You will receive more help if you move this topic to the appropriate part of the forum in Altcoin Mining.

This is the link to the appropriate board for getting help in configuring your miner https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=160.0

To me it sounds like a mis configuration because if it can run mining DASH successfully then so it should be with all other coins which are supported by this miner.
1622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 28, 2017, 09:35:54 PM
Just 1 goal, missed a lot of chances, but the win is a win. Winning a goal was enough to remain calm at the top of the standings. And as great as any Manchester City, they remain a football club, which will not be consistent at all times. Lucky for them still can win when they get a lot of misfortune in one game.

first of all newcastle is defending like crazy, it seems their motivation for the game is to get a draw from manchester city. I can totally see that with their strategy defending with 10 people in their own half

Secondly, manchester city did have alot of chances but they are up against a fully defending team newcastle city which also known as the team that has solid defence so it is kinda reasonable that they win with only 1 goal

Based on Man.City latest performances where they have scored at least 2 goals in a game, and usually 4 or more I think that many people who bet on goals lost their bets and I was surprised too to see that result. I was thinking a 1-4 win for Man.City but I understand that the Premier league is long and they are having a look at the Champions too this year so they need sometime to relax and not push to 100% when they got the result they wanted, the 3 points.

If the entry fee is still 20 GBP for the World Cup I would love to be part of it of course. Even if it is slightly more I believe I will still join as of now there are 3 mining boards with 6 x RX 570 each working for me and some friends, so I doubt I will be out of bitcoin Smiley back then. Yes I have such boards but I am a heavy gambler so it is no surprise if I am out of bitcoin at a specific time Smiley .
1624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you still bet, when there is a break in your favorite league on: December 28, 2017, 03:09:22 PM
I have no favorite leagues at all. Of course the major 5 leagues of soccer in Europe are let's say preferential but not favorites. Since I usually like to play with Over goals in a game the only leagues I don't like are Argentinian lower divisions, Spain lower divisions and Egyptian leagues as these leagues do not produce Over goals usually. So yes I still bet even when major 5 of Europe have a break.

After yet another win yesterday, these last days of the year very few games to choose from so another Over 1.75 goals bet for today too. Games starts in mid afternoon European time for today.

1626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Best coins to mine with CPU? on: December 27, 2017, 03:08:56 PM
Hello, i have free electricity at my house. is there a site i can go to that will tell me which coins with low difficulty i can mine using my home pc's CPU? thanks.

Based on your specifics, Electroneum or Bytecoin are the best coins to mine, they can be mined easily with a CPU but the profitability of CPU mining is not what it used to be. For better answers to your questions you can use the MOVE button in lower left panel of the forum and move this threat to Altcoin Mining section.
1627  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Upload and Download speeds needed to mine on: December 27, 2017, 02:29:38 PM
Where my rig will be placed there is no internet.  I have an AT&T USB modem that is getting around 6MB down and 3MB upload speeds.  Will this be sufficient?

Depends if you're going to mine in a pool, or solo.

I've seen people saying that 10kb/ps is enough for pool mining, since you only need to send the work in and out?

This answer might be a bit more indepth. See https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/360/what-are-the-bandwidth-requirements-of-a-mining-rig

I will probably start with Nicehash to get my feet wet then move to mining solo

For Nicehash you will probably need more than 10kb/ps and a requirement from the official Nicehash page says that you need a stable internet connection. Based on my personal experience a minimum of 4Mbit/Sec is the ideal speed if you want to also browse the net or use internet for other things while Nicehash does its own thing.
1628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real Casino or Digital Casino. Whats is your Poison? on: December 27, 2017, 01:29:53 PM
My poison is a digital casino because as a respected member of my society where I live I cannot afford to lose this reputation by going to real casinos. You may say I am a hypocrite because I gamble with bitcoin from the comfort of my room but that is one of the many beauties of bitcoin, it can hide some of your vices and the society can still think that I am a good person who goes to church on Sunday and sometimes help in charity work. I love my reputation so digital casino is my poison Smiley .
1629  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: is BTC Heat legit? on: December 27, 2017, 11:53:50 AM
BTCHeat is a scam. They are using your processor power to mine for themselves and giving you in return worthless free spins to their site. Once you reach the withdraw, they will not let you withdraw and raise the withdrawal limit. This is a new kind of scam which is making a lot of victims from newbies who are not well informed about such scams.

