162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The use of stable coins or no? on: October 06, 2019, 12:37:14 PM
Stable coins are good in a time when you would like to stay in the market but you are waiting for a better price. Example: Bitcoin is falling down, you know it, you exchange BTC for USDT, then wait for a bottom and then you buy back with your USDT. You don´t have to pay fees connected to deposit, withdrawals between crypto and real dollars.  Smiley
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you worried that France and Germany agree to block Facebook's Libra? on: October 06, 2019, 12:33:33 PM
Two countries are Libra positive but the rest world is sceptic about Libra. If these 2 countries allow Facebook to run Libra in these countries, would this really mean a worldwide payment method?
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra left alone by a big payment processor on: October 06, 2019, 12:28:52 PM
Do you still thing that big banks and goverments will allow some company to create an alternative worldwide payment method?
That would cause a collapse of traditional system that is full of fraud and dishonesty.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best time to keep investing? market is crumbling again on: October 05, 2019, 06:55:27 PM
It is hard to predict where price goes, that is why I am investing no matter the price, the strategy what I am following is called dollar cost averaging. It is a best strategy for long term HODL, recommend toe veryone!
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is this still possible today? on: October 02, 2019, 11:00:07 AM
I would be more realistic, do not expect such returns like in 2017. Why? Because people now have an experience with the situation what happened.
They are more cautious about investing in altcoins, they're not that greedy anymore.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How does other bit Crypto Affect Bitcoin. How to make other Currency on: October 02, 2019, 10:54:43 AM
Altcoins are expanding the possible use case of blockchain technology.

Do you have revolutionary idea? An idea that is not already represented by some altcoin? Then it makes sense to create a new cryptocurrency.  Wink
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Libra Coin bring Down Bitcoin's dominance on: October 01, 2019, 07:50:10 PM
I believe that Libra will not be listed on coinmarketcap and other cryptocurrency exchanges because Libra will create a complete ecosystem for their currency. Own exchange, own wallet, own merchants. So it will not be included into market cappitalization.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins that have referral systems/programs on: October 01, 2019, 07:22:34 PM
Coins with referral systems are ponzi schemes in most cases. Does Bitcoin offer some profit for inviting a new member to the Bitcoin blockchain? No. So that is the power of idea, not power of profit ineterst.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency to be used in Money laundering and Terrorism? on: October 01, 2019, 07:15:51 PM
And do you know that american dollar is the most used currency for such illegal activities. How many people know it? And still they use USD and still is a worldwide accepted currency, so where is the problem?
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoiners, don't give up yet. Bitcoin can't do it alone. on: September 29, 2019, 12:54:45 PM
I had same idea in 2017, when I spend all my money on altcoins because I thought that Bitcoin is too old and to slow and it will be replaced by better altcoins. But this will never happen, so do not speculate on altcoins. Buy Bitcoin.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Security Tokens Vs Utility Tokens — How extraordinary would they say they are? on: September 29, 2019, 12:50:45 PM
Security tokens were a fiasco. I do not know about any security token that is still alive. All of them weren't even security, they used word security as a buzzword to attract investors.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: September 29, 2019, 12:37:43 PM
99% of them yes, that is a natural development of new ecosystem, just like era around DOT COM bubble. Maybe all of altcoins will not exist in the future because everyday are created mew one.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promote bounties for how good the projects are and not for reward on: September 29, 2019, 12:33:44 PM
Said someone who promotes another project that promise to deliver a cryptocard. Cryptocard doesn't exist and will no exist for a long time, until regulations come and bank accept crypto as a payment.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Over 2000 Projects Reviewed – 640 have not published a single Code in 2019 on: September 29, 2019, 12:29:27 PM
That is terrible statistic. I do not understand, when you raise millions of dollars you have problem to pay programmers to code atleast something?
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance dex chain on: September 28, 2019, 05:51:46 PM
Binance DEX and Binance chain are two diffrent things.
Binance chain is a blockchain, BNB coin is a gas to cover fees on this chain. And Binance DEX is a exchange built on Binance chain.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your wallet from hackers on: September 28, 2019, 05:45:41 PM
Download an offline wallet generator, buy new computer, turn it on while internet is off. Start the program, generate private key, engrave it into the metal plate, go to the garden, kick the hole and put the metal plate there. Then send all your Bitcoins to the address. Thats all. Simple right?  Cheesy
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You Look For In A Bounty Campaign on: September 28, 2019, 05:40:30 PM
Money. More money, more happy I am.
Especially now in the bull market because more you earn now, bugger possible profit you would have in the future when Bitcoin hits ATH price again.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hack any wallet? on: September 27, 2019, 05:26:55 PM
So there are 12 words chosen from thousands to recover any wallet.

If you iterate through random word combinations you will eventually generate a wallet that exists, correct?

I know the number of combinations is astronomical. But in theory if you keep generating random phrases, you might eventually stumble upon a wallet holding millions?

Here is the answer for you: https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/4g1228/how_many_bip44_wordlist_combinations_of_12_words/

It was said many times that with our classic (non-quantum) computers, it would take billions of years to figure out a specific word combination.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why decentralized ? on: September 27, 2019, 05:19:04 PM
I am not fan of anonymous cryptocurrencies. Why? Because simply they can be replaced by second layer solution - for example Lightning Network increases the anonymity of Bitcoin. Secondly, governments will 100% ban pure anonymous coins.
