I think there are many altcoins that can faster and cheaper in the fee and the speed of transaction but unfortunately, the price of that coin is not good to buy and sell or even for the payment system. bitcoin still using as the payment although the transaction sometimes is not faster and people don't have any problem with this. the altcoin still cannot beat bitcoin in many aspects especially if we compare with bitcoin price which is too expensive for the other coins.

I think the older people thinking about the stability of the investment and they don't want to see their investment is up and down in everytime. besides that, they need safety conditions for their investment and they see that gold/silver can do this so far. maybe we can educate them about cryptocurrency so they can start to know cryptocurrency and they can move some of their money to invest in the cryptocurrency.

actually, we can prevent the risk if we want to learn about the investing so we can know what will we do if something bad it happens and I think we can search for another solution. but for some people, they invest their money without learning about the investment so they only buy something without knows what they need to do after they buy.

for $500, I think it is good to invest in ethereum because we can get more than 1 ethereum and if we have skills, we can do buy and sell trading so we can increase the amount. maybe right now, I prefer with ethereum and bitcoin cash because this coin can increase in anytime. and when this coin increase, the price can get more than 10% of profit so it will be a good choice to select this coin. Lets say crypto completely and utterly replaced fiat. Fiats don't exist anymore. All governments have seen the advantage of using digital currency and have completely changed their fiat into crypto, like dollar to dollar token(obviously not tether). How viable is this? For example anyone can see how much I am holding using the public ledger and track me down and force me into sending them the cryptos I hold. I wanna discuss in reality if cryptos actually replace fiat how life will be and what are the problems we are gonna face and the immediate effects of it.
This can not happen at all under any circumstances. States can not switch to the use of other people's virtual money, which in general will not have any binding to the economy of the country. It's impossible. Such a state simply will not be able to survive normally for several months. This is utterly absurd. why not? if the government can take benefits from the crypto, they can replace fiat and change it to the crypto. but this will need many things to prepare before the government can replace their fiat to crypto and this will not happen in the short time. there are possibilities for the crypto to replacing fiat and maybe it will happen in the future. |

I don't that the dev will give fiat rewards for bounty hunters because it is better to give bounty hunters with their token so the bounty hunters can sell the token to get ethereum coins. I think the dev and the team convert the fiat to ethereum and their token and still keep the fiat for urgent situations that they might get in the future.

Lol, buy high sell low! Still lots of money to be made mining. Like anything else lots of highs and lows, just make sure you buy your equipment at a decent price and time and have cheap power. The next bull run could be right around the corner.
sometimes we make that mistake, we buy at the high price and we sell at the low price  I remember that I have this experience. and if ethereum network hashrate is going to the moon, then I think it will impact to the price and I think the price can increase higher too because the difficulty will increase more. maybe we are going to see the price increase in this month or in the next month and I am sure that we are waiting this moment comes. |

I think, the Facebook token will be sold out in no time because most facebook users will not want to buy it. But the most problematic is if they block all posts related to other crypto, like hashtag. In the future this competition seems to be very terrible. then I think Facebook will lose their potential customer on their site because we know that many people like to use their site to communicate and make a friend with other people. but I think Facebook will think about this and they will solve this because they really need their member stay on their site. maybe Facebook needs to see with Twitter that still allows their member to post something about the crypto, especially about the ico. |

Are you aware that there is some banks that accept Bitcoin like Neteller or Skrill? I just discovered it so I was surprised.You can deposit your Bitcoin and use your Bank/Credit card to withdraw.
Now,it doesn't matter if Paypal adopt Bitcoin or not since it's primary competitors have already done so.*

I am sure that this will be a great news for us if it's really implemented because we can easily to send the bitcoin to our banks/credit card and then we can withdraw. but I wonder what country that applies this method so bitcoin user can have access to send their bitcoin to the banks. but maybe, in the future, this will happen in all banks in all country if somehow, bitcoin is accepting in all country too. |

Fiat money's easier to use, especially because not everyone is as techy as the others to understand crypto. But somehow, cryptocurrency and fiat money work hand in hand with each other. So even though crypto is the future of money, it's still impossible to totally abort fiat money.
as long as we still use fiat, fiat will still exist among us and maybe crypto can also be used for the transaction in our real life and who knows, crypto and fiat can work together for the payment transaction.
