161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: December 09, 2019, 08:41:29 PM
I seriously don't get your point because being rich on spreadsheets but not getting the rewards simply means that you weren't paid the reward written on the spreadsheet but I know that's not what you mean since you said that the actual value in exchanges is less than $5, if the value is low, then you are not rich in spreadsheets either, the only place it applies is when you have big tokens in spreadsheets that are worth much and the rewards were withheld by the team and not distributed to you.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Cryptocurrency on: December 09, 2019, 08:38:07 PM
Well, it might seem that even the Facebook team might have given up on the Libra project considering the fact that they have introduced Facebook Pay which is serving the purpose that Libra was supposed to serve in the Ecosystem but with Fiat instead of Libra's Cryptocurrencies, there are no places to purchase Libra at the moment unless you are so eager to give your hard earned money to scammers then you could probably get an "ERC-20 Libra".
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: p2pb2b is doing shit again on: December 08, 2019, 06:15:23 PM
This is quite funny, it's like saying that a pornstar has featured in another porn movie, definitely just stating the facts that P2PB2B lists shit projects since they are known for it in the past, but I enjoyed the part about such a supposedly huge project earning with Google AdSense, it was so hilarious, investors has gotten wiser and people rarely invest in tokens just because it is listed in an exchange especially when it is listed in a shit exchange but thanks for the warning and comic relief.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hide my money from my country on: December 08, 2019, 06:09:39 PM
You could always purchase from other services like local bitcoin but if I were to suggest, I would say you should buy any Cryptocurrency you can get your hands on and then convert them to anyone of your choice in an exchange... For example if you could purchase Bitcoin without identity verification, you could transfer it to Binance exchange or any other reputable exchanges and easily convert it to USDC even without identity verification, the beauty of Cryptocurrencies is that you can exchange almost every major one with another one in almost all exchanges.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors are getting smarter but why not developers???? on: December 08, 2019, 06:05:30 PM
I think not all boils down to fees, back in the good old days, a project could list in a shit exchange and it would still get a very huge volume upon listing, but it's different these days but some developers are just too low budget to afford listing in better exchanges even if they want to, so they instead go to the shit exchanges in the hopes that their listing fees could be affordable.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Justin's giving away 5,000 TRX to one lucky winner! on: December 08, 2019, 05:55:00 PM
This is just Justin being Justin.. they have affirmed that they would report nothing but facts but would only report Tron related news and we know very well that Justin is biased when it comes to the Tron blockchain, he will say and do anything to paint it in a positive light even if it's otherwise so I doubt that if anything bad were to happen in the Tron Ecosystem, it would be reported exactly just the way it is, Justin has pulled several antics in the past, this just happens to be another one of them, with a less than $100 giveaway to get as many attention as possible to a major news. Advertising for almost nothing.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO vs ICO my opinion, tell me yours on: December 08, 2019, 08:54:00 AM
It all depends on individuals, different people have their different preference but I think that IEOs are generally safer and since the goaal of most investors are to make profit and make it fast, IEOs are preferred because rpojeccts list their tokens in the exchange where they conduct their sales almost immediately after thee sales, no more having to wait for months and sometimes hearts before the token is listed in an exchange and I am yet to see any IEO listed in a major exchange that gave more than 50% loss after it was listed in an exchange, and losses are generally rare, but that is not the case with ICOs, we have seen losses of -500% immediately it's listed in an exchange.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Seeking answers can help on: November 28, 2019, 12:53:23 PM
That scam accusation has saved me a time or two in the last and although some accusations there are half assed and the facts are not complete, the majority of the accusations there are right on the money and that thread is one of the greatest things that has happened to this forum.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A coin that solves a problem won't die on: November 28, 2019, 12:51:01 PM
It depends on your definition of dead but if you mean that the token price would not fall, then you need to rethink that, let's take EOS for example, so.many decentralised applications has been built there, infact EOS blockchain has one of the biggest daily transactions of any Blockchain and still, check it's price history and tell me if you notice anything amiss.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: don't rely on gift tokens, balance your time with other things. on: November 28, 2019, 06:51:40 AM
I think it's an unwritten rule that all bounty hunters should know considering the fact that bounty campaigns are not as lucrative as it used to be back in 2017 and early 2018 so it's certain that the money gotten from it would be almost impossible to be someone's main source of income unles you're from one of those countries where $2 could feed a whole family.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Mobile Mining exists at all? on: November 28, 2019, 06:44:40 AM
The companies do it basically for the hype, as a mobile miner, you wouldn't be making anything worthwhile from the coin mining but you know these decisions is ultimately the miner's decision, they keep doing it even though the risk to their devices is clear and if they decide to continue fully knowing this, I don't bother convincing them otherwise. Anyways the mobile mining isn't as taxing as normal Cryptocurrencies mining but the fact remains that it is almost useless.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your opinion on COSS Crypto Exchange and their daily income token COS? on: November 28, 2019, 06:40:47 AM
I have seen so many complaints in this forum about the COSS exchange, they have seized some deposits and their support is next to non-existent, just search the platform and you would see some complaints about their work ethics and an exchange without an active support staff is useless, this is why the top exchanges are at the top.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reality of some Deflation tokens on: November 28, 2019, 06:37:06 AM
BOMB is still around  and doing well I think, but the hype surrounding it has faded greatly, it's not what it used to be back when deflation coins were da Bomb... literally!.

