Don't go with the followers go with the one who is the independent one and others follow it, ah it means go with Bitcoin only and avoid shit-coins at any cost. Just use those shit-coins to accumulate more Bitcoin as they get pumped when they get excited by the little pumps that Bitcoin gets. Bitcoin is the real option if you want to have a good future while the rest of the shit-coins will rest in peace after a few years and people will cry that why they didn't picked Bitcoin only.
1602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hey Bitcoiners Choose Simplicity Over Complex Technicalities on: October 20, 2023, 07:57:29 PM
We have a site that's named YouTube where you can learn about multi-sig wallet easily. Just search the term "How to setup multi-sig wallet" and you'll see 100's of video tutorials that teach you how to set-up a multi-sig wallet and trust me learning from those tutorials isn't hard at all. In fact Electrum also offer multi-sig wallets and for that you'll have to search "How to set up multi-sig wallet in electrum" on YouTube and once again you'll see some good videos that will help you to set your own multi-sig wallet in Electrum.
1603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the best crypto exchange for P2P transactions ? on: October 20, 2023, 07:46:09 PM
Which is the best crypto exchange for P2P transactions ?  I am looking for a good alternative to Binance P2P.

Binance is by far the best exchange for p2p transactions but in this case you want another exchange that's a good alternative of Binance. Since you're trying to find an alternative of Binance P2P so I decided to share the one that's the best one after Binance p2p. The exchange is named as OKX and it's by far the best alternative of Binance p2p. You can easily trade p2p on this exchange and surely there will be many sellers and buyer that accept the fiat currency of your country.
1604  Other / Meta / Re: Post/Thread Writing With AI - For Faster Signature Campaign Rewards - Easy & Fun on: October 20, 2023, 06:38:28 PM
To make forum life more easy and modern, posts and threads writing with AI ( Artificial Intelligence ) could be nice gift for all forum users. AI using in Bitcointalk forum can be also real life safer, when you need to make more posts/threads to receive the signature campaign awards.
Fake reality/spam posts/threads are already presented in the forum, so AI using just improve the fake reality/spam in more modern way.
Plus forum admin probably will be happy with full AI implementation in the forum, because AI currently is the top trend in the Web. AI using in the forum for post/thread writing can be also good advertising for new forum members, who want to use something advanced & new & not seen elsewhere.
What you think ?

I have seen many threads that you created and most of those are made in order to change the current system of the forum. In some of your threads you were opposing the merit system of the forum and now you are suggesting AI written posts. There is a thread by Nutildah where users report all those posts that are created by AI text generators.

The forum is for real humans not for bots and if AI writes the posts for users then they aren't doing anything and that approach will increase spamming on forum. AI generated posts  are going to be no less than a miracle for the account farmers as they will be able to make 100's of posts per day with the help of AI text generators and most of the posts in a thread will be very similar because AI text generators can only share the information that they were trained with.

The signature campaigns are managed by humans whom we call campaigns managers and in most of the managers dislike AI generated text and especially Royse gives rewards to the ones who report those participants in a campaign that use AI to generate text. The AI generated texts are highly disliked by the members of the forum and I recommend you to avoid those AI text generators at any cost.
1605  Other / Meta / Re: As A Bitcointalk Member on: October 20, 2023, 12:18:59 PM
Being a member of this Forum, what are the things that you can say YOU have done for the growth of this Forum aside from posting (which is normal) or fishing out scammers/hackers.
I'd like to know because we do have members that have the title (if I should call it a title) PROMINENT dancing by their name, and I just wonder.
What have they done to own that title?
Is it that they have contributed much on this Forum? What have they done or how can we tell what they have done?

I'm in a no way an expert to know that why that title is given to the members of the forum and I don't really have internal information from the manager or sponsors who want such members to be part of their campaigns, but I'll try my best to explain what I think about those members. I guess that title is especially for the members who have been contributing to the forum for a long time. There are members who have been active on this forum for many years and through out all those years they have got trust of other users due to their contribution on the forum. The prominent member is someone who is known by majority of users and such members are known due to their contribution on this forum. The contribution can be in the form of threads, posts, or reporting the spam, AI spam, plagiarism, and scams, etc.