DEFINITIVE SCAM.
1630  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits from Gambling on: December 27, 2017, 10:56:00 AM
The only benefit from gambling is when you don't have a social life at all and gambling in such circumstances becomes one of such activity. It becomes such in the sense that you start watching the game you have bet on for example and you go to watch this game in a club where you can socialize. A rare benefit is for professional tipsters who can make 5-25% profit monthly with their skills but this is not for common gamblers.

Not a good week for me too but at least I did 60 points thanks to correct score of Chelsea vs Brighton I guess. There are still 2 games to go so 2 correct scores can get us far ahead but that is very difficult to make , 2 correct scores out of 2 games but nothing is impossible in the Premier League.

1633  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost bitcoin wallet Bitcoin inside lost forever. on: December 26, 2017, 03:02:02 PM
Yes! When we lost our wallet that contains bitcoins it will be lost forever. Can it be recover? I think so. But most of it didn't recovered.

The ones who can't recover their bitcoins if wallet is lost are the people who are not prepared well enough to handle Bitcoin. If they did read thoroughly before jumping into bitcoin, what it is, what is a bitcoin wallet, what is a seed and what is a recovery phrase then surely they would recover their bitcoins most of the time. Information is key in our time to be successful in every venture we take, especially bitcoin, that's the conclusion I have arrived at by watching and keeping account of most of the facts regarding bitcoin in general.
1634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: December 26, 2017, 01:53:54 PM
By setting a bankroll where the amount of money you will play is an amount of money you don't care if you lose it. That is not advisable if you want to save money, better stop gambling and the amount you would have put as a bankroll for gambling you can use it for other activities or for saving purposes. It really is difficult to save money while gambling.
1635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: December 26, 2017, 01:14:53 PM
Give Honda time, let's not forget that it is still this manufacturer who keeps an absolute record of winning 15 out of 16 races in a Championship and the race they lost is because their drivers back then crashed into each other. So far no other team has done that and I doubt if any other team will ever achieve the same results. For me it is a mistake going away from Honda after three years, three years is enough for them to get to know F1 engine well and never underestimate Japanese intelligence when it come to cars and electronics.
1636  Economy / Gambling / Re: WBet7.com - Sport bet accept ETH, BTC, BCH, DOGE, LTC, MONA... on: December 26, 2017, 12:04:18 PM
Seems interesting! What is the minimum amount to withdraw and shall I provide any documents to verify my identity or this information isn't required?

It has been said already more than one time that no documents are needed to verify your identity, and this is how all bitcoin sports books should be, identifying yourself destroys one of the main purposes of Bitcoin which is pseudo-anonymity which can be transformed into full anonymity with some tools. For betting and gambling it is enough to not give your identity and you have already created a sort of anonymity playing in bitcoin sport books , totally different compared to FIAT bookies like Bet365 etc.
1637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control greed on gambling? on: December 26, 2017, 07:23:04 AM
You should have a plan in mind about your bankroll. First you should set your daily, weekly and monthly bankroll and stay loyal in a religious way to this bankroll. Second you should decide how many bets per day you will play and also stay loyal in a religious way to this too. If you stay within this borders that you have already pre set before playing , you are controlling greed since the beginning so there is no risk for you to fall victim of the greed.

I know though that this is more difficult in practice than in theory.

After yet another win I am loving the over 1.75 goals bet with odds a bit higher than 1.4 so going for it again today. Even when there are many games is a difficult choice but I hope it's a win today too.

1640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: December 24, 2017, 04:19:38 PM
In this season of the Champions League there are only two worthy teams to win. This is Manchester City and Barcelona. Real Madrid will not compete with them, the team is weak.

Don't count Real out.  They are close to having no chance to win La Liga (or no chance at all), so they'll be 100% full on going for the CL trophy.  And winning it three times in a row...  That will be something.

In their dreams, it's better you look at them and tell them the obvious that they are just not in competition this time around  and it seems Perez isn't forking enough money for the favourable pairings and nemesis is catching up with them gradually. To me they are done!

Never count a team like Real Madrid out, they are the team which have won more Uefa Champions League trophies than any other team in history. They maybe are having a bad moment and made a few equilazers on domestic La Liga league but when it comes to Champions League they show their true face. I think they are big time favorites this season too.
