Yes, this is a glitch that happens a lot with MultiBit HD.
You need to do the following:
1. Go to Manage Wallet.
2. Press on Repair Wallet.
3. Press on Next and wait a couple of minutes. The wallet is now re-syncing the blockchain.

That price is very high and i think i cant imagine right now that the price of bitcoin will hit at that price..

Yeah we already got a very high price for bitcoin. And I don't see it happening it just to 10.000 in 9 years. My idea about the price of bitcoin is that it is limited. At max i see the price some day would reach 5000 dollar. From there a period of stability will come, just like we have in traditional currencies. $10000 is just 16 times of the current bitcoin price. If the price of bitcoin double every year, it will just take 4 years. The chance that the price will double in just one years is minimal. The chance of that happening 4 times in a row is near impossible. |

Yes, I also really want to see what the biggest winning streak is in order to know if I should continue or not. Current day leader for each streak type is visible when I check, can't you see them? yes this is huge investment too for me and have high risk too if you buying bitcoin but this is good for long term investment however my questions is do you actually have €1000 or you only just asking because if you really have it why currently you enrolling secondstrade signature campaign this is pretty weird to me Yes I do have the money. I don't understand why it is weird to enroll a signature. I'm posting a lot on this forum, why not make money out of it? |

As long as bitcoin is not regulated , no it is not illegal. However it is highly unethical and I wouldn't do it! Furthermore , what if in the future there are some kind of bitcoin laws and they are able to track the address back to you? Would you take that risk? If this happened to me I would definitely destroy the address and the seed that I created, I don't think it's worth my freedom and dignity. A steal is always a steal.
Okay, how about the following situation. You stumble upon a wallet that has 50 BTC in it and hasn't been used for years, forgotten. Would you still destroy the seed? Theoretically yes, but to be honest I don't really know. That much money can change your life. My choice would mostly depend of my life's quality by that time. An other parameter you have to think about, is the harm you would do to bitcoin itself and therefore to your own money. If the amount we are talking about is big and the news get known, it could be a big hit to bitcoin. The safest method in my opinion is don't. I've seen it destroy many lives, families etc. so don't even begin with it using large amounts.
It's okay to do it with a small amount of money, but if you gamble more than you can afford to, please don't.
If you don't gamble then you should not participate in this thread. Not gambling is not the answer because that is tantamount to no answer at all. We should still gamble because we are all gamblers and those who has not gamble cannot share their experience. I did gamble and the conclusion I came to was don't gamble. If you do, make sure to quit while you have a profit. Or bank some of the bitcoins, so you would never go to a loss. Didn't do that, and that was a huge mistake. |
