1621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: January 11, 2018, 07:29:41 PM

Yes, I suppose the two reasons that trigger all gamblers who gamble again. Those who are hobbies and gamblers, those who get pleasure from gambling then they return. They also re-gamble because they want to get a profit. The profit they want is sometimes difficult to obtain because winning in gambling is difficult. So they were curious and tried again.

Difficult? it is more than just diffcult because it is almost impossible for us. Sometimes we are meant to be loser. When we play, we are going to lose alot more so if we just come back for profit that means we are going to lose. Why come back to lose money when we can just use small amount of money to play and have some fun
1622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: January 11, 2018, 07:23:33 PM
I have never been too idealistic to always require experience before believing someone. I too once was inexperienced, and so I believed in me. If I did not believe in me, I would not get anywhere in this world. Even the greatest player in gambling was once inexperienced too. At some point you would need to start at something, hence being inexperienced should not stop you. Even so, let us not discount what experience can do. Just like most aspects in life, you get better with experience. It does matter but it is not conclusive.

We can get better with more experience but dont forget that this is gambling that we are talking about. In gambling experience is not going to help us to win but in some occasion it may help us to decide wether we want to stop or not. Trust me on this as I have been there, I tried to use my experience to win but it is all about luck
1623  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: January 11, 2018, 07:19:40 PM
As for now I see cryptomoney as investment and not a complete alternative to fiat. When the technology grows enough and more people get into it I think it would be a valid alternative. Frankly, I can't wait for that to happen!

For now it is nothing more than an alternative but alot more country will soon realize about this. When some country finally adopt it, the rest will follow. It just take a small measure for one country to accept it but people fear what they dont know thats why they have been withholding bitcoin. Sooner or later a country will give in to cryptocurrency
1624  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: January 11, 2018, 06:45:58 PM
You can get dividends off the bitcoin forks such as the previous bitcoin cash and bitcoin gold.

Bitcoin got a deflationary nature due to people losing their coins in accidents and mining is halving, overtime if there is demand the coin should grow in price.

Bitcoin is still king and all altcoins are backed by bitcoin, bitcoin can potentially swallow most of the "currency" market if it goes fully mainstream.

Overall I think it's good to hodl some bitcoin long time than some alts.

That if some exchanger support it, if there is no exchanger support it then I guess there is no reason to collect that fork coin. When we save with bitcoin we are already reducing our risk with inflattion. When we are not exposed with inflation, our money value will never decrease and it is of course safer than just safe money in the bank
1625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I try to win back my loss? on: January 11, 2018, 06:17:24 PM
Are people even gambling with bitcoins anymore, i highly doubt this especially since the transaction fees are currently so high, It just go to show that one is highly addictive if he/she spends a lot of money on transaction fees just to gamble alone and eventually maybe even lose.

Some people are, if they lose with bitcoin then they will try to get it back. It is a simple thing that they will do but the transaction fees is the reason why more people will keep gambling. That will be just another reason for them not to withdraw as it is expensive and most of the time they pay less then what the site pay for the user
1626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: January 11, 2018, 06:07:03 PM
As time goes by, you start to have gambling buddies and you guys congratulate each other whenever you win something or whenever you do something risky and you won money. It's a loophole of you hoping to feel that excitement/validation/happiness over and over again but the truth is that you are paying for it by losing your money from gambling. You don't really feel that you are losing money because you are still happy. Happy that you have had that excitement even for just a split second moment.

It is a great excitement that we all always want to have thats why when we play for fun, it is one of the best entertainment that we will have. For some people however they are not addicted because they want to have fun but they are playing for profit. Some people dont know the essence of gambling yet but sooner or later they will find this out
1627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: January 11, 2018, 05:41:06 PM
Gambling can be beneficial or can be not. However, I have seen many gamblers who are now living a luxuries life completely different from the life they were once living. People get huge profits from gambling and settle their lives but the thing here which should be given some attention is the right time on which you have to stop. The success of mostly gamblers is due to this right time because they didn’t have to face losses longer.

