Cloakcoin already has better features than all other alts combined. TOR, Cloaktrade, Cloaksend 1.0... Dev's have delivered on all their promises to date in my opinion. I've been trading alts since LTC was 40 cents and CLOAK is my fav of the many kinds of coins I invest in.

I like the idea of charging a couple hundred bucks to start an ANN though. Anyone or anyone group of 'ninja coders' who believe in their product can afford this. Obviously this won't stop tom-foolery since many unscrupulous fellows will see this as a cost of doing business but I bet it would slow the flood-waters.