If I'm not wrong then the prominent members who have earned that title due to their consistent contribution on this forum are somehow rewarded by the campaign mangers in one way or other. Those members are accepted as contributing members of the forum because they have posted some very informative and useful threads and helped the forum and the member's in one way or another. Those members are few in number and campaign managers really know that who's a prominent member and who isn't one. Ah, in simple terms, a member has to be a helpful and contributing member of the forum for at least a few years in order to be called as prominent member.

1606  Other / Meta / Re: My suggestion on how to reduce the spam problem in gambling board, what's yours? on: October 20, 2023, 12:04:27 PM

As a merit source , I barely open threads with more than 2 pages.

Gambling board is filled with megathreads,  which me and other merit sources just ignore.

The problem with the lack of merit might be related to that

Very true the gambling board is filled with mega-threads and most of the members of the forum tend to avoid such threads. The merit sources always try to find good posts which they can send some smerits and it's a quite difficult task for a human to view each post in a mega-thread. I try my best to open threads which are no more than 4 pages but in gambling board the situation is different as there are very few threads that are less than 4 pages and that's why I give sometime to read the last two page of a board before making any posts there.

It would be a really difficult to fix such issues of the gambling board and that's why most of the merit sources and a few members of the forum avoid sending any merits at those boards. I remember a manager posted his merit source application thread on Meta because he wanted to be a merit source at gambling board so that he may send a merits to some posts in gambling boards. I think that such merit source applications should be supported by the members of the forum and the admins should view those applications and accept those so that good posts at gambling boards can also get some merits.

I have done a test to see that these emojis will work or not and I found that they work like a charm without any issues. Your method really works and I can see those emojis on my post. In this post I will share a few of those emojis that appeared very good and I have taken those with the method that you shared.

1609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ICC WORLD CUP 2023 ACTUAL DISCUSSION THREAD! on: October 19, 2023, 09:57:38 PM
I feel that Pakistan's batting order is weaker than Australia and They are too much dependable on Babar Azam and Rizwan which put him under extra pressure and can't able to play his actual game. Whereas Australia., found their rhythm back and we all know if they start and they will become unstoppable and that is why they are having 5 trophies behind them.

I am looking forward to seeing tomorrow's match and I guess it will give a good match since both of them are not really in comfortable position, and they need to make a statement.

This is a big match for both Pakistan and Australia and no one can afford to lose. Although Pakistan lost to India (they had to lose), does not mean that Pakistan is out of competition but they can be out of the race and the passion may be down if they lost to Australia tomorrow. This can be a turning point for our Pakistan team. Although the match won't be a piece of cake, but if somehow we are able to win this, then i would be confident that we are going to the Semi finals.

Pakistan showed some great fights in their last real match with Sri Lanka and if they can repeat the same performance, it will be nightmares for the Aussies. I am saying Last Real Match, as the last match with India was not a real one.

This time it will be a really tough match for Pakistan team because Australian team is much stronger then them. The Pakistani team is good against the teams which aren't much competitive however this time they are going to face a team which will give them huge competition on field. The Pakistani players sometimes lose their consistency and that's a reason for their loss.

The match with India was also a tough one and Pakistan lost it but yeah they played very well against Sri Lanka team and won the match. The Australian team is tougher than both India and Sri Lanka in performance and they can be the worst nightmare for many teams I guess. Pakistani team isn't doing well in past few matches but if they improve their gameplay then surely they'll give a tough time to Australian team.
1610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about trading feature? on: October 18, 2023, 11:00:44 PM
Futures trading could really be that somewhat be considered to be a gambling already but just as you had mentioned that application of strategies or analysis would really be giving that kind of edge on a certain individual on which it could really be that totally separates gambling into things on which it do really rely purely on luck.We do know that there are things which can be considered a gamble basing up on how things been done.
Here on what we are talking about trading type of game on the said sites like Rollbit which they are even giving that 1000x leverage which is totally that not possible when we do speak about those exchange platforms
that do really only give out 125-150x max as far as i remember or basing up on experience which we could say that this 1000x is really that a huge gamble considering on how fast you would really be busting up yourself .
So if you do have that trading experience then you could really be able to apply your knowledge on something this type of gambling-trading thing on which you do know that you could really
take advantage specially if you do have that trading experience and knowledge on which you could really simply apply that knowledge which it would really be giving that good odds on winning or making yourself
that profitable.

