Pledged my donation for the decentraliZed market Will be sending funds later today after my wallet finishes its staking process. I'd love to get my rigs fired up on that multi-pool. Any update on progress? Are there still plans to set up a payment gateway? I'm toying with the idea of setting up a store that only accepts DOPE. I have a few rare/interesting items I would be willing to accept only DOPE for. Vaping liquids, super hot pepper seeds and seedlings, and water-proof vibrators to name a few. ( DONT ask why I have two cases of vibrators sitting in my attic, it's a long story ). I will guarantee all coins collected will stay off the market until DOPE reaches a certain price point, say 1000 satoshis or more. Since it's holiday time and not much is going to happen(??), why don't you share us that story? it might be DOPE..  Anyways that shop idea is great! Merry Xmas ya'll! well i went to the site to see what i could read on there but was some unknow language to me so i was like nevermind lol. I did try to find a translate to english or spanish but found nothing haha same here. I was like what the heck is this  Still cool to see it there. BTW: Hashie (sarah) any chance we can re-buy hashie power through XPY/paycoin ? Love to buy more with it i dont think they will allow that but now i am curious george about the answer you will get to your request. I dont have any paycoins but i am sure other people do on here  I was told they would accept altcoins for payments and withdrawals but only as sponsored version which costs 5 BTC as one-time payment. Shouldn't be a problem for GAW. This would be great. Look forward to hearing more for sure. |

Come on. Be Real. The bounty is tiny. 2,000,000 DOPE at 30 satoshi = 0.6 BTC = $200 USD. Anyone smart enough to build a decentralized exchange is going to realize that they can make $200 in a day or two doing some other easy work and buy 2,000,000 DOPE. If someone can't make $200 in a few days then they aren't smart enough to build a decentralized exchange. Your forgetting the rise it would have upon being created/worked on. There are plenty of people who can see the value of such a system. The $200 , turns into $20,000 you just never know. There are 10000 other coins to join, you could start a new blockchain or you could start a new counterparty token. It's getting to the point where investors don't care if devs do a 100% premine and sell off 10% to start development. This bounty is never going to be claimed until decentralized markets are so common that every coin has one and they can be built in a day. I just don't see every coin having it for a bit. We'll be first movers ( trailblazers ) providing a real p2p decentralized marketplace. I'm fine waiting for a year until decentralized markets are common and then building up a good user base but I would prefer option #1. #1 could be started tomorrow and will attract more than 1 person/group of people who want to try to build a decentralized exchange/fork of open bazaar.
I suspect this is going to take alot less time then I expected. After talking to a dev this won't be hard to implement. We just have to discuss a few small things and we are on our way. The suggestion you said isn't bad either , but maybe a tad extreme lol ... Who knows maybe we can do it all The bounty page will be for anyone who wants to do a bounty toward an idea. Edit:I forgot to mention we'll be redoing the main website also most likely and getting part of a shopping cart system here shortly. A lot of movement happening. |

It might be a good idea to merge with other coins. Everyone will get diluted but the community and developer pool will be a lot bigger. This could be true. The closest we'll come to merging would be some sort of alliance i.e., 420 alliance . But, that would be far down the line. Then we could run off and print yet another shitcoin and demand a merge. Hell, just look at ROScoin. Placebo dumped out of DOPE just to start up a shitcoin clone. Keep it dope-centric. True,true fucking Placebo Been talking to someone about dev. this particular idea. It sounds promising for sure. |
