I wanted to talk about long accumulation of XLM Stellar and direction went other way because they was important to remind the importance of documents. I don't understand why these refunding announcements are coming out when case is in court and there is decision for refund yet, as far as I know. Even if there will be ordered to refund limited number of people are going to claim it be sure of this. I do agree with you that is looks like in preparation stage for pump to shake up the community and to let sign of existence as investment alternative for market. This increase is constant which can lead to pump of some degree because by now we are in consolidation and accumulation's phase for months. That had to breakout one way or other way.

Every project has its own strategy to make token valuable at first by offering range of services. I am aware of the fact that tokens are frozen till some certain date of March but wasn't good to let people be able to trade and once markets were opening price could be more stable. This decision shows team is very confident in their plans so buyers have to wait that's all.

Anyone with suggestion for light weight and good NEM wallet to store its assets/tokens ? I have not used any wallet in past that's why instead of doing my own research better ask here those already are actively using it. I don't want full node wallet with gigabytes of storage just something which to meet my requirement.

So for the moment on Korean can participate in sale events to buy from that exchange. I will be checking constantly to see when international investors are given access to buy directly. Those statistics are showing how much work is going on in development but once again I would like to say they will have to come out with some light wallet or bootstraps for chain to make syncing easier and faster. If you look at broader image of the whole market cap it is just keep growing everywhere little bit collectively. Not talking about few weeks of peak times under hype and fomo conditions. Next bull run will be taking every single market to new all time  high where previous ATH will be sued for reference again that why people didn't buy. This will continue until cryptocurrencies reaching to their true potential and peak price permanent ones.

Majority of people in crypto are users and that is quite normal because not everyone has technical skills nor this need in order to enter in crypto or any other space. We use many things even in traditional market without having technical knowledge. Stellar is going under long accumulation as other markets still time to time bounce but here didn't see that case. This will explode whenever that happens, but under 3k satoshi is buying opportunity.
