, 2016, 01:52:26 PM
Gambling in a smart way means that you know how to prevent yourself from getting losses. So one of the smart way is to avoid gambling as a lot of the games are usually put you in a disadvantage. So why play with disadvantage.
I think we cannot prevent loses because that is just a norms in gambling, losing and winning are both possible to be experience by every gambler. The smartest way is to know your goal in gambling and do not mix having fun and aiming for money because the outcome is never good.
of course it is impossible to prevent yourself from losing the money, in my opinion playing gamble in smart way will also result in big losses
176  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: August 16, 2016, 06:46:18 PM
You can motivate only those woman to bitcoin who want to earn money from home, while those who will want to earn from outside will never join bitcoin.
you are right, if a person does not want to make any money with bitcoins you cannot force them to do that, i doubt that women like bitcoin
177  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: August 16, 2016, 06:45:45 PM
I predict that the next few years bitcoin prices could be greatly improved. with the movement of the current bitcoin is growing, the number of users bitcoin will be many more. some people have even speculated that bitcoin digital currency will be recognized by the world.
Well, actually what you are saying is right, bitcoin is becoming a global currency already although this is not so popular in the world. Wise people use bitcoins in transacting online to save from the high cost of other payment processor while wiser people invest on bitcoin and bet on the future of it.

Well as of now that is the fact that bitcoin is not really that popular at all but as the time goes by for sure it is going to become popular at all and many people are going to use it and going to have conscious about bitcoin. And it is possible to happen in 2017. For the small range of time for having it is going to happen.

Agreed, we accept that now bitcoin is not too much popular but it is going to popular step wise, because we can judge it the four years halving and in this halving has a clear different and that is number of the people has been increased . So i am also agree that in 2017 bitcoin achieve more popularity in global market.

Yes and the users of bitcoins are continuously increasing and it will keep on growing in next year too which will take price to a new level so I think it will be a good year for bitcoin.
i hope that the bitcoins are going to become bigger and bigger with time because a lot of people are buying their bitcoins at the moment
178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is big problem in using of bitcoin on: August 16, 2016, 06:43:40 PM
Biggest problem in using bitcoin is in price instability, this is factor that is stopping many companies and big investors to use bitcoin.if price become stable then more players will join bitcoin.

I'm very agree with you. The price of bitcoin is really big problem for bitcoin, because the price can easily increase and decrease. For some people it's not good for investment.
thats true, a lot of people are afraid to use bitcoins at the moment because they think that the price of the bitcoin is going to drop and they will lose money
179  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How can i pass on my bitcoins in case i die? on: August 16, 2016, 06:43:05 PM
what can i do to make sure, that after my death my loved ones can inherit my bitcoin?
and only after my death and not before. so giving them my privatkey now is not an option.

i think just give them your private keys and then show them how to use it and when you will die they will be able to use those bitcoins
180  Other / Archival / Re: BTC puzzle! 0.5 BTC on: August 16, 2016, 06:42:30 PM
ok i wrote a code to check the private key but there are so many answers that i don't know or am not sure about the char to put for the picture some are 2 or 3 possibilities and a couple of them are the whole 58 char Cheesy

so i am down to 149,846,016 possible private keys Cheesy assuming the rest of answers are correct and also in correct case (upper or lower)

i will run it for a little while longer and then will give up and try to reduce the possible keys to check.

Update: all checked and nothing found lol
how long did it actually take you to get through all those possibilities? besides that i think there are a lot of mistakes so it wont be possible to find it out
