1601  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin help rebuild Venezuela? - Darb Finance on: August 12, 2019, 06:07:07 AM
Bitcoin will help the Venezuelan in terms of wants and needs but it will definitely not rebuild Venezuela because such responsible belong to the government and the major causes of the Venezuela problem is their government ego act of not seeking advice , not opening doors concrete inter businesses, electricity and relying on crude oil.
1602  Other / Archival / Re: Is KYC benefit to crypto people or not on: August 11, 2019, 10:11:05 PM
KYC is not a significant risk factor and good investors never consider KYC as important. In fact, investors always try to use their money in the right organization , so the thinking of smart investors is a great exception.
But a good project values KYC more in order to manage their development effectively, so they keep the registration process going KYC.
Speaking of good project valuing KYC in order to manage their development effectively, is all a lie because the KYC issue has nothing to do with the effective development of a project and I think every new project which requires KYC are a centralized project. Mind you, Ethereum never require KYC when they wanted to launch their project why is KYC matter.

I think it is not necessary to request KYC, it just makes us anonymous, which is not necessary for cryptocurrency users. However, KYC is needed for managing campaigns, bounty hunters will not be able to use multiple accounts at once in a campaign. Besides, it has many potential risks of disclosing information of customers as well as users outside. Therefore, I always do not support campaigns that require KYC, it is really unnecessary
You got it all wrong I don't see any reason why bounty hunters will have to go through KYC and bounty managers don't need to use KYC before they could stop multiple account participation in their bounty. However,  you're not specific when you said "I think it is not necessary to request KYC, it just makes us anonymous, which is not necessary for cryptocurrency users."
1603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens if Bitcoin Dominance increases by more than 80%? on: August 11, 2019, 09:06:49 PM
in my opinion what will happen is :
1. the price of Bitcoin will increase very high, because there will be many investors who are interested to investing in Bitcoin, thus making the price of Bitcoin will increase very high
2. many coin whose prices will go down or even those coin will disappear, because no investor will invest in the coin
3. exchange between Bitcoin and altcoin will have a small volume, because investors will definitely be more interested in exchanging Bitcoin with currencies (EUR, CHF, USD, NZD, YEN, and others).

that is my thought if BTC Dominance increased to more than 80%, then what about your opinion?

Thank You.
*  You're quite right about more investors to be interested in bitcoin once it dominant 80% of the crypto market.
* Number 2, Many altcoin will vapourize but some altcoin will still follow the momentum surge in the price of bitcoin and that depends on the altcoins level of support, concept, utility etc.
 * For number,3 the decision made by the arbitrage will determine that.
1604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wilder vs Fury 2: The Rematch on: August 11, 2019, 12:31:41 PM
Even without the personal life issue of  Tyson, Wilder still has the upper chance to beat Tyson because Wilder is totally in shape these days which is the reason why he beat Dominic Breazeale on KO a couple of seconds during the first round.
If you take boxing technique and skills Tyson Fury is far better than a brawler and a heavy puncher like Deontay Wilder but the most amazing thing about Wilder is that he just weighs around 205 pounds and that is crazy that he is fighting as a heavyweight and the amount of power he has in that frame to knock out a very heavy boxer is incredible, both have their own skill sets and i would love to see the rematch. Tyson Fury does not bother about physical fitness all the time but his boxing skills are incredible and the most interesting part is the power versus technique displayed by both these fighters.
I understand you perfectly well and I want you to know put what I am saying into consideration because I'm not talking about previous records or activities of the flighters but for I'm talking about their current abilities.

Tyson = Left hand; Fury = Right hand  Cheesy

This means he’s punching herself together with that two hands of him?😂😂

I wonder what will happen to him after the 12 round🤪🤪

Anyway about wilder vs Tyson’s fight?let the game decides soon ,but for me I am with Wilder on this one .sorry but I am not a Tyson’s fan 👍👍✌🏻

Am a Tyson those days that he's emotionally healthy, but now I don't have confidence on him. He's got more previous problems dealing with his personal life, so it could probably affects his performance. Being healthy starts from within. Definitely if he's fighting with Wilder, I think it won't be 100% as good as his old days. Let my bets go to Wilder, because I am confident that he could win over Tyson.
Even without the personal life issue of  Tyson, Wilder still has the upper chance to beat Tyson because Wilder is totally in shape these days which is the reason why he beat Dominic Breazeale on KO a couple of seconds during the first round.

Tyson is on the best shape of his life lately. Remember that he beat Klitschko with an huge beer belly, guy looked pretty ridiculous back then. Skills pay the bills, boxing is not a modeling pageant, we should already know this after the Ruiz incident. Joshua was too worried with looking good on instagram to get marketing/brand deals and underestimated the skills and willpower of the smaller, out of shape guy.