Many but if you compare that number to the number of people that lose, then that number is smaller then the winner. Some people are already lucky that is why some people could win in gamble but some people will keep on losing. If you ask me, then the answer will be to invest instead of gamble because chances are better when we invest
1628  Economy / Economics / Re: Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made? on: January 11, 2018, 12:37:43 PM

I was thinking of selling 0.1 bitcoin when the price was $18k but I didn't. If I did this, I was gonna get it back from $13k price. It's a regret for me about bitcoin trading.

If you are not really a trader then avoid this kind of thing because only a trader managed to get this kind of thing. First is that we dont know that how long it is going to dip. it could be alot deeper than what we though before getting back up . That means we might not get money but instead lose money so it is a very risky thing to do but safer
1629  Economy / Economics / Re: Best tip on saving money on: January 11, 2018, 12:00:41 PM
For me my saving tactic or plan is only having only an amount of money for a whole day for example $10.
And if there is an extra money or left over from the $10 I would put it in a piggy bank.

Thats very weird because there might be some circumstances that we might need alot more money then usual. When we do then it is better to hold some amount. If you want to save your money then the best thing is to save it on something else like gold or bitcoin because keeping money is the best way of actually losing money nowadays
1630  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: January 11, 2018, 11:59:02 AM
Absolutely bitcoin, Gold is good but I'll choose bitcoin for more profit. For sure holding bitcoin in 10 years it's pretty huge profit.

Bitcoin may not bring you big profit in 10 years because bitcoin is risky. It is just like a bubble that might pop anytime. I do support bitcoin as well but I am realistic about this, there is a huge risk. With gold , it is much safer because gold is stable so in 10 years we could get atleast small profit or lose only small amount unlike holding bitcoin
1631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: January 10, 2018, 07:49:01 PM
gambling is so addicting because sometimes when you gamble you are enjoying your life and gamble is addicted also because when you loss this day you will come back tomorrow and you want to bring back to you the money you loss, and if you win, this can bring you happiness and comeback again because you are enjoying your winning. and that is the rotation why you are being addicted in gambling.

The only reason that made people addicted is because of money, if we can win money with few single click on the site that is addicting. People are only greedy with money thats why alot of people dont want to stop gambling but instead they will keep trying until they win alot money. It is hard to get out of gambling once you are addicted
1632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think you are a gambling expert? on: January 10, 2018, 07:38:08 PM
i am a gambler of course but i don't even really think that i am a gambling expert, because when one person is expert in gambling you would not lose anymore, gambling is risky and no one could be expert in gambling it is when you are lucky or bad luck when you gamble.

Gambling expert is not someone that does not lose but someone that can make money in constant basis. It is the same as trading expert because if you are an expert, that means you are most likely going to make less mistake then most people. That also means your chance of getting money from gambling is higher than most people
1633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling ends on: January 10, 2018, 07:37:10 PM
but in gambling it certainly will not be able to produce very good results in the greed of the person. because most who play gambling is certainly not going to be rich baseball and definitely become poor usually

Some people are rich after gambling, I wont deny that but alot more people will just ended up with less money. More winner is not possible because if that is possible then that means the end of gambling. Gambling site is designed to make sure that people lose there but atleast the good news is that we can have as many fun as we want there
1634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: January 10, 2018, 07:25:50 PM
YES it WILL, it make you realize that gambling is not worthy most of the family's problem to have a partners who are gambler they make you lose all your earnings and also there are lot of family are broken because of gambling.
Gambling is worth for those who play for entertainment, but it is not worth for money makers. The purpose of gambling will tell you it is worth or not.

I did not learn anything from gambling. I play for fun and not spend more money.

We do learn something that is not to rely on gambling to make money, that is a very good thing that we learn. it is impossible to be rich in one day especially from gambling that is why it is better to play for fun and forget that dream. The point of gambling is never going to change , it will always be for fun but alot of people are wrong about it
1635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: January 10, 2018, 07:08:15 PM
Yes, it's true. Many countries people or religious thinks it's a bad things to do.It's prohibited. So I always think it's shameful for me because I am gambling.

And Also I hide it from them because if they find am gambling then they will punish me or removed me from their community.

I don't know why we need to be shameful as a gambler. It's my own earned money. Why people can't take gambling normally.I don't know about rest of the gamblers but for me it's shameful actually.

