I am here to give you updates on your case. As already checked with our fraud control department, you have been accepted for a withdrawal and have funds reached your account. Your request has been checked and this is standard procedure in every online casino ever existed on this planet or digital reality. Because of the weekend, this took a little more time than usual, which is 2 days.

After being on the receiving end of delayed withdrawal I think I can add some insight. Most staff should be active during your busiest time. The weekend? Withdrawals should be processed 90%+ less than 3 hours 99%+ less than 24 hours. If you have been around 5 years you should have a process that is optimal for security and keeping the high valued customers playing. I only read about the 99 LTC guy but I'm sure there are others that won't be coming back. good luck. Just remember that they don’t delay your withdraw if iou are requesting it from an email address that doesn’t match the one on your account. They go ahead and push the withdraw through even without the return confirmation email....as a mother fucking feature |

Any word on the withdraw? It’s been a couple of hours and it hasn’t been sent yet. Status did change to pending instead of pending verification but it’s been 7 or so hours since the itital withdraw request. Also, why does the time change on the cash out TX in the cashout logs? Like it always tries to keep up like the request I made was within the past five minutes even though it actually wasn’t. Somehow someone got into my FortuneJack account two days prior to my last login and took my loss back on dice and then cashed out .003btc. They were able to change my email address and I can’t even do that when I go to my preferences. The message showing my email had changed was in my inbox on FortuneJack and it was sent to me when’s i logged in. I found this email in my junk folder unread: “Greetings, dear user. We are contacting you regarding your latest withdrawal. It was delayed by our system for security reasons as your account credentials (Withdrawal IP or Wallet Number) are different from your usual credentials. Please confirm that you were the person who made a withdrawal and your transaction will be processed right away !” So I don’t know how they were able to convince someone to let them withdraw and change the email all at the same time. I asked live chat and they didn’t reply at all even after sending screenshots of the emails, etc. Look how fast they turned a profit and withdrew. https://imgur.com/a/JHWiqIt looks like they have a ton of funds collected but I may be reading it wrong. They had to use a low fee so the TX is still pending from the ninth when the did it. Don’t suppose any admin at FortuneJack could double spend it with a good TX fee to get the funds back to me? Yeah, someone is stealing from fortunejack users and I think it is someone internal.
I received a reply again from support on withdraw times. The withdraw on my account was seen on the Blockchain eitin less than 7 hours after the withdraw request was made. The reply below even says it was over 24 hours before they did a “second check” but they didn’t even wait half of that time before sending the withdraw to an IP that wasn’t a normally used and without a reply from the account owner email:
“Additional check is made in case we do not receive an answer within 24 hours. Your withdrawal request was approved after the second security check had been made.
In general, if within 72 hours no additional security checks have confirmed the transaction, the transaction is being automatically cancelled.

I finally heard back from support on my withdraw that wasn’t me. The email said:
“Max here.
I would like to inform you that due to lack of response within the set time period our security team has moved to authorization step 2 and further investigated the details of said withdrawal based on which - has confirmed that the IP from which withdrawal was initiated has been detected multiple times previously starting from initial registration of your account.“

Which sounds off to me but may be true. I asked for the time limit between sending and mail to the account holder and processing without a reply is. I doubt the IP really did match because it was more than four years ago when I signed up and everything from the city I live in to my ISP, cell provider, job, wife, etc has changed. I asked him to send me the IP I signed up from/also used to withdraw and I would see if it was the IP I had on the 9th of January.

I’m always afraid to reuse passwords because I figure some bitcointalk user could setup a fake site and just log all the users and passwords to retry at every other gambling site. What I meant is turn on 2FA at fortunejack and change email and password... Yeah I can see a new email listed on my account now but I can’t figure out how they changed it. I can’t seem to edit it from safari on my phone at least.
The only way to change email is to send email to support from email you signed up and ask them to change it, there is no other way. So you were either fished or got keylogger. I only access the site from my phone (iPhone 8 plus purchased new in December) and I am going to check the login history for my email account to check for unfamiliar ips or unusual countries. Thing is, if they have access to my email they could have confirmed it and the withdraw would have processed without any other effort. Instead they changed the email address and then re-requested a withdraw. Why would they do that when it would have been faster and easier to just click “I approve this withdraw” on my email account? Also, looking at my messages, the email update message shows two days after the withdraw in my transaction history. It doesn’t make sense that the email arrived after the withdraw occurred. It’s like my logging in triggered the email to be sent but why wasn’t it sent when the person made the withdraw two days prior? It makes me feel like the person that did it has more access han a regular user. It’s just weird to me. Your so careful in using a different password but why you didn't enable 2fa function to your account? Those hackers somehow got your both email id and your FJ log in details to cash out your money but if you enable any one of these accounts 2fa function then it wouldn't have happened. Any site before depositing money try to enable your 2fa to avoid these kinds of issues. I actually did have 2fa enabled for a few years but it annoyed me on mobile so I disabled it. The thing is that they don’t have access to my email. Somehow they tried to withdraw, couldn’t and then got the email changed (which I am unable to do myself). I agree with you that 2fa works best but I don’t really deposit much at fj any longer and the funds were lossback credits that they multiplied fast and withdrew. Your advise is good and valid for sure. |

Though it was small, which actually is a good thing, I am not sure how they indeed got it out without a reply from your email. I had the same issue when I withdraw sometimes, my withdrawal was not processed automatically and they needed to email me. I asked the live support and they said they sent an email, that was the only time I opened the email. I told the live support that I saw the email already and please process the withdrawal. They said I really need to reply via email for security purposes. So I did, and it was processed immediately. So probably you will have to ask for support here, for sure FJ will contact you immediately as they take these problems really seriously. About the 15 BTC which consolidated the money including yours, for sure this is an exchange address or online wallet which consolidates the btc they collect. I don't think the hacker was able to collect 15 BTC worth of scammed funds. But maybe, not really sure. But rest assured that FJ will do an investigation on the matter. Why is there a $22 processing fee for LTC withdraw? That seems pretty dang steep.
Also, on the faucet when does it do back to normal bet amounts?
We set the withdrawal processing fee to 0.1 LTC mainly because of the easing /faucet command usage. If we lower this, we have to tune the whole economic system. Once we change processing fee, we must adjust bet amounts and faucet also. We will try to adjust the system to make everyone happy, but this is the lowest amount we can set for now. (Yes, we tried. The previous week, we cut the withdrawal fee to half. There are too many players easily won over the threshold.) And the bet amount will be locked to minimal in 3 hours, this duration is sync as faucet cooldown. But will unlock immediately when you deposit. Thank you for your understanding and support.