That's a pretty decent explanation and yes I agree that when trading is leveraged at 100x or 1000x then that purely falls into the domain of gambling rather than trading. I haven't used that reading type game of Rollbit but surely they have added 1000x in order to make trading a gamblers game. A decent trader will never go with leverage above 5x a few very professional traders may go with leverage of 10x but they make very proper strategies in order to tackle the inverse markets.

Nah, trading knowledge with completely fail if we have leverage of 1000x because now we will have to rely on our luck instead of the trading knowledge that we have. Traders are humans and it's almost impossible to win with 1000x leverage because with 1000x leverage only 0.1% is enough to liquidated the trade. The crypto market is highly volatile and 0.1% takes place in many coins every minute to every 3 minutes. Those type of games are just using the name of trading I guess because they offer nothing for traders.
1611  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about trading feature? on: October 18, 2023, 09:18:48 PM
Right from when I knew future trading, I classified it to more of gambling than trading. I am not surprised that casinos have started to include future trading in their sites. I haven't traded futures before but I have read about it and I do not think that it presents any advantage over the usual casino games.

Futures trading with 2x to 5x leverage doesn't fall into gambling because those leverage limits can actually be good for advanced traders. Man, trading is a lot different from gambling if we pick a small leverage because higher leverages are somehow risky but we can reduce the risks and increase the profits if we know about hedging tactics. I have been doing futures trading for a long time now and I can proudly say that you can earn a lot of money with futures trading if you have a good strategy and if you have set proper goals.

The casino games are purely luck based games and we can't really have any good strategy with those games. But as futures traders we can have proper trading strategies which can increase our profits if we use leverage. However, futures trading also have it's risks and we can't ignore those. A futures trader if trades without any proper strategy then he/she is throwing his/her money into a well in hopes of getting their wishes fulfilled but they don't know that the well is too deep and instead of getting their wishes fulfilled they may lose their money.

Futures trading requires strict discipline and a firm mindset which doesn't really fall into the illusion of the humanly emotions. Our emotions should be controlled in order to have profits in futures trading because as humans we have emotions like greed which can blur our mental abilities and sometimes we take very wrong decisions when we fall into the trap of those emotions. If we find a way to control those emotions then surely we can earn enormous profits as futures traders.

1612  Other / Meta / Re: Edited: China Subforums - Admin Probably Will Be Arrested & Transfered To China on: October 18, 2023, 08:14:10 PM
The local board of Chinese has nothing do with the people of China as anyone who knows Chinese language can take part in that local board. The Chinese authorities won't be able to take any actions against the people who aren't living in China because there are so many people in the world who speak Chinese language and they aren't living in China.

The Bitcointalk forum has nothing that's against Chinese government and I don't think that China will ever take any actions against the admins whatsoever. I don't know why people try to spread fake rumors that has no evidence at all. The forum admin has nothing to do with China and Chinese people or Chinese government and there won't be any action against him/them from Chinese government or anyone else at all.

The Chinese local board is for those people who speak Chinese language and that's all. It has nothing to do with the people of China or Government of China, and I'm more than sure that Chinese authorities don't really care about the Bitcointalk Chinese local board and I believe that OP created this thread in order to get some attention.

