That was the situation when I wrote that article, it was NOT false, as nowhere it said that Centurion would be open-sourced. Anyway, for full transparency, now that its source has been released, I have edited my article.

Yes, that is my opinion. I heard Mr Vieri saying "We have setup a Dubai organization" but he denied being behind the company, or that the company even existed. From the fact he was hiding his involvment in Cryptonetwork, I extrapolated that the Dubai company ould be used to dodge Italian Anti-Ponzi laws and Italian Taxes.

I also saw a written opinion of one of the most important lawyer in the field regarding the compliance of the project. Around 29 pages written with all reasons why the project is fine and why is full legal for antitrust and compliance to any law of the world.
You "saw" a 29-pages legal opinion? Did you "see" it or "read" it? Can we see it too? Because if all we have is that you "saw" 29 pages, that's quite irrelevant, and I can point you to several "legal opinions" of Italian lawyers that were declaring that Onecoin is fully legal in Italy, and after a few months Italian Antitrust has shut down Onecoin in Italy.
