1601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Most profit coins today on: October 17, 2016, 03:29:03 PM
Anyone see a dive with their hashrates over the past 2 days? My HD 7950 was hashing 16MH/s and now doing only 6-8MH/s? Not sure if this is a card problem or a Ethereum issue.

I am still on Crimson 16.9.2 drivers.

been experienced this also but now it is back to normal, but payment hasnt reflected to my online wallet since the last DOS attack, when i Checked the etherchain it says it still in balance and the transaction is still not sent, it is still in transaction received, anyone experienced this?

1603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v7.2 (Windows/Linux) on: October 16, 2016, 01:57:35 PM
yesterday everything working fine but today i am getting too much errros like

ETH: Stratum - Cannot connect to eth-asia1.nanopool.org:9999
ETH: Stratum - Failed to connect, retry in 20 sec..

ETH: Stratum - socket send failed 10054, disconnect
ETH: Connection lost

ETH: Stratum - socket send failed 10054, disconnect
ETH: Stratum - connecting to 'eth-asia1.nanopool.org' <103.3.62.64> port 9999

Can you pin the above address without any problem? It might be related to your internet service provider.

internet is working fine bro. and i tried this pool also us1.ethpool.org:3333 same error
and how to pin address?
sorry i am newbie

Maybe he is referring to PING command in CMD. in windows open command prompt or CMD, and TYPE ping eth-asia1.nanopool.org THEN Press enter if you receive replies then your connection is good. :-)
1604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: (burnt mobo pins), what should I do? on: October 11, 2016, 03:32:10 AM
The PSU and Mobo might still work, just replace the cables and clean the burnt, however, investigate the culprit, often times this might recur again.
1605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Problem getting my RX480 cards mining on: October 09, 2016, 03:47:24 PM
I just finished my RX480 build.

I run Windows 10 and i have five cards installed, one more arriving tomorrow.
I run the 16.7.3 driver.

I have tried a crapload of miners now and if it does not crash right away it will go in slowmotion until it does later on.

What miner are you guys running with the RX 480 cards ?

did you do claymore?  did you try with four cards?

do that.

also
what is your mobo?
what is your cpu?
what is your psu?
what is your ram?
I tried the Claymore miner but i could not get it to work when i added my own stuff in the batch file. With the original batch file included with the miner it started up without problems.

I did not try with four cards, i dont think that is the problem.

I use the same hw in all my rigs:

Asrock H81 Pro BTC
Dual core Celeron
Powered USB risers
Silverstone Strider 1200w psu
4gb DDR3

I have the virtual memory set at 16GB

bad batch file  I am going out to dinner I will be home in 3 hours or so.. maybe some one can help before I return.

try claymore on ethpool  with 4 cards  16.7.2 drivers

and use this for your bat file.
if it works try with   your address instead of mine

EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.ethpool.org:3333 -ewal 0x71e017514b3338988f0c080b917749ed218b64d0.rigcryptoTEST

did this work for you? I just built a rig with 6 rx 480s cant even run windows without crashing help

Did you try what Philip suggested? There are a lot of possibilities a miner crashed, from my experienced i forgot to set my virtual mem into 16gb.. otherwise check other suggested options.
1606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: G1 Sniper B7 motherboard... Anyone tried it? on: October 03, 2016, 11:44:11 AM
Well now I've got the options of the following boards:

-Gigabyte G1 Sniper B7 (6th Gen)
-H97 Guard Pro (4th & 5th Gen)
-Gigabyte Z87 (4th Gen)

Any suggestions? Would love if someone can provide any idea about these in mining... Need the most power-efficient motherboard.

for the 3 GPU's any board above will do fine just do risers, however if I were you, I would consider future GPU additions, as for the power efficiency it will depend on your GPU settings and power supply, some sort of advise is that go for a higher efficiency and decent power supply.
1607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v6.4 (Windows/Linux) on: September 06, 2016, 04:07:39 AM
i see someone using this to monitor his mining
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ua.com.bcmob.claymoresdualminermonitor&hl=en
youtube : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtjeMgPhHBA

how to know/ceck my ip address ?  Huh Huh Huh

Just type in google 'What's my IP' then hit search it would display your ISP IP's. hope that helps.

1608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Die 5 RX480 (Reference) on: September 01, 2016, 01:29:07 AM
I am using 4 Ribbon risers applied with my 4 GPUs, the risers are not powered and working fine as of the moment. cross finger not to experience this one.  Grin

1611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Gtx 1070 hasrates on: August 10, 2016, 02:05:27 AM
Ok thanks..

I am having issues while mining on windows 10.. my gpus just go to sleep.. anyone knows what the issue might be ?

Might it be weak PSU?  I am running 2 1070s on corsair tx750v2

adjust the power setting for windows 10, remove the 10/30 min sleep for both the monitor and the system

Does removing sleep on the monitor actually matter?

No, but when the system sleeps it does matter.
1612  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: someone should please teach me how to mine on: August 03, 2016, 02:04:58 AM
so Terry, I'll be honest with you: if you are asking in this way in 2016, bitcoin mining is definitely not for you. sorry.

