161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should newbies Invest in new Projects on: May 15, 2022, 02:50:21 PM
Investing in a new project is never a monopoly of old and veteran investors, newbies can also invest as long as they invest what they can afford to lose and they are properly educated on how to look at a project, I have a lot of friends who are new in investing who have success investing in new projects and they made a lot from these projects.
Investing in Cryptocurrency whether you are new or old needs a continuous study and always checking the value of the project that they are going to invest in.
162  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Brand Name or Site Functionality? Or Both? on: May 15, 2022, 12:56:18 PM
A developer should strive to get both, the domain should be synonymous with a casino or gaming or just close to it, but functionalities are what will define a casino because that's what gamblers came here for, they want good features, responsive support, bonuses and giveaways, this what makes a casino popular, and this what makes them competitive in the market.
I have seen domains that have nothing to do with casinos but they still stand out.
163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Commentary and commentators in sports. on: May 15, 2022, 09:17:26 AM

Can you enjoy your sports viewing experience without commentary and  commentators?

It's like watching a movie, you don't know the plot and how the story goes, commentators are very important, they are not only adding excitement to the game or the events but they keep the show interesting and moving, even if the game or match is boring they make it lively by making out of the match or events commentary, they are not only covering important events or match they give you history and future of the sports they are recovering.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will LUNA be recovered ever? on: May 15, 2022, 08:47:34 AM
I am not sure Luna will ever recover in the future since the price is fallen deeper and seems, can not rise again.
But no one knows what will happen after this drama but many people already left this project because they lose too much because of the drops.
Many exchanges now delisted Luna on their site so it will be very hard for Luna to get their trust again.
But people still buy and sell Luna in the existing exchanges and I guess they use Luna to do scalping trade to try to make a profit from Luna.
i am still see this possibilities, and if we see current price it recovered more than 30x from its bottom two days ago while Do Kwon release survival plan in neat time. major exchanges still list Luna even binance relist it again after delist for a while. looks like Luna got support from many people although we should not hope price could above $1.
Investors are waiting for the best moment from Luna, they want to take part in Luna's recovery, market manipulation can be done by the development team to save Luna from the Death Hole. The green graph is waiting for crypto users, just a little Luna Gives a green color to the graph, investors will hunt Luna with varying demand. the development team will do whatever it takes to save Luna.

I don't think there is still something like the best moment the supply rose to trillions they should have stopped the chain when Binance CZ asked to do but they are non-compliant, they think they know better, there is a fork proposal and there is a burning proposal I don't think any of the two can get the old price back, there is still no decision only proposals, whatever plan they implement there will be investors that's going to lose.
The price now is speculative and manipulated it's very risky to invest now, but very tempting.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Look what I've found on: May 15, 2022, 04:54:19 AM
I was just removing old notes and had these saved there, quite funny, have fun.

1) My crypto wallet is like an onion. When you open it, you want to cry.

Same here especially in the bear market that is why I limit myself from opening my portfolio and looking at my wallet my mood changes every time I open it.

2) Lots of cryptos – a lot of stress.
It really is if you cannot control your greediness you'll live a stressful life

3) November is one of the riskiest months to invest. Other risky months are December, January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October.
That is why you should only invest what you can afford to lose anything more than this will make you lose your savings and hard-earned money.

7) Where to find most dumb and impatient people?
Telegram group of crypto currencies.
Yes and if you don't have control and you always spend your time in the telegram you will be like them, you know birds of the same feather flock together.

The answer is obvious they don't people lose their freedom

166  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Something like na easy way to double your money on: May 15, 2022, 03:46:10 AM
I hate the word pyramiding I was victimized by this kind of scheme I was late investing and after investing a large amount of money the site closed down a few days I did not even cashout a cent, even if you have a warning in your post, it's still inviting people to lose their money, I know the need for you to invite because if you cannot invite people to invest money where they will likely to lose their money, you deserve to get tagged this forum will not tolerate this kind of investment.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Luna holders will get new token. on: May 14, 2022, 11:17:37 PM
It's only a tweet from the stable chen but the result actually depend from proposal. I think that even the new token will actually useless but this a better idea rather than still tried to use the old token. As far as i know luna has no burn mechanism. This means if this need to use its reserved funds to burn the money. But i think that terra luna was not also a profit oriented business and using burn mechanism like binance will be so difficult. It's not always generating profit like exchange site

The new token may look good but based on CZ of Binance it will not work and it's useless

Quote
“This won’t work. – forking does not give the new fork any value. That’s wishful thinking. – one cannot void all transactions after an old snapshot, both on-chain and off-chain (exchanges).”

We actually have to give credit to CZ because

Quote
“If we didn’t push the issue, the Terra blockchain may still be in “halted” mode, or worse with super minting…”

I think CZ has a better strategy than Do Kwon he should step down as a CEO because he did not acted wisely at the time it needed the most.

