161  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 29 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: April 01, 2019, 06:58:06 PM
I think not that many place has like 30 billion wagered so we will see for the first time Cheesy. I mean primedice leads these promos type of deals because they are the ones that has the most of it, however there must be some places with over 1 billion bets at least and I have never seen them doing any special 1 billion promo or at least make a big deal out of it because they literally know that primedice and stake already moved beyond that so its not a big news in any other place.

Whatever is done about how many bets has been played happens here first than happens in stake so whoever else has it than they are the third which doesn't really mean a big deal at this point. 30 billion I am sure will have a huge reward and they will definitely do a big promo but I am eyeing for that 100 billion, I know there is A LOT of time to that but one day it will happen and that 100 billion rewards will be insane.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019 icos on: April 01, 2019, 12:57:07 PM
in this year, ICOs is still a hard time to get back the trust from investors, many ICOs are scams and not any ICOs can success, so i think ICOs still alive but may need more time to develope to get back the investors, however many ICOs are still promissing so i guess it will soon be better.
No matter how small the mining farm is, it will still require capital and which the capital we are talking about here is quite intensive, the set up cost a lot especially when he chooses to mine some of these popular coins like Bitcoin, most of the altcoins that are quite easy to mine now does not have much profit on them, so the best is what you have advised him to go for which is the accumulation of altcoins through IEO since IEO is still the safest means of investing now till further notice, because I am still about skeptical about IEO survival too since many exchanges, both known are unknown wants to copy Binance.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will IEO be good in the future? on: April 01, 2019, 08:27:06 AM
I have now some money but still earning to invest more in an IEO. I have heard celer IEO and investor get x6 of its investment. I was move away by this profit in an instant, i want also so i keep money, my question is after all good feedback of IEO, will IEO be like Ico which failed in the market or will IEO be last longer?
It on depends, I think it's relatively new and it might not be possible to tell for now if the future of IEO would be good, as we all know that the crypto market is a free market and everything goes in this market, this is why I'm saying that we don't know the future of IEO because any company can start up a scam IEO company and we might begin to see often IEO scam in the crypto space which will means that there is no future anymore for IEO in the crypto space and we might see even more better idea springing up.

Like most other people, I am not excited to welcome IEO but definitely I will act cautiously as per the lessons learned here. I am afraid IEO maybe successful only in the beginning days and later on may turn to what we have seen in the names of ICO. But, it all into the hands of big exchanges.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The crypto market is improving and green. on: April 01, 2019, 07:41:21 AM
There is nothing good with the cryptocurrency market that we can start rejoice, for several months the cryptocurrency market is constantly either falling or growing a little but always stays at about the same place, so we only dream of about a good market growth.
What do you expect, you want it to suddenly shoot up to ATH so that you can dump the coin for us and leave right ?
We are here together and we stay here together to build a stronger bitcoin lol, but seriously, there is something good looming about the cryptocurrency.

The crypto is always expected to experience this because of many fundamental factors that could either be in favor of it or against it, those factors that has been against it for a while now is already dwindling and from now on, we will continue to see a rise in the total capital market and eventually head for the bull market you have been waiting for tirelessly.
165  Economy / Economics / Re: What should you do in bearish market? on: March 29, 2019, 08:53:59 PM
The bearish market time should be the time we should learn and invest at the right time.  When market is going down most times we don't know how far it can go but if we spend time in learning how to understand the bottom from the formal data there is no way we would not invest aright.
I think anyone who is an investor should always plan ahead. Know what should be your target for the year. Some of us are greedy and they don't have any plans. They just watch the market and that's why they will continue to lose most of the times. You should know what time to cut your loss and when to cut your profit. If you don't, that means you will always take whatever the market gives to you. And it's good to buy coins during bear trend and store them till bull. If you decide to wait till bull, then you will be buying out of FOMO

2. FOCUS ON READING BOOKS, SEEKING FOR INFORMATION, GETTING MORE KNOWLEDGE
Lolzzz… I don't see why you added that number two Grin. Why would you be reading when you already lost your money? That's funny. That's why, if you're a trader you always need to setup your stop-loss, so that you don't lose and even if you do lose, it wouldn't be that much. Then as for those that are Hodling, you need to be following up with the market regularly to know when you're meant to withdraw.
166  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the bearish road over? on: March 29, 2019, 08:15:04 PM
Things seem to have stabilized for the time being but of course, a new drop is not out of the question. On the other hand, maybe the bad days are over and a new spring is about to begin.

What do you think?
The market is more stable in recent time no doubt about that fact, but the question of whether they may be further decline is not out of place since there is a tendency that the market might decline though not to the level of the past.
Yes, rock like stable above $4k levels which means no possibilities of going any below the price of $3600+. I have seen people that have predicted $2500, but I don't think that is going to happen. Price is not going to go below what it has been. Next thing now is bull run after this stable phase. And as for those that still don't want to buy till now, they are really going to be sorry for themselves for not investing their money while they had the chance to do so.

