That is true. The strong manipulation that was going on ended a day or two ago and now the orderbook looks pretty real.
That I can agree with... however, it's not like it takes more than a few minutes for manipulation to return. As with any coin it's about 50% faith and 50% luck... great ideas can get killed by manipulation, conspiracy, or internal problems... and absolute garbage can see a 10,000% gain in a single day... ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Of course, that's what I love about it too. manipulation? there's no manipulation. there's just not enough people buying GB.

sorry guys but no. let's not get newcomers get stuck. i like the project but this is NOT a good time to buy into GB right now.
Nah, I do believe that were not going much lower and people who can get their orders filled in the 1k-1.2k are going to get in at a good price. More people storing their GB than dumping it overall. don't jinx it.

but anyway, yeah. i agree that going for a home run is good, especially in crypto as there is much much room for growth. i think coins that have a better chance of going to the moon are the ones that have XXX/CNY pairs with high volume. so i always keep an eye on BTSX/CNY, and lately DOGE/CNY, BC/CNY.
remember, china was the driver of BTC going over 1000.
Just remember CNY trades have zero fee for most pairs on bter, creating artificial volume costs nothing to manipulators. what about btc38? they have way more volume as far as xxx/cny pairs are concerned. +1 can the VIA community tweet Bter and Btc38 to add VIAcoin? Would bring a lot of capital into the market…. must tap into China-market... via/btc pairs already available on bter but volumes are not great. don't think the pundits there really understand via. i think they do. but the market is just so saturated right now, there's too much coins but too few money to go around with. outside of btc, ltc.. keep an eye on bc/cny, btsx/cny and doge/cny.

The coin simply resolved in a bearish downtrend. The price may spike down to 35k briefly (~50% replacement from the latest bull trend). From here, the price will most likely bounce back into a slightly bullish trend and wiggle its way back up and tap the 45k mark. It may go back down to ~40k before it breaks through 45k. We should see an ATH coming - time frame? Not entirely sure - but this is how I'm reading the charts at the moment. Comment on whether you agree or disagree - I'm open to opinion.
BTCKYLE BTC
Generally agree, but it is pointless to put figures on support levels. Could be 35k or 20k or whatever. Remember, any new push forward can become an order-of-maginitude change, so the turn can come from any level. If I was looking to buy more, I would average-down, investing 10% more on every 20% drop, and wouldn't worry about levels. average down? that would be an easy way to make yourself more stuck wouldn't it? i don't mind averaging down as a strategy if your pocket is deep. but what if you run out of ammo and the price keeps going lower? When you run out of ammo and the price goes lower you timed it wrong. The biggest sin in trading is to run out of money : always keep dry powder. Either the coin will fail or succeed. You have to make a decision to commit, or not. If you commit, you allocate an amount of capital, and limit your exposure. Personally, I very rarely sell out of a coin altogether, preferring to hodl to zero rather than risk missing the moon. FWIW, my next buy level for Via is 20k sat, then 10k, then 5k, then I stop. I hope it doesn't get to any of them. i really find it hard to 'time' the market tbh. lol but anyway, yeah. i agree that going for a home run is good, especially in crypto as there is much much room for growth. i think coins that have a better chance of going to the moon are the ones that have XXX/CNY pairs with high volume. so i always keep an eye on BTSX/CNY, and lately DOGE/CNY, BC/CNY. remember, china was the driver of BTC going over 1000.

nah. there's just no interest. what GB needs is a solid marketing and promotional campaign. what good is a project if no one knows about it.
also, i think it would be nice for GB to target CNY holders. maybe it could get listed at btc38? china is the main driver of BTSX and soon BC. check the volume of BTSX/CNY and BC/CNY.

yeah. not enough people coming in is the problem. there's just not that much interest judging by the cross community GB giveaway. usually when people see 'giveaway' they flock and couldn't wait to get some coins. not in this case.
i guess the market is just too saturated at the moment.

how can we get more people into gb?
A lot of activity is helpful and good, stable software development progress. In my opinion those are the major factors. I wonder why this coin isn't getting a whole lot of attention. I mean everything has been doing well so far and low fud. a slow steady, solid price and volume rise would get a whole lot of attention. but there are people who are cashing out right now. do we have a rich list in GB? who holds much of the coins?

You can't predict when the price will stop going lower. These micro sells are designed to push the price lower and induce panic sells. If you notice the sell orders, it's very thin at the moment. It will only take 4-6btc to buy up to previous levels. What if you sold at the lowest price before it bounces up high? You should only be afraid of losing money when this coin is abandoned or it's just a scam. Never panic sell on a promising coin, everybody's watching VIA. Buy low, sell high always. I'm 100% certain that the current price levels is still at the lowest. The marketcap is still a lot lower than the coin's contemporaries. The UNIQUE features has not been rolled out yet. A decent price for Viacoin is around 100k. The bigger whales (not from the altmarket) are still waiting for the new developments to come to fruition. These whales have deeper pockets (around 100btc) so for them buy now is still early for them, anything from 15k to 50k is still a bargain. Just do some research on BTSX and similar coins, you'll understand. We'll know more after Drak gets back after their meetings. exactly. no one can predict how much lower it will go.. exactly why one should sell and take a small loss now, rather than holding and hoping. funny you mentioned BTSX. one driver of the price is china. check out BTSX/CNY. lot's of volume there. if viacoin had a VIA/CNY pair with that kind of volume, i wouldn't worry about holding. but now?

how can we get more people into gb?
poker site as planned will be HUGE.. hopefully it doesn't take forever... i doubt it will be huge, unless it partners with an established site or something. maybe the gb team can talk to seals with clubs? that would be awesome. oh.. and happy birthday! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
