161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which exchange do you use? on: August 27, 2017, 02:49:56 PM
Im using different exchange depends where altcoin I want to trade is available. Oftenly Im using bittrex, polo and hitbtc. Sometimes Im also using etherdelta to exchange erc20 etherium token specially if its just few tokens.

Polo has serious problems, check my previous posts please. Don't get scammed by poloniex.

To answer the question, I actully tried all the exchange platforms. Bitrex, liqui, hitbtc are trusted ones without deposit/withdraw problems. Etherdelta is also working smoothly but the volume is low. I tried Cryptopia, it's also good without problem, but volume is still low in there too.
162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you guys withdraw your bitcoins to cash? on: August 27, 2017, 01:57:36 PM
I'm using an online wallet which is available only in our country and that is where I'm transferring my Bitcoin. My online wallet has different options wherein you can cash out your Bitcoin. You can cash it out via money remittance centers. You can send withdraw it to any Bitcoin ATM. And you can send it directly to your bank accounts. I suggest you look for a local online wallet in your country.

What is that wallet by the way?

I'm using localbitcoins web site to sell my bitcoin if I want to cash it out, but, generally, I never cash my bitcoins out. I try to get as much as possible. In Nort America, USA and Canada, there are lots of ATM machines. My friends are using those and they're satisfied.
163  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Exchange for Day Trading/Short time Trading on: August 27, 2017, 02:39:15 AM
What's the best exchange for day trading/Short time trading?

I feel limited on bittrex

Why do you feel limited on bittrex? It the best existing exchange platform for me. Poloniex is a pure scam, never deposit money there. They haven't paid my ethereum for 25 days and litecoins for 8 days. No answer from so called support team.

Also stay away from etherdelta, the volume is crazy low there. It's not for day trade.
164  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: why bitcoin illegal in asia? on: August 27, 2017, 02:29:30 AM
bitcoin illegal  some asia country bt why?can you give me some reason about this?? thanks

I think it's not illegal, but it's in the gray zone. This means it has no legal situation. For example, In Japan, bitcoin is legal and considered as an economical asset officially. If China and South Korea take similar decissions, it will be totally legit in Assia. The governments are scared of not controlling money laundering. Then they ban bitcoin.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Poloniex Fractional Reserve Bankrupt on: August 27, 2017, 02:12:24 AM
Where did you see that their fractional reserve is bankrupt?  I just did a search and I found several opinion pieces but nothing other than blog posts.  This stuff makes me crazy because it spreads fear so fast.

I couldn't find official news for this, but how about my litecoin withdrawals are pending for 1 week? I didn't receive those litecoins and they are not in my poloniex account as well. Their suport never answers the tickets, I tried it several times.

Poloniex is a scam and they stole my money clearly. I lived the same story in ethereum 3 weeks ago, I've withdrawn ethereum and I never get them. They disappeared!

I think it would be the best lesson for the scammer owners to get arrested by FBI. Hopefully some American users already contacted with the police.
166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: August 27, 2017, 01:55:42 AM
I save Bitcoins for future purposes, it is not making sense (for me) to save coins just for fun. Saving Bitcoins can grow up our profits in the long term because the price is rising highly, so it is always better to hold the bitcoins.

I was very interested in digital things and I started to buy bitcoin in terms of collection. This mgiht sound weird but in the past, there must be some people started like me. Then the game changed of course. The price went up and we started to buy it for economical reasons. For now, it's too expensive to have it only for fun.
167  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: August 27, 2017, 01:26:56 AM
I dont think it would be as popular in the mainstream, no.

The insanely high gains (and lack of stability in a generally upward direction) is what has made bitcoin so incredibly popular over the last while.

If it had a stable price it would still have all of its features (decentralization, fast transfers, cheaper transfers, finite supply, easily stored, etc.) but I doubt that it would have the same attention. Returns garner the TV and media attention

Stability is a very strange term for bitcoin. The reason why people are attracted by bitcoin is the price fluctutations. Without this fluctuation, I don't think that the crowds would get attracted by bitcoin. The price should move up and down.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Every ICO can F*ck off, especially SONM. on: August 22, 2017, 01:56:42 AM
SONM really caused a huge loss for me too. I joined the ICO and the biggest regret for me. They sold 30 or 40 million dollar euqivalent SNM tokens, but they couldn't manage to be on reputable exchangers. This is also interesting, we still have liqui with zero volume. After this experience, I learnt not to join every ICO randomly.
169  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ? on: August 21, 2017, 11:03:07 PM
Nobody knows what can happen in one year, not even in one hundreed, but i know that bitcoin will survive for so many years, i really hope so, because this is the new era of money. A lot of stores are now accepting crypto, this means that it can not last only one more year, crypto are here to stay.
In one hundreed years i dont think that we are gonna be on this life anymore

Of course you're right. I don't say bitcoin and others will survive after 100 years, but we know they will be here for long years, let's say 20-30 more years. They can't disappear instantly, I don't see any reason for this.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best wallet for altcoins? on: August 21, 2017, 10:41:24 PM
KeepKey is a hardware wallet that can store about 5 different alt coins in the most secure way possible in the crypto space. KeepKey is integrated with ShapeShift so you can seamlessly trade between the alt coins that are supported.

I was looking for trezor and ledger nano s and one people on the forum addressed me to KeepKey. I'll check that out soon. There are many attacks and fraud. So a hardware wallet is needed at the moment. Hope, next time, they (ledger and trezor) make their stock wider.
171  Economy / Speculation / Re: $100000 by 2024? on: August 21, 2017, 10:00:55 PM
Logarithmic trend lines are not applicable for economic charts and assets. Applying to do so causes great mistakes in the market. $100.000 would be more than $25.000.000 by 2024, if you ask me.
172  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best trading site now? on: August 21, 2017, 09:24:05 PM
Also bitfinex and cryotopia are interesting exchangers. Bitfinex is similar to poloniex with its features (exchange, trading, lending) and cryptopia has many interesting altcoins in its portfolio.
But I would recommend only to put an amount to exchangers with what you will trade soon and hold the other amount in wallet.

