TF - That works out to a significant haircut and my maths look right based on how recentley the last 7.5 coins were deposited.

I don't think its as simple as your maths but I do have BTC address's for TF that cover most of the remaining balance even without haircuts. If he refuses to reply to my insane offers I can only conclude he is delaying for some reason.

I disagree, he did one main deal with DumbFruit to get rid of the scariest legal problem and made a few deals with CL users he was fond of.

I offered a much bigger haircut... I see he is online now but he still didn't respond to my email.

My situation is bad, as he knows. I am asking for a small fraction of my coins back and it will still put me in debt with others I was holding for. I dont know why he ignores me when I offer to take such a low amount. Its very stressful. I dont know why he made a deal with dumbfruit and 001sonkit- who did well... but nothing for me.

Windywinters got 20BTC 100%..... I am asking for a fraction and had much much more invested. I wish I could understand how his mind is working.

These are the important words. If true, then based on the fact that a 950+BTC Balance was offered a little over 20% then everyone with less than 950+BTC in CL should expect minimum of 20%

I have offered a haircut, you have not even replied to an email.... so how is it even possible.

I would MUCH rather avoid legal action. I want this settled amicably but do not want to wait for months and months without a reply. It is stressful.