Just like anything in Crypto, anything is possible and we might be seeing a comeback in the future especially deflationary coins with a usecase.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet best for your currency store? on: November 28, 2019, 06:21:04 AM
If you want to use wallets, don't use web wallets, I recently read a post where a guy lost some bitcoin (forgot the exact amount but I think it was 10BTC or more), he sent the bitcoin to an investment platform from coinbase but when he discovered that he didn't like their terms, he asked for a refund and the coin was sent back the address that sent the BTC to them but that address was the cold wallet of coinbase and it didn't enter his walletz he is still trying to retrieve it all to no avail.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Upbit exchange was hacked. 342,000 ETH lost on: November 27, 2019, 06:20:12 PM
Upbit is one of the top Korean exchanges and it doesn't surprise me at all that they would replenish the hacked funds, if we were talking about exchanges like Shitbtc, it would have triggered a massive panic attack and might even lead to the closure of the exchange, Binance has done it in the past and it's commendable that Upbit too wants to do the same thing, challenges like this would only make them stronger although it's an unfortunate event.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How soon the blockchain industry can be adopted, is this within 2020? on: November 27, 2019, 06:16:44 PM
I think that blockchain adoption in 2020 is very realistic, just take a look at the advancement Cryptocurrencies has made in 2019 and although they didn't trigger the altszn like we anticipated, I believe that cryptocurrency adoption is just around the corner, the Chinese would build their Cryptocurrency soon, other countries are gradually waking up to the fact that Cryptocurrency is here to stay and they would soon jump into the bandwagon too.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The ridiculous projects of this year on: November 26, 2019, 10:04:46 PM
Seems someone beat me to the punch to mention Sparkster but in this Cryptocurrency spaces there is no shortage of stupid projects, one of them is the Emoji Network LOL which launched their IEO on Huobi launchpad, their twitter handle was opened a few days before their IEO was announced, they didn't even have a whitepaper and there was no team members on the page, I was quite convinced that the token ticker (LOL) was really a mockery of their investors.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The current news in China is just a fud or something more? on: November 25, 2019, 06:58:39 AM
The news about a Police raid in the office of Binance exchange was definitely false, the CEO of the exchange has come to refute that claim and has even said that "The Block" would be sued for publishing it, but I think the news about a crackdown on Cryptocurrency exchbages might be real, it might just be that the Chinese Government are planning to open and operate their own exchange for their coin when it's launched and wants theirs to be the sole cryptocurrency exchange in existence in the whole if China, only time would tell.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin Dominance Has Topped then Ethereum Will Blast on: November 25, 2019, 06:55:08 AM
I think you are confusing Bitcoin dominance with bitcoin price because if Bitcoin is dominant, it simply means that all alts are shrinking and that includes Ethereum. But the scenerio that makes ense is Bitcoin price, if it's rising, then it would be taking the rest of the market along with it and this includes Ethereum.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Making money through DEX fee's. The next big thing? on: November 24, 2019, 08:29:46 PM
Opening a DEX is one thing, getting people to use it is another thing, same applies with Centralised exchanges, many has come and gone and some didn't even last long at all because of lack of users, you cannot make money from trading fees where there are no trades, it's not easy to run an exchange, these day opening it seems to be the easiest part, growing it organically is now the complicated part.