Crptopia have full of problems, I can say this so that others beware of the problems. Their support replies, but their answers are not helpful, like robotic messages. Here, I will say Kraken, Liqui and Bittrex. For decentralized one, Etherdelta also rocks!
173  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dividing your salary. on: August 21, 2017, 09:07:09 PM
I'd say up to 5% if you can do it.  Take care of all your needs first,  or else you'll end up having to sell and it may not be at the price you want.   I'd get into a retirement plan too, if you can.  Crypto is way more risky and bitcoin is at its all time high.   You say we're heading for the moon, but we may already be there.

I'm doing more of this percentage, I'm going with 20% of my salary although this makes my life harder. I'm dreamin about getting a big profit by holding them until 2025. This is not for everyone, requires high moral and patience.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To Many SCAM! on: August 20, 2017, 05:21:33 PM
I have often invested in ICO, but too many SCAMs in the ICO world, especially now ICO is like dust grains. Let's discuss for a good ICO and not a scam, so we can enjoy the investment results

Lots of persons thought ico is a way to steal money from the people. Then they launched tons of ico. To avoid getting scammed, try to make sure you've taken a look at the white paper and investigated the background of the team members. This way, you find only serious and real projects.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My whole portfolio is red on: August 20, 2017, 04:02:10 PM
All the coins that i own are not moving at all. My portfolio includes
33% ETH
34% Neo
9% Btc
6% Ltc
6% Shift
10% Waves
2% Shitcoins
My luck is so bad, the other day i sold 3 coins to make quick profit and buy back. Everythng was red so I thought the market was moving down. The next day, the coins i sold
Monaco- $8 - jumped 60% and currently $13.5
Dash- $231 jumped 40% and currently $305
Monero- $48 jumped 20%
The only things i sold we up.

Ether or bitcoin are the strong ones to have in your portfolio, but the total amount of these two is only around 42% in your portfolio. It could be 60-65% I think. And neo is very risky to hold, I would sell them instead of letting it be the 34% of my portfolio.

Waves and ltc are good choices. Shift, I don't know.
176  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin break $4500 this week? on: August 20, 2017, 03:50:25 PM
Last week bitcoin try to break $4500 about three times but to no avail! I think  above $4500 is possible before the end August as the momentum is very high and bitcoin Cash has rise significant for the past two day to close at $870 yesterday, I think very soon bitcoin Cash traders will start to take profit and fund will flow back to bitcoin.

$4500 has become a rigid resistance. It's a wall hard to pass behind. I'm watching the market on Bittrex, but, rather than breaking $4500, bitcoin trying to stay above $4000 right now.

$4000 is a strong support, if we break, we can see $3700 very quick.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is the best way to invest? on: August 20, 2017, 01:01:33 AM
ICO is a very good way to invest since it is more accessible to a wide kind of investors and will give resources to innovative business. There are also some rules that applies to any investment, like the existence of risks due to internal or environmental factors.

Risk are increasing in upcoming projects. In the past, there wouldn't be this much ICO and crowd sale. Lots of garbage and scam projects started to conduct ICO. Some of them are awared by the investors, but some of them scam people.

While investing, it's the best to make sure thir team is trusted. Only this way it could be a good way to invest.
178  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: August 19, 2017, 11:51:39 PM
Do I think billionaires invest in Bitcoin?

I don't think they do - I know it. They are more informed than the average person. I am sure many billionaires are very invested in crypto at this point... and it most likely has been that way since the prior rise in 2014 and even before that.
Yes same in your opinion because bitcoin became popular now for those people who wanted to earn money while online and seek a good opportunity. The billionaires also wanted to make a huge money and invest it in order to gain more profit from their money and make them grow.

I don't totally agree with you. Billionaires can't find needed market depth in crpto markets, if we really talk about billions of dollars. They probably made some investments in btc and ethereum, but I don't think it's a serious amount. They can't risk too much money in virtual assets.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Korean market push BCH price up on: August 19, 2017, 11:36:06 PM
Trading volumes of BCH very high on BCH/ KRW pair. Korea is pushing it up now.

According to Coinmarketcap the most volume are on korean exchanges. Bithumb,Koinone,Korbit.

Any adequate reasons for that?

I see only mining price. It is cheaper than bitcoin and if price will be the same as for now.more profitable.

But pure adoption ,no innovtions and strange nature of birth telling me that it is big pump/dump again.

Korean people are very addicted to gambling, do not fall in it too.

I don't see the point behind their support for BCH. For Chinese manipulators, yes, they like BCH very much to maniuplate the market and cause a chaos, but why Koreans...

I'm sure they will fail on BCH pump. The community didn't like BCH idea and the majority doesn't support it.
180  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading sucks, I'll just hold my coins on: August 17, 2017, 12:41:17 AM
True, trading your bitcoin to alts now sucks. So much better not to trade and let your bitcoin moon itself.

I think you made a bad move, did you sell your coins while it was down during the bitcoin correction? Then you lose in the trade.. Did you know that you dont need to sell that, few months later that coins you bought will go up.

How about altcoin holders?

You tell us to hold bitcoins, this is true but only valid for bitcoin holders. Majority of us diversified our assets between different altcoins and bitcoin. Maybe the pumps were incentives for us to go for altcoin, anyway, we're in loss. When we try trading them, we undergo unexpected price results. Holding without trade makes us weak.
