You shouldn't keep loads of money on exchanges. Better to put the in wallets. Safest is if you get a hardware wallet. You can read more about them here: https://besthardwarewallets.com/

I think the lowest has Bitstamp. You need to make an account on the exchange and then you can use credit card to purchase up to $5000 worth of Bitcoin.

Decide which altcoin you wanna buy on a crypto index site like https://coincodex.com/. On the same site you can see where it's trading, make an account on one of the top volume exchanges for that coin and purchase it there. If they have only cryptos (no fiat) then you need to buy bitcoins on an exchange like Kraken or Bitstamp and transfer bitcoin to that exchange.

You should do research and invest only in the ones that have a good development team and a good long term plan.

Verge has a pretty stable growth. IMO it's gonna hit $0.01 within 1 or 2 months.

I think it's time for Status to go over $0.10 in Oct/Nov.

It was hyped and pumped too much in June. Doubt it's gonna get back to that price anytime soon.

I have visited and looked at your site and it is pretty awesome but it is very hard when visiting your site meaning it requires fast internet speed to get into the site and calculate the graphic data in the site and whether any new coins that enter in your direct exchange add to your site?
Hi edynolan, thanks for the comment. What kind of connection do you have in mind? With 5 Mbps / 1 Mbps should be more than fine even when loading graph data, but we're optimizing on an hourly basis. In terms of coins, we're working to list more than 1000 coins from basically every relevant exchange. Right now we add them manually, but we don't expect any delays when a new coin in introduced. However, we're working on a more automatic solution. Is there anything else you want to share with us? thank you for your answer. maybe my internet speed is a little slow when opening your site. looking forward to new updates on your site with better ssl. What's wrong with the SSL?

Do you guys think it's a good time/price to buy into Status? It seems like it hit the bottom and it's ready to grow. And it's 25% below ICO price atm ( https://coincodex.com/crypto/status/).

If your portfolio is worth more then $ is worth more then $2k then you should think about buying a hardware wallet... because if you hold only $100 then it doesn't make sense to buy a hardware wallet cos it costs ~$100. There are 6 hardware wallets out there I think atm, you can find reviews for each of them here: https://besthardwarewallets.com/. Also depends which coins you hold because these hardware wallets don't support that many, just the bigger ones.

I would recommend Trezor hardware wallet, but you should read the reviews yourself to see if that's what ur looking for (eg. here: https://besthardwarewallets.com/)
