This is a great idea and it can really be of help in especially in those countries with strict financial regulations against cryptocurrencies, my problem is your ico target but soft and hard caps because it is not large enough to acquire any bank that i know of in any part of the world.

You might need Billions of dollars to acquire banks in your stated countries.

I think the bull run will start on bitcoin soon maybe by June or July even though the price doesn't look encouraging now as some have loss large amount but I still think there is a great hope for these coin as it will rise and even multiply as soon as it recovers.

What i do to maximize my bounty reward is to join one or two or more bounty campaign as the case maybe as long as they are good ones, then I promote them as much as I can to get more rewards. But sometimes if the bounty is not that promising, I sell and invest in a more stable coin.

I do not think wave will kill ethereum as ethereum have more popularity than wave and it is even more stable than it. It has a very good potential and strong management team that helps fix problems as soon as they occur. You do not have to think of committing suicide because the price of eth is falling and you think it will continue like that.