And as of this writing
Quote
No proposal has been selected by validators as of yet but the community continues to debate via the Terra forums.

Maybe they can finalize one in the coming week.
168  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the difference between Referral and Affiliate? on: May 14, 2022, 09:10:57 PM
Like all the explanations from the other members, there is a difference but they are still working on a company if you are affiliated you are more like a partner of the project on bigger terms than when you are working in their referral system, as an affiliate, you don't need a code all the time you can be an influencer where they reward you based on your status, but if you are part of their referral system your rewards is very specific like you are going to get 10% of your referral wage.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Terra Ecosystem Revival Plan - Luna V2 WHAT DO YOU THINK? on: May 14, 2022, 03:06:58 PM

what do you think really works?
won't, so forget it. some time ago CZ wrote a tweet, he said fork(lunav2) will not solve the problem and make him recover. how can they restore investor confidence with just a new coin that has no value in the first place. terra already had no chance to recover. everything written by the terra developer is only sweet words and is difficult to materialize.
I advise people who are thinking to buy Luna in the hope that it will recover its price or even nearer it, to forget it and just move on, it's a different crash we've seen it never happen before if ever it's going to be a hard climb, all we know now is the team does not have a plan for something like this their mechanism is not perfect, so better check all the other coins or stable coins you're holding if a similar issue will happen in the future.
170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mind Over Matter In Gambling Using Pendulum on: May 14, 2022, 02:54:34 PM
Whatever tool you're using you will eventually develop those skills in predicting future matches if you play or watch the game too long or so many times, I have a friend who is very much indulged in our national basketball league he can accurately predict based on past performances and circumstances, but if you are good in using a tool to predict then continue using it as long as it will not harm you.
171  Economy / Gambling / Re: The latest cryptocurrency gambling on: May 14, 2022, 12:09:46 PM
I have this feeling that he is just a referral and he has nothing to do with the casino.

Yeah, same here, because if it's part of the team, they will make sure they'll put an effort in making a their thread knowing how big the community bitcointalk is. Hopefully OP will reply to the questions here, otherwise, we can easily conclude what we thought is true.

There's no seriousness or effort on the part of OP not even on the title, I wonder did he not see other threads he is not good at promoting and if he is part of the team they better kick him out, there should be an explanation on the code is it a referral code or a tracking links we need a confirmation if he failed to come back we can conclude that it's a referral code.
Real owners of businesses will always check where they promote their projects for any questions about their project.

173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Involved in LUNA SCAM on: May 13, 2022, 11:45:53 PM
Binance and many other exchanges are SCAMEERS they are INVOLVED with LUNA SCAM
They didn't delist till it drop to ZERO even that they know LUNA devs was creating
What do you expect if all exchanges delist Luna? Do you want all Luna holders to have no chance to sell them again?
Anyway, those exchanges have no responsibility for the drop in crypto coin prices. They only facilitate people to trade the coins on their platforms. If there is a big drop in Luna price, you should ask Luna founder or the team. They are the ones who have the authority to explain it. But they also have no responsibility for your losses because they never asked you to buy Luna. You bought it with your own intention, didn't you?

Exchanges are a means of trading of coins, they don't dictate the fate of the coin. Binance, maybe, is too late to delist this coin but who knows, they also have no idea that this is forthcoming to Luna. I don't think the dev team will disclose to let's say for example, in binance, that they are about to exit, right? So I don't think they are involve in this. Remember, it is always your own will to invest on a coin. The exchange is just a means of it, they are not pointing a gun at you to buy a specific coin.

There's evidence that Binance has recommended stopping the network and some other things but after hours of noncompliance they decide to delist Luna it's not Binance fault they have given Luna's team to act but it took them hours to act until the supply grow further, blame Luna but never Binance, they have done what should be done.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you thing about Terra team? on: May 13, 2022, 04:30:59 PM
I personally can't completely blame the team from Terra (LUNA), because this was an accident in crypto for this year, but it's a different matter if this accident was actually a planned accident on their part. Whatever has happened is irreversible, I can only hope that people will learn more from this matter.

What if the Terra (LUNA) team had terminated their network sooner?

It will be a different scenario not from what we are seeing right now, they are late in terminating it, but the biggest question is why they did not stop it earlier when many are suggesting they do so, even Binance ask them now they have over 90% of their investor's investment wipe out, there's no way Terra's team can bring back that trust.
Would you trust the team again now that they did a relaunch?
175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High Rollers on: May 13, 2022, 12:56:23 PM
Everyone can but there's only few gamblers that have actually did it because of mere luck, it's just they need to know and understand that it's not an easy path towards that way and there's a very high chance that you could lose a couple bucks first before you win big time as we always have experienced. But yes, I do a agree that we should have to know our line and when to stop even if it's too tempting already.
The stories of those successful bettors and high rollers, we'll never know how much they've lost along the way. It's great to see them win such amounts and rolls high.
True, they have to control themselves and decide how much they're willing to lose within a day. If it's small for them and big for us, that's not a matter and it's still their money to gamble.