Also in HW it's better to be packing a bit of extra mass vs being a tall lanky guy like wilder IMO. Wilder is just a special specimen because of the way he is built. His skills are pretty limited tho, he will always lose without landing an huge hit that either KO's Tyson or if the fight is being close, makes it the deciding factor for the judges. Im betting on Tyson getting the job done this time, but it's pretty scary to realize the fact that Wilder can ruin your bet with a single punch.
Tyson, is a good fighter but the issue of Joshua losses to Ruiz was the act of underrating his opponent which he also said when they were speculating about the rematch venue. Mind you, Deontay Wilder is not busy entertaining the media but training and fighting to stay in shape.
1605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I've lost on: August 11, 2019, 11:51:29 AM
Your experience is typical like someone who couldn't invest what he can afford to lose. Investing at $13,000 and it nose down to $4,000 is quite pitiable.
Investing in cheap but real project altcoins would have been better. That's why we don't need to invest in a single coin.
He was shocked to know his invesment down 3 times than he bought. That's why he was tried to risk all of his bitcoin to earn 3 times so he will break even.
He was shocked because he barely knows or understands how volatile  the crypto market could be  and how to cut losses

He was too greedy rather than can't afford to lose.
That's not greed buddy. A wise man once said "man which have no knowledge of his doing is dangerous to himself" because he can easily destroy himself and the people around him.
The OP is one of those who don't know what crypto investment and gambling entail.
1606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Not a must to promote every bounty projects on: August 10, 2019, 09:52:27 PM
Its greed that drives many new bounty hunters to promote bountiea as they keep showing up in crypto space either the bounties are good or bad they care less hoping they will make good profits this way but unfortunately this is why we have many disappointed bounty hunters on here, when bounty ends and no payment received they will start saying bounties are waste of time
You mentioned one of the reasons why some bounty hunters promote scam bounty but once a project scam the advertiser either won't make a profit from the project and the genuine reason why most bounty hunters to join scam bounty was their lack of knowledge because they don't know factors to consider which will make them join a real project.
1607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: August 10, 2019, 09:23:06 PM
Floyd Mayweather drops hint he's preparing for Manny Pacquiao rematch

Floyd Mayweather has convinced some fans he is ready for a Manny Pacquiao rematch by posting training footage on social media.

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/boxing/floyd-mayweather-drops-hint-hes-18854110

Mayweather is always training by default, this is by no means an indication that he's preparing for a rematch with Manny.

I mean even Mayweather Sr still trains, I guess he's coming back for one last fight too? Maybe against Charlie Zenoff  Grin

Jr. is probably just training for some exhibition match somewhere, I doubt he wants Pacquiao-level smoke at his age.
You cant compare the all Mayweather to every other fighter because boxing and the staying in shape act run in the family veins. Besides, this is one of the reasons why it will be hard for Manny to beat Mayweather Jr. never they meet in the ring.
1608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO & IEO at the same time possible? on: August 10, 2019, 04:20:45 AM
Hello Bitcointalk Community,

i wondered if it is possible to do an ICO and an IEO at the same time?

Can i spread the total supply for fundraising and use half of it for an IEO and the other one for an ICO ?

I am looking forward to an response.

Kind Regards

Marian

It's possible but it will not guaranty success, Dexage has done that they fist held ICO then when they failed to get more funds they shift to IEO, possibly using a portion of the ICO funds to get listed in IEO, they are lucky to get funded on both but it's still will go to the kind of project and the credibility of the team, ICO and IEO can succeed or fail if they do not have a good platform to back them of.
It possible to run both ICO and IEO at the same time but it will make the investors believe the project team doesn't know what they are doing or believe in the concept they implemented in the project and for Dexage which you used as an example don't actually run ICO and IEO at the same time cause they run it simultaneously which still better than running the two once.

1610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will EOS fly to the moon like BNB soon?! on: August 09, 2019, 09:09:22 PM
No, it won't. EOS is a very stable coin. They don't have many updates, where Binance created a revolution through their IEO launchpad. Some projects came under the EOS technology, most of them were bet/gambling-related and most of them are being failed or scammed! Personally, I think EOS is kind of overrated project.
Just because they were using their blockchain we cannot say EOS is like scammy project, there is no over rate or under rate.If a coin got the price means there are reasons for it.
For clarification, EOS will never perform in the market like BNB cause the two coins has different concept, EOS gambling dapp have problem a couple of months back which leads to millions be lost by investors/players while Binance was hacked but users fund are secured.
What most crypto investors, enthusiast and traders need from project team is assurance that they will give the community their best and did care about the security of very investment invested in their project they will support your project. However, is also a centralized coin which was also one of the reason why it seems to be stable in price.

