If ICO does not reach the minimum target (hard cap), I think its name is not a scam, but project failed. Provided they return the money that has been entered into the investor, or continue ICO in the presence of ICO part2 or something like that |

I have been looking to invest into more ICO's but i'm having some trouble to find the ones that do not scam you. So my question is:
How do you guys find your ICO's and how do you know they are a scam ?
Analyze their project and see if it is promising or legit. You can even read their whitepaper if you want to. Do a research on the team behind it to find out if they are really associated with that certain ICO or if they're just using some random photos. yeah agree, analyze the project whether it is promising (legit) or not, by analyzing the contents of the project and the development team. can be through announcement thread or official website or review of many websites. can also analyze the development team by looking for track record of profile and photo |

I think PBT, Waves, ETH and BTC are coins that will be more successful in the future. Their price are either consitently developing and increasing . ETH ofcourse and Bitcoin are still on top among other coins. Each of these coins have already established high market demand and large communities. Right now there are many ICOs coming out, is it really safe to participate in any of it and spend that much? In participating ICOs I have high hopes that these coins could be the next Bitcoin or other currencies that are really going up in the market.
fisrt you must see the development team first, and then see the project and price then you can join ICO agree with you, the first thing I see in ICO is usually the development team. if the team is a solid developer, good work and have a good response, and have a profile that can be trusted, optimist project is quite safe |