1615  Other / Meta / Re: "You are searching too quickly" on: October 18, 2023, 05:52:26 AM
Why is it that Btalk search bar is slow as molasses? I make one search and the whole system is down for 10 minutes lol

The search bar is pretty fast for me but the problem with the native search engine of Bitcointalk is that it won't work the way we want it to work. But, I have been using the search bar myself for a long time do search for things that I know the search function of the forum will find without any doubt. I recommend you to use Google search engine to search for threads in the website because it'll be a pain in head to do that with the internal search engine of the forum.
1616  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 17, 2023, 09:08:45 PM
Bitcoin is doing very well after yesterday's pump. I know that pump happed due to Coointelegraph's fake news but the pump really took Bitcoin to good levels and its price is being appreciated after that pump for sure. If a fake news related to ETFs can create such pumps then what would be the response of the investors if in actual those ETFs get approved. I expect huge pumps upon acceptance on ETFs and anyone who's holding their coins will actually won't believe that how intense those pumps will be.
1617  Other / Meta / Re: How to know if somone replied to my post? on: October 17, 2023, 04:43:47 PM
If you want to be notified for each mention then you'll have to install TryNinja's [TELEGRAM] Yet Another BitcoinTalk Notification BOT (merits, mentions, topics,+) as that's the best option for you. Once you install that bot and after that anyone who mentions your name in a thread or post then you'll get notified for that mention.

That's the best way to see all the mentions that you get in threads or posts and you won't miss a mention with that bot. The best thing about TryNinja's bot is that it's complete free and open-source and you an add changes or extra features in it if you know software development. If you really want to see that who tags you or calls you in a thread or a post then install that bot and you're good to go. The ones who see that thing automatically are most probably using TryNinja's bot or they have made their own bots.

You'll also get notified if someone sends merit/merits to your post and you know the more merits you get the more dopamine you'll have. If you want to have dopamine plus all those extra feature then install TryNinja's bot and trust me you'll love the experience. Best of luck!
1618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I was ripped off on: October 17, 2023, 04:26:18 PM
You really for ripped off buddy and you can't do anything because Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. Electrum is that wallet that people use to deposit their Bitcoin or send those Bitcoin to someone else and all the transactions of Bitcoin are irreversible whether send via Electrum or any other wallet. That type of scams are common these days and on this forum we always warn Bitcoin users from such kind of scams in order to promote awareness to the users so they can be careful with their transactions.

Even if you have the wallet address of the scammer or the transaction ID (TXID), it will still not be possible for you to regain your Bitcoin if he/she has used a wallet like Electrum. Most Bitcoin users and unfortunately scammers know about such wallet software and they don't really store their Bitcoin on addresses that exchange provide. It'll be almost impossible for you to get your money back. I'm sorry for you loss buddy! Next time be careful when sending Bitcoin to anyone because once the transaction got confirmations then there is no way tor reverse it.
1619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin gift to wife. on: October 17, 2023, 04:17:11 PM
Ah, man that's why they say that love is blind but I'm happy to see that you have completed your promise. These days girls are more smart than boys and they know about everything. Bitcoin isn't any hidden secret as information about it is available everywhere, and that's the reason she knew about it when you told her about it. We have Bitcoin on media, social media, and everyone has been talking about it these days and when halving event gets closer more people will learn about it via social media and TV channels.

You gave her half of your investment which's really something new to hear from a Bitcoin investor. It's really hard to share your Bitcoin investment with anyone and even people don't share about it with their partner but you have taken a good step and I really appreciate your efforts. It's also nice to know that your wife think similar to other Bitcoin investors as holding is the key for Bitcoin investors because each halving event adds value into Bitcoin. I'm not married yet but when I get married then surely I'll try to discuss about Bitcoin with my wife and maybe I share some of my holdings with her.

Did anyone saw that spike of 29.3k$ ?

It just went up 1k and came down within an hour.

I haven't saw that spike myself because it was a really fast one but it caused some momentum in the market and that's very important for us. Ah, no matter if it was because of a fake news but still the Bitcoin's price got higher and it's currently higher than it used to be. I was expecting that we'll soon see Bitcoin at $28k or above levels and now it's already trading at a price that's higher than $26k, so yeah its price is being appreciated each day. Who knows that if it's the first glance of the next bull run that we all are expecting eagerly to take place during or after 2024's halving event. Let's see how high we will see the value of Bitcoin in upcoming days and if it goes above $30k then that will be a really great sign for us.