1612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anthony Pompliano holds 50% of Net Worth In Bitcoin on: August 09, 2019, 04:11:24 PM
Looks like he really believe in bitcoin or just want nice way of PR
Anthony Pompliano has proved himself to be a total crypto enthusiast by representing bitcoin through debation and volunteering himself for the crypto event but him investing 50% of his wealth in bitcoin is what I don't know if it is a truth.
If @Theymos could invest 50% of his then Pompliano might be telling the truth cause there will still be some people who also follow the step of theymos.
1613  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you agree with this crypto expert's bitcoin price prediction? on: August 09, 2019, 02:55:39 PM
That person is hallucinating or dreaming. But I am not against him, even I wish for bitcoin to reach that high. But let us be real, bitcoins value will not reach that high in 2023. We could possibly hit 50k$ but 250k$ is just a wishful thinking. But who knows I maybe wrong and he is right. Let us just wait for 2023 so we can really decide that what he is saying is real is just purely wishful thinking.
Firstly, the prediction was a long-ago made by Venture capital founder and you might be right when you said he's dreaming due to the previous prediction made by Tim Draper but if we research the price of the bitcoin market through TA there's a chance for bitcoin to cliche the price range he mentioned due to 2024 bitcoin halving.

1616  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Investing in gold in 2019 on: August 08, 2019, 05:11:52 PM
I never invest in gold, i am more prefer to invest in crypto. Invest in crypto is easy than gold and if you pro you will make a big profit in crypto.
I will advise you to try someday and invest in gold rather than having your fund save in the bank where the banks use your money for their personal investment. Besides, the future of the fund is not guaranteed when inflation happens and you can invest in gold online through Gold stablecoin which was implemented by Digital gold Ltd an already working project.
1617  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What BTC Payment Processor to Implement in My Site ? on: August 08, 2019, 04:40:43 PM
Install a full node on your computer.
Go to console to type "getnewaddress" that's your Bitcoin address.

Now you can ask people to send payments to this address.

Done. Peer to Peer, no fees, no complication.

You're right with what you said but the OP is looking for a crypto payment processor which will do all the payment processing on his behalf and I will recommend the Blockchain.com API as the best option if the OP doesn't see it as a complicated procedure.
1618  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-08-01]"Bitcoin Creator" Calls Opponents Fraudsters. Ethereum Is Among Proj on: August 07, 2019, 06:48:40 PM

At the same time, the hash war between Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV visually demonstrated the world that crypto enthusiasts can’t get a consensus among themselves on where they should be until the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies.
Not really. The war between BCH and BSV shills only demonstrated that the people who blindly follow these two failed forks are almost as stupid as their leaders, Ver and Wright. Real crypto enthusiasts and users have complete consensus that bitcoin (real bitcoin) is the way forward.

Proven fraudster Wright calling anyone else a fraudster is peak irony. Charles Ponzi looks like an honest man standing next to CSW.
In addition, the two coins (BCH/BSV) ceators  are the real ponzi scheme the cryptocurrency market have ever since and only people who are absolute fool will believe in the future of coins which his creators are usually selfish, making lame excuses and always blame someone else for their own mistakes.

I will advice the OP to change the " Bitcoin" in the topic to BSV.
1619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is There A point To still Hold Litecoin As An Investment? on: August 07, 2019, 04:25:23 PM
Litecoin Is a strong investment and a long term investment precisely,  there is still lots of room for it to grow huge,
I agreed Litecoin was a strong due to what happened after it creator sold all his holding before he determines to take the coin the next level which was the exact reason why I choose not to invest in the coin anymore in other to play safe.

I believe that you won't have to regret buying it for a long term
We both know deeply what you just said is not guaranteed cause the previous decision made by the coin creator is enough.
1620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anthony Pompliano holds 50% of Net Worth In Bitcoin on: August 07, 2019, 03:20:07 PM
On Aug 6th, Founder of the capital management firm Morgan Creek Antony Pompliano during an interview O’Leary asked Pomp how much he had invested in Bitcoin, Pomp responded that 50% of his net worth is in Bitcoin.

Will you believe in investing 50% on bitcoin?
I have a huge passion for bitcoin but I can't invest 50% of my net worth in bitcoin and we can't be sure if Pompliano is definitely telling the truth.
I'm sure this will affect the price of the bitcoin market in coming days.

Really mad guy.. This is too risky
Yes, investing one's 50% Net worth into bitcoin is risky but I don't see it as a mad decision for someone like Pompliano which understand perfectly well what crypto investment entails.
