Maybe the diff is increased. When the diff was low (for example 1), you had to mine 100 "share" at 0.1 diff, than you can see a share in the pool.

Now that the diff is increased (1->100 for example) have to do more complex work, so it use more time to resolve the work.

You can try mine at lower share. If you get  4 share every 60sec you are in the right way

A share, is submitted only on a "certain diff", i mean:
if the coin diff is 1, you have to mine 100 share at 0.1 diff.

Now the PoW diff is 68.5, so you have to do x=68.5/your diff before see a share

They incoming is in very strict relation with chain diff and total pool hashpower. If you mine in solo with 10% of the power for 1 day, is not sure that you earn the 10% of the coin, because if  all the chain power is pointed into 1 pool, they always resolve block, and you get nothing.

Mining is not point your rig there and press "OK", you have to test your Power and check if you are in the right way.

Gente ho fatto un errore con la pool

ho erroneamente cambiato la fee da "0.100" a "100" (stavo facendo delle modifiche con <nano> e ho incollato troppo eliminando "0.">.

Non so chi minava con 1GH, ma gli ho preso tutti i coin minati. Appena vengono confermati sul mio account (4h minimo) e quindi vedo quanti coin mi sono arrivati, ve li redistribuisco in base alla vostra potenza in pool.

Mina su questa. Hai troppa potenza per quella difficoltà, è fatta per telefoni/cpu.

In questa maniera sprechi un botto di tempo a inviare le soluzioni e ricevere nuovo lavoro. Ti conviene utilizzare una difficoltà più alta (quella che ti ho suggerito è perfetta)