As per the current stable market conditions, we may assume that bearish mode has been done and the market is about to bounce back. The millionaire dollar question would be how long this sideways market may persist.
167  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless Economy: Is Society ready for transformation? on: March 29, 2019, 07:39:50 PM
As of now the people aren't ready to get transformed. Society is full of different levels of people, here people at the top will find it easy to get transformation. The low level people find it difficult and at some point they will adopt it. Cashless economy will continue to happen in a gradual manner.
As long as poverty is still not resolved, of course there are still many people who will be oppressed by such a system, imagine if the government imposes a cashless implementation to their economy and society, what about the low level people  to be survived?
Eradicating poverty has got nothing with cashless society. I think once a government is ready to implement the cashless policy system, even those you refer to as low level people would adjust and learn to accept the new payment method. After all, those low level people still carry out transactions daily, the only challenge is knowledge of which I am sure they would learn how to use.

No matter the effort of government, there would always be a little level of poverty in an economy, takes many years to achieve a completely poverty free economy and we can’t say we have to wait till this is achieved before the implementation of cashless policy.
168  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks against the crypto on: March 29, 2019, 07:06:09 PM
Decentralization. Everyone is talking about it. Can cryptocurrency lead to the disappearance of banks. Or will banks be able to adjust and remain in power?
they will certainly have to adjust their power and will have to share half of the profits for crypto businesses.
crypto businesses cannot manipulate all banks because their systems are difficult to understand and that will not cause sympathy for customers and they will be afraid of being scammed.
So I think the combination of banking and blockchain is a perfect combination than ever.
I don’t think replacing banks is even part of a short term agenda by cryptocurrency, there might be a long-term plan to do this though but I doubt if it will ever happen because there are too many powerful people behind that. But, they can either assist or work with banks. Banks have a function to play in the society and same as cryptocurrency. I see them working hand in hand to achieve a great result. And the idea of government wanting crypto to be centralized might not be a reality.
169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Playing Gambling Games For Charities on: March 29, 2019, 06:32:58 PM
This is a good work you plan to do, portraying gambling in a good light and as well as cryptocurrency. I think gambling industry does not really have a very good reputation and there are still people who do not know much about cryptocurrency. So, your plan of making people raise money in form of cryptocurrency for charity gambling means that it is for good and the project will be very successful. It an act of kindness that I think will go a long way in changing the lives of man.

I hope there will be good members of this forum who would give you all the support you need, both moral and financial. I am totally in agreement with this and you have all my support.
170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling destitute on: March 29, 2019, 05:32:21 PM
I think those who do not have self-control in playing gambling game are the ones causing fuss in the industry and they can actually become destitute if not controlled. Gambling was made to be played as fun and for entertainment. I remember I started betting from childhood, those days we even bet with our pocket money or meal but it was so interesting because it was fun.

It has always been that way until some greedy or lazy people who feel that’s how they can become rich stepped in. There’s a rule to the game and that is never gamble what you cannot afford to lose. If everyone can just follow this rule, then there will be no issues
171  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHY DO WE NEED A TRADING PLAN ? on: March 29, 2019, 10:07:49 AM
I don't think that we need any specific trading plan for crypto trading, as the market has been constantly changing, so we have to plan our strategy according to the market situation.
You have just supported trading plan too, lol. Look at your last few words; you said “so we have to plan our strategy according to the market situation.” So, how do you intend planning out your strategy if you don’t put your plans down, it is when you have your trading plan that you will successfully evaluate your transactions, remember the strategies you once used that made a particular trade successful and also have the past data of all your plans.

So, trading plan is not really that bad though it can be quite stressful at the initial stage before we finally get used to it.
172  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance Raw trading data on: March 29, 2019, 08:33:45 AM
I am trying to understand who is going to pay 1500+ $ for raw Binance historic data... https://coinograph.io/binance-historical-data/ | https://www.kaiko.com/pages/kaiko-pricing

I am trying to develop such a service but with a fee of 100~200 $.

What do you think?

Will anyone here, be interested in such service?

What price do you think is fair?
Raw data from Binance? is it not the same way you got it that others too can get it, I doubt if many people will make this as priority because I personally don’t see how their raw data can be of help to my trade, if you need to develop anything that will really be of help to many people, I will advise you develop what will help people make profit in their trading.

Moreover, the amount you are talking about is quite too expensive, do you know how much I will get if I just invest that in bitcoin and leave it for a very long term. $20 dollars would have been a fair price for many potential people that will patronize it.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Locking Bounty Rewards To Avoid Dumping on: March 29, 2019, 07:48:38 AM
i also have this bounty campaign that i participated that locks all the rewards for us bounty hunters and they said they will completely distribute it in the second quarter this year , and the reward is just a small amount and it is being locked up. Bounty hunters is not the reason why most altcoins are being dump it is because the project itself has jo future that is why the coin is being dumped.
Well, it’s not a bad idea to try it out and see if hunters dumping bounty really has any effect on it or not, but I believe it must have been glaring to them too that the effect of dumping done by bounty hunters doesn’t have much effect on the coin.

