I think it is easy to find and follow new campaigns if you are a regular bitcointalk forum member, you just need good social accounts, higher forum rank and then follow the campaign rules then you are good to go.

Looks like a good project but i do not know how practical it can be, however i will support a decentralized global internet for sure.

It is very easy, just go to the bounties section of this forum and find a project you like to promote, then appy its signature, make mentioned amount of posts every week to be eligible for reward.

I think too cheap coins are not good quality projects so try to avoid them, if you are looking for good profits then have a look at Cob tokens their zero fee exchange is coming soon so price will skyrocket according to most of the experts.

I do not understand how they are linking the bounties with a scam ico, i mean it is the fault of the people behind the project or their intentions, so they should be held accountable and not the bounty hunters.

Zrx is a really significant project based on the eth smart contracts and swapping of eth based tokens i think it has massive use case, it is just about the development, i hope they will come up with the best platform and the value of zrx will skyrocket.

I think the price will initially go down, as soon as people from the ico come back, restore their accounts and transfer their etn to exchanges, the manipulation and selling pressure will push down the price naturally, but once it all settles out im expecting the price to be back at around 10 cents in near term.

I think as of now the crypto markets are not regulated in anyway so mostly the value is based on speculation, that involves shilling, fud and similar terms introduced in the crypto community, as the community and cryptos go main stream i think the markets will show more stability, on a second note almost all cryptos are based on a deflationary models, so it is easy to understand that their value is going to increase with more development and more use. It is simple science that is applied in these decentralized currencies due to limited supply.

I think they have not developed or coded their platforms according to the required model of erc 20 tokens, furthermore they do not provide the private keys to the user that make them partially owned wallets not fully owned one.