For average gamblers like us, what OP posted will make us envious and wished that we also have those winnings, you only won that amount if you bet a huge amount of money it's rare to see where you start with 2 figures and end up 5 or 6 figures richer, you are on 2 figure you just multiply that figure to 10 and that's the best that you can reach anymore than that you're in extreme luck, they bet huge so they win huge, for all we know the guy just double his amount, and we never know what follows after those bets or figure that we've seen.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / HODL is now means Hold On to Dear Life on: May 13, 2022, 12:38:09 PM
98% Of Luna investors lose or wiped out their investment in just 48 hours so the word HODL now means  Hold On to Dear Life because many are stressed and disappointed and some thinking of the unthinkable and they are holding to their dear life because they lose their lifetime earnings.

This is one example of why we should invest only money that we can afford to lose because we never know what's going to happen, what happens to Luna can happen to other top coins in the market and Luna is a big example of how good coin turns to worse.

So are you following the golden rule of only investing what you can afford to lose?
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Smart decision I made toward the end of the bull run on: May 13, 2022, 04:22:49 AM
Good decision, youtubers are all scammers.

They are not intentional scammers many of them are bounty hunters who just want to make free tokens from newly launched projects some of them are being paid to hype a coin although they have done their research they really have no control over the outcome of the project they are promoting, people should really do their own research and keep themselves updated look at what happens on Luna it wiped the fortune of 98% of their investors if you are quick to get in you should be faster to get out.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bought some Terra luna for 1.5$ on: May 12, 2022, 01:10:22 PM
This is a lesson on not to love your asset and always get updated on what's happening in the market what if you're traveling and you have no access to the market  and you have a lot of Luna, you will be enraged, I hope nobody's taking their lives, there's still life after this let's see in the next 24 to 48 hours check out their channel to get a real-time update on what's happening on Luna
179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 12, 2022, 11:10:11 AM
This just comes out

Ryan Garcia vs. Isaac ‘Pitbull’ Cruz ordered by WBC for 135-lb title eliminator

This is something to watch out for we all know how dangerous Isaac Cruz and this is a big challenge for Ryan Garcia's comeback
I hope they can make a deal and make the fight push through, Ryan Garcia announced that he wants Isaac Cruz, now it's close to happening.

So Garcia is back on track for the 135 lbs belt, we've seen how tough Isaac Cruz, but I don't know if he has the tools to beat Garcia. Ryan will have the physical advantage in this fight and we might see him getting loose against Cruz and will test how his chin is. Tank injured his hands fighting Cruz, and he said that Isaac's head is very solid. So we will see if Garcia can break that chin of Cruz and score a knock out. The winner of this match is in line up for the winner of Haney vs Kambosos Jr.

Garcia wants Cruz I'm sure he'll have it the deal is almost a done deal, the Golden Boy promotion made their intention clear that they want Isaac Cruz, I don't know what they see on Isaac Cruz but it seems they are taken him lightly, and I'm sure Cruz will be happy to challenge Garcia, this will be Garcia's toughest fight in his career, it will test his mental toughness let's see if Garcia can handle the big pressure when they face - off.
It's indeed a great timing that WBO has ordered Isaac Cruz and Ryan Garcia to have some talks/agreement on the said title so that the fight will materialize soon. I'm also hoping that Ryan's camp won't turn down this fight as The Golden Boy Promotions and his camp are vocal that they want Isaac Cruz for their boy (Ryan Garcia). This will be a good fight and Garcia will indeed face a dangerous man who is so thirsty and hungry.

It's a big shame if they turn down the offer they are the first ones who offer the idea of Ryan Garcia facing Isaac Cruz and WBO just take the bite and ordered a mandatory fight, it's going to be a done deal both Garcia and Cruz need this fight to establish their legacy and for them to have contention in the title, probably against the winner of the Kambosos - Haney fight, once the deal is done we're going to discuss this fight extensively.
180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PROS AND CONS OF CRRYPTOGAMBLING. on: May 12, 2022, 09:32:12 AM

The pseudo-anonymity of Crypto currencies are being destroyed by Crypto casinos with KYC requirements ....so it is only one of the PROS, if the casino does not require KYC details.  Roll Eyes

It's something that protects the casinos from bad actors and from the demand of regulations, even trusted and reputable casinos that uphold anonymity will ask KYC if circumstances demanded it, we should only play on casinos where KYC is being asked because of cheating and on account with suspicious activity if we are not doing anything wrong we are safe from this KYC.