Most projects to are not just sure of what makes people dump coin easily even if they are good, I have some campaigns I have gotten their tokens for the past one year now and yet to enter exchange, I really don’t blame them for not entering exchanges yet till they fully develop their project and have a fully built working product. Majority of investors too contributes to why a project is not appreciating yet because we don’t stay with them for a while to fully grow their projects before we start dumping their coins.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Protecting Your Computer? on: March 29, 2019, 06:25:27 AM
Don't use the computer online. As simple as that! Only sign messages and copy them to your online computer.
Hey mate, hos is it possible not to use your computer online, except you strictly want to be using your pc for office doc, movies and gaming but so long you are engaging yourself in anything that has to do with internet, your computer must always be online, in fact, trading requires that your system is online 24 hrs.

So, I don’t think staying offline with a PC is possible for anyone, the best is just to put all necessary security gadgets in place that will protect the system from external intruders, most especially hackers, we have lots of company that has dedicate their time to seeing that these security gadgets are effective, so best is to protect your system with the genuine ones and keep it updated.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: who are they behind ico? on: March 28, 2019, 09:37:32 PM
How can you be asking who is the top person behind ICO, this is a very ridiculous question because the last I checked, the crypto market is a free market and any one can start up any project in the crypto space without having to consult any agency or individual.

I think you need to go and read how bitcoin and crypto in general work, because from the question you just asked, I am sure you should be a newbie in this crypto world.
176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin in sports betting on: March 28, 2019, 09:03:42 PM
I have an interest in sports but not in sports gambling.never tried to gambling specially by btc.why i lose my precious btc?
That's what you called risk, you will risk your precious bitcoin just to have more bitcoin though its not guaranteed in gambling. We can use many coins in sports betting and since bitcoin is the top coins, gambler decided to use it so they can earn more if ever. I don't bet all the time, but if there's a sure win bet then better not to miss that chance.
That’s actually a great risk that is not worth taking. I can’t imagine myself gambling with my hard earned Bitcoin simply because I want more. Are there no other platforms to increasing Bitcoin? What happens to trading platform or other investments?

I think there are platforms one can even borrow money to trade; I would rather try out any of this than to gamble with my Bitcoin. I love to gamble and I do it for fun but I don’t think I can’t play with Bitcoin though it won’t be a bad idea using some other minor coins.
177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How does online gambling operations manage gambling addiction? on: March 28, 2019, 08:31:16 PM
How can online gambling sites deal with gambling addiction?

It is hard until the player admits for themselves that they are an addict to gambling. Even if a gambling site put a feature that gamblers can find a counselor and talk to them it will be pointless until a person admits to his own addiction.

I think gambling sites will not care about that and the facilities for addiction. while addiction provides the biggest advantage for the gambling site? if you want to get out of addiction, you have to work on your own, gambling sites have no deal in healing it
They actually gain more from addicted gamblers and I don’t want to believe that these sites will truly have the interest of addicted gamblers at heart. Every business person wants a consistent client and in most cases do not care about where the money is coming from, that is the same way it is with this gambling sites.

If they truly care, I think it is easy to detect from their system and they can put an alarm or ban the player themselves, then send a mail to advice gamer to call for counseling. I think it’s that easy to do, don’t know if am right though.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: News and events from the last week in the ICO Market on: March 28, 2019, 07:57:19 PM
I think it is time for you to stop giving information on just what is happening in the ICO space because I can assure you that a lot of persons might not be interested in investing in ICO since we have the launch of IEO which is being regulated by popular exchanges making it trustworthy and enables investors to invest their money into the project without having any fear of their funds going away since the funds are not controlled directly by the coordinators of the project but the exchange running the IEO.
179  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com 2 Just Launched! New games, updated design 💎💣🎰🎲♠️ on: March 28, 2019, 07:19:34 PM
I don't think we can call it "binance" of all casinos, after all binance is new, maybe bustabit could be binance of all casinos because its newer and liked as well. Primedice is much more established and much more loved, I think there is really no primedice equal in exchange world, it would be something like mt.gox if it wasn't "hacked" and continued to exist today with great business practices for example, or maybe coinbase but global and better loved, I am not entirely sure what could be the true parallel for primedice/stake.

Stake is new so binance fits with it but primedice is very old and stake and primedice is owned by same people so we can't alienate stake by itself. So the mt.gox that didn't turn bad seems to be the only good example I can find honestly.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solid Reasons to Invest in Cryptocurrencies in 2019 on: March 28, 2019, 06:34:18 PM
The bear market is behind us. Bitcoin price is stabilizing and the IEOs are on the rise. Pretty good time to get (back)  in.
What exactly is IEOs going to do?? Will it make the price to rise? I don't really think so. Whether IEOs or not, whatever that is going to happen is still going to happen and nothing will change that. If there's going to be a bull, without it there is still going to be a bull. All these things adds nothing. It can't be a reason that can convince people to start investing their money. Nah I don't think so.

Great potential for success in the future as well as various benefits attached along with the use of cryptocurrencies combines to develop a complete payment as well as investment source all over the world.
Okay, as for Blockchain  Smiley well, I think that might be of importance in the future, though I'm not sure about that. But if you're talking about cryptocurrency, it is just an asset and I think it is just meant for investment and nothing else. I do know that it can be used for transaction but mainly it will be for investment. I'm saying this based on what I have seen so far.