If she has a cheap or a free Electricity then why not go on mining. she could really make an advantage of it.
1613  Other / Off-topic / Re: If Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom, what would you do next? on: July 20, 2016, 08:39:57 AM
I wonder if you would jump into another cryptocurrency in case the Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom. Or what else would you do? Would you leave the game completely? Tell me Smiley

though I don't personally believe that BTC would go beyond bottom with any other currencies, I would roughly presume if this happens it is an opportunity to buy more and keep,  And for sure this will rise to the top again. No sweat rich ei..
1614  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcoin affects life a lot on: July 18, 2016, 05:19:25 AM
Yes, Bitcoin is effected my life, everyday life is only earning cents to cents and it was takes my times a lot.. Thinking about how earn money much..
that is the struggle you are doing to get money but my case is slightly different from it i am earning sufficiant amount of money which can fullfil my needs like internetbilld and pocket money and if i stop it then ihave to face a little pressure and thats why i call it as addiction
Same here, currently I'm on university and earning bitcoin it is like my part time job. I also doing trade altcoins which is given me more money for full fills my needed.. Then if I stop doing this then surely I will having no money..
yes i can understand it there is no one on my side to too fulfill my wishes so i have to struggle to satisfy my own wants sorry we have to work for ourselfs
bitcoin has afftected my life a lot not only positively but also negetively.thats because there was a time when i use to walk run and even jump like a monkey with friends and all the outdoor stuffs but after getting involve in this bitcoin thing i am spending most of my time either coding or learning new programming languages or earnin btcs for somewhere . should i lower spending my time in internet or not and is there anyone who is facing this type of addiction here

I think BTC hasn't got any negative effect on me. Only positive.
didmt you got any phisical effect like you are stuck spending time with your phone or pc a lot insted of your family or friends.i know friends are not much important when we are comparing them with money but they are precious too in other sense which we are not feeling right now but maybe someday we will need them

Some sort of advice OP, you might consider setting your own goals and what you want to be, if you feel like you lack some social life then start it anew, initiate it with your friends and try to hang out with them, you had some advantage as you are now earning money with BTC, sure it so cool having out with friends and pocket full of bucks. but be warned, this is also addictive. Lol
1615  Other / Archival / Re: how to earn bitcoin fast? on: July 15, 2016, 07:59:26 AM
we want to  know how fast you earn 1 bitcoin? so that a newbie like me can learn more about bitcoin  and gives us encouragement to pursue bitcoin Grin

The fastest way to earn bitcoins is through gambling. Some of my friends earn 100k satoshi a day from faucet in the gambling site. Well start with faucet when you are a pro then you go big bets and win big wins. But dont be greedy its the trick to avoid losses. Try Bitsler.com it is the coolest dice game online.

O Yeah, The fastest way to earn, and The fastest way to LOSE, I personally don't recommend this gambling thing, as it usually put a person into a deep pitfall, better to do sig campaigns and tradings at it has less risk than gambling.
1616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OMG Halving Happened AND... on: July 11, 2016, 12:26:23 PM
Nothing to see here folks, price is not going up stop dreaming
Were you expecting for the price to go up right after halving? It will take time to go upwards, Just wait.. Wink

yeah, I am really expecting this too, not only that I do invest in high price but logically in the law in supply and demand , hoping that the price will still increase maybe I will a wait and little patience for this.
1617  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: July 11, 2016, 11:31:54 AM
Tell me all about it

My least favorite thing about bitcoin is its price volatility Its value changes very rapidly to the point that your money will be tripled in just a week or will turn into half in just also a week. But that's what also I love about a bitcoin since I am trader, a very high risk trader, I love investing in bitcoins since it can make my money grow in a very short span of time.

I think the price fluctuation makes it a bit less favorite in the new investors who wants to invest their money into bitcoins, as they have a fear of loosing their money looking at the price volatility.

Yes though price can go up and down, but actually people think that the current value of bitcoins is peak value and the price will just go down. Hence they hesitate to invest their money into bitcoins.

Yeah, I do take the risk and buy at a high price around 700$ unfortunately the price today isn't going high enough for the past 7 days, I am worried that the price right now will continue to fall, hopefully will not, I am planning to withdraw this as long it reaches at least 699 above, just hopin for it.
1618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If u were Warren Buffet would u buy 51% of Bitcoins? on: July 11, 2016, 07:57:26 AM
If I was Warren Buffett I'd already be rich so I wouldn't bother with bitcoin Wink

Agree on this, I think there are a lot more resources he could go focus on to rather than bitcoin, but possibility is that one of his company may get interested on this on implementing/engaging or develop bitcoin business but not directly from Warren buffet.
1619  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if price of bitcoin dont increase after halving too. on: July 11, 2016, 07:30:06 AM
Currently it is stable , need not worry for  bitcoin price not increasing after halving , we may need to wait for  week or month , once more demand is there bitcoin price starts increasing  Smiley
I think too slow to increase. bitcoin should be increased quickly after halving occurs.
but I remain grateful that bitcoin is not decreasing in price very much.

yes it is indeed stable, the miners still not losing hope, or rather they had still much tolerance and prepared for the halving, other folks disappointed on the speculations have been read for the halving about. but if you will look at the trend, the price isn't that low and we must be grateful about it.
1620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what happens to Bitcoin if internet goes down? on: July 11, 2016, 06:00:09 AM
given the cayos happening in the world i wouldn't be surprised of nuclear war and in this case i would expect internet disruption question is what happens to Bitcoin if internet goes down?

home internet and mobile internet goes down

do not mean trade bitcoin to buy/sell i mean using it as a way of payment say you wanted to send money to someone abroad for family far away

Of course Bitcoin will not process without internet, however if this happens, all of the world is in tremendous chaos, businesses, transportation, communications will greatly affected, not only bitcoins, but all other currencies will go down.

So I guess, All governments and other people including us is preventing this type of problem.