You dont need to be shameful but when you brag to the other person about how you are making alot of money from gambling, that is shameful. It is not something that can be brag about because gambling is so realted with negativity although you live in a country that allow you to gamble . It is better to keep quiet about this
1636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ? on: January 10, 2018, 07:06:53 PM
I don't think so.Because gambling always depends on luck.So no strategy or no maths can sort out your problem in this format. You need only luck to win the bet, nothing else. But I don't why some people thinks math can help is in gambling. But it's not true. They actually not winning for maths. It's for luck only.

Math is need in solving problems.Math can better your luck. So, IMO is math totally not related in gambling.

math just show us that we might have better chance to play in a game that has lower house edge rather than those with higher house edge. It doesnt help us to make our luck better. In the end luck is the main factor so besides having good knowledge and good mathematical skill, but when you decided to play for fun all of that doesnt matter
1637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: January 10, 2018, 06:34:58 PM
Gambling addiction, just like any other kind of addiction, will make the perpetrator feel that nothing else matters more than what he does. People who are addicted will tend to forget about other kinds of activities in their lives. Gambling gives an empty hope to their riders. Instead of earning easy money, most gamblers will lose their money or precious time and even more. We can gamble but do not get us addicted!

I was one of those addicted gambler as well and I can confirm that I tend to forget everything when I am addicted. All I care about was to keep gambling so that I can make money, actually not make money but to get back what I have lost. Alot of things could happen when we gamble but to be addicted is the worst that is going to happen

That is true mate that there will have a lot of things that could happen to you when you gamble but the worst thing is to get hooked and addicted to it. I was close to addiction before when I start having bitcoin and have lost a lot until I have my full realization to finally stop and just play for fun and excitement only.

Playing gambling even just for fun or entertainment doesn't mean that you couldn't lose your money anymore, gambling is still gambling, no matter what is the reason why you are playin gambling, you are still going to lose because that is what gambling is. It is about losing most of the time, and if you are not aware of that, you can't help but to continue losing your money.

It doesnt mean like that but when we decided to play for fun that means we are only using small amount. Losing small amount to play and have fun is not a big deal because you can consider it as the fees of playing. Some people spend alot of money to drink or to please themselves so if we see gambling as entertainment, it would be the same
1638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do we need to gamble? on: January 09, 2018, 06:23:05 PM
Gambling is a very unpredictable game where your money is at risk, playing gambling would either make your money vanish or double.

There is also another reason on why we need to gamble. For me it would be satisfaction and for fun. I was an addicted gambler before so Im having hard time whenever I dont gamble. So when Im playing, I feel good about it but I dont really gamble for profit anymore because I only do it for fun nowadays without having to worry about the result
1639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: January 09, 2018, 05:40:21 PM
In fact, gambling does not help in life, but sometimes you can have fun with it, because gambling is very tempting.
Very honestly people are not playing gambling for fun but they consider gambling as the shortest way of making money without having lot of effort, bu it is totally depending on your luck if a person is lucky then he can make a good money, but we can see that most of the people are effect by gambling  by losing a lot of money. Very little people can get money from gambling they have good decision power and have good control over their well which most of the people do not have. That is the reason that most of the people lose money while playing gambling.

It is not gambling that is helping our life but it is luck that is making our life better. If we are lucky then we can do everything in our life, we dont need to gamble just to make it better . Lucky person dont exist in this world because no one is lucky all the time so that kind of thing is just wrong to me, in conclusion the only thing gambling is helping us with is when we know that gambling could destroy our life

I think you should start to build a good community among your players as well through telegram channel or slack or maybe fortunejack forum. I think those will help both you and your players to communicate faster/easier than using ticket support or through this forum.
Indeed you will need some staffs to handle the channels unless you can handle it by yourself.

Hey Sir David, this could be a good idea. Telegram is pretty popular right now and I think it is time for fortunejack to have their own official telegram channel. We can build up fortunejack community there. I dont mind handling it for you Smiley) as I really want to help fortunejack in any way that I could, In fact I have been trying to get a position as support in Fortunejack since last year  Grin

Could you let the one in charge know about this telegram group idea Sir David?
