MARKET UPDATE

After a big dump today, it seems like we have a possible bounce here at 7.5k.

Should this level fail, we will be watching 7-7.2k for a strong reversal.

We have also noticed that bitcoin is following the traditional stock markets, delayed by about a week. If this trend continues, we should begin to see an upside very soon.

Alts have fallen extra hard with this dump, making for some opportunities for entrance. However, without confirmed reversal there could be further downside to both BTC and alts.

Two scenarios for Bitcoin:-

Either a bounce from current levels or a drop to 7000-7200$!

Bitcoin sitting on 0.618 Fib levels shown in the previous chart update!

And usually, the bounces are strong from this Fib level!

We need to see the move from now! If drops lower then the area we are seeing is 7000-7200$ and if bounces back with volume then 8600-8800$ is in the sight!

Current support is based at 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level, that is $7800, and this level corresponds to the descending channel breakout point. Therefore it could be considered as a strong support which as of yet has been rejected.

While the Bitcoin stays above that support the wave up should follow and could send price up to $10 psychological resistance. Break and close above it might result in a short term uptrend where the strong resistance is seen at 50% Fibs applied through the all time high, that is $12880.

On a downside, daily break and close below $7800 could result in further decline towards either the uptrend trendline or the strong support area at $6000.

Btc strong support is 7800$ can be bounce back from here but if it will break 7800$ than more down possible. You can do 2x to 5x long from support areas.

BTC QUICK UPDATE!

The weekly time frame is still bullish . For the daily chart it will be good if the price continues the upward movement and break 10000 level. In such way we'll have higher highs and higher lows which will confirm the uptrend based on the daily time frame.

If the price breaks the support zone formed by the uptrend line and 7800 support level , it will be a bab signal.

Market Update:-

As we posted the Bitcoin update and in the charts, it was shown that bitcoin need to cross the 8700-8800$ level which was important for bitcoin but it didn't cross the given level and dumped back to old support levels!

This thing isn't going right, keeps dumping over and over again and couldn't make a move which was required!

We shorted the Bitcoin on Bitmex in Our Premium Channel around 8400$ and now waiting for it to reach our targets 😎

Bitcoin having strong support around 7850-8000$ levels and these levels are really important. Altcoins are not looking that much good but okay to trade some.

BTC/USD update: still on track for 11800$. Correction was deeper as expected but we broke out of the downtrend. The pullback formed the 2nd leg and we're now in the 3rd leg.

If we look at ETH 1D chart - we could see that one is permanently growing. I wrote about this fact in premium channel 2 weeks ago when price was 660$, some time ago hit 850$ (27% profit) and this is not the end of the trip.

From the fundamental side we have a lot of great news and support from famous people, for example CCID voted that Ethereum is №1 Crypto Project or statement by Steve Wozniak who compares Ethereum to Apple.

From the technical side we have a very controversial situation (as usual). From the one hand we have forming golden cross (MA 25 breaking above MA 100), but from the other - in some cases it may cause the fall. Also Ethereum is consolidating and entering a squeeze through the Bollinger Band. There are also some inside (unconfirmed) info that in the very near future we will see good growth on ETHBTC, up to 90k sats. If you are holding ETHUSD - put stop loss at 480$ (there is very little chance that we will fall to this mark, but stop loss have never being bad). If TA will work out as it have to work - we will see very strong growth. Although ETH is resilient to BTC it still requires BTC to move upwards for it to climb upwards.
