That was clear to me. But why you want to buy at 6.99 and not at 6.90 (i.e.)?
Hmmm, good point. I changed my mind. I'm going short: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi39.tinypic.com%2F34sjsq9.png&t=663&c=6RBcMuQK7BOuCA) LOL! i've come to like you more and more with each passing comment. at least you have a sense of humor unlike some of the bad bears around here. point being, these screen shots are worthless since the display can be manipulated. "myself" above, didn't even bother to remove the "You don't have any active positions yet. Why not place an order now?"

(I forgot to mention that I always remove the browsing address bar in the mini window, using Firefox command, to make better use of the mini-window real estate.)
how do u do this?btw, what a great little tool this has developed into! I use Firefox browser. In the mini-window hover over address bar, right click and uncheck "navigation bar" Not sure how it works for other browsers. Chrome doesn't allow this. ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif)

Sorry to be asking this here, but I guess I'm not the only customer with this question (and I haven't really gotten any e-mail response to this either):
I wired 300 USD just before the bank problems were announced. It bounced back as 217 USD, meaning some $83 got lost to accumulated overhead *somewhere* (no, it's not due to a sudden jump in currency rates)
Firstly, I'm not willing to finance whatever bank issues Tradehill is having, and ask that my account be credited with the outstanding amount (please make a statement on this Jared).
Secondly: WTF! $83 in overhead!! Now my excitement and motivation about Bitcoin just reimbursed!
that's a problem with banks/wires they charge you for a wire, then if wire can't get through for some reason it travels back and new wire fees being deducted along the way through intermediaries plus your own bank takes a cut for receiving it back too. you can't blame bitcoin or Tradehill for this and banks will just tell you it's the way wires work. unfortunate situation to loose that much on a small wire yes my bank charges a flat $40 to wire, no matter the amount. most economical way for large sums but not so much for small sums.

If they want business then they will have to make markets in their exchanges. This means commit money to internal arbitrage with MtGox so that there is always a current market there.
this sounds like a good idea. Bitcoinica seems to have capitalized on making mkts. why won't someone else?

i appreciate your passion on this and your principles are correct.
its just that some of us here have been thru several iterations of this type of accusation since the beginning of the year. the trolling was INTENSE in the Spring and Summer when prices were much higher.
i perceived there to be an coordinated agenda at work and fully expect it to reappear as we go higher. just don't forget to be fair and unbiased.

in fact, now that i think about it more, i think future Bitcoin Conferences should be piggybacked onto other major conferences like CES or the Apple Conference.
attendees and sponsors could contribute to the cost of a booth which would provide major visible publicity for Bitcoin. the interaction with other non Bitcoin attendees would be an opportunity to educate and expose large numbers of newbies to the concept. Bitcoiners could even hold strategy meetings at the beginning of each day to coordinate "The Message" and be sure everyone is on the same wavelength.
certain Bitcoiners could be assigned to "Manning the Floor" spreading out to all corners of the conference floor with flyers, handouts, stickers, laptops, Androids, etc to demonstrate the various clients. we could go out in pairs and and demonstrate the speed and ease of sending and receiving a few Bitcoins.
the comradery and spirit developed amongst Bitcoiners sharing a Mission and Purpose would be highly beneficial as well.
the Bitcoin Conference would be held next door in another facility and attendees could track back and forth btwn talks and attending the booth.
what a great way for Bitcoiners to meet each other and begin networking with each other and newbies.
edit: booth workers could don Bitcoin T shirts. perhaps Bitcoin merchants could bring their wares to sell altho this would require rules and a coordinated plan.
the key thing is matching the numbers of CES attendees with numbers of Bitcoin volunteers.
edit: who knows, the Bitcoin conference could even get some spillover effect from CES attendees.

To Booth Sponsors:
next year you ought to make a "Call to Bitcoiners" to descend upon the CES to man the booth.
the higher numbers alone would attract newcomers but having the extra manpower there to answer questions of the newbies would be more efficient. during slow periods, Bitcoiners could fan out across the floor to other booths with flyers or handouts.
its a built in curious audience hunting for new innovations and would provide the Bitcoin community a Mission and a sense of purpose in an ideal setting with high numbers.
the partying after would be improved too!
AND we'd all get to meet Alison! in fact, now that i think about it, what about the Apple Conference?

this story sounds fishy to me. i've moved way more money thru mtgox than this guy and i've NEVER had a problem.
stories like these always start coming out when the price rises.
do you connect to mtgox using TOR? and FUD aside, why would you trust MtGox over bitcoin users? i trust Mark Karpeles WAY MORE than other bitcoin users. why? b/c he's moved millions thru his exchange many times over and has NEVER been proven to have stolen ANYONE's money. i've personally communicated with him via IRC multiple times over my acct and he's always been completely cooperative and went out of this way to help me. that bitcoiner with his 11 btc's hasn't stepped forward with any proof that he's been defrauded and until then Mark is innocent.

lol I went 10:1 long again with a couple bitcoins when there was a really tight spread under $6.75. If that works out it'll be my 3rd profitable long position in 24hrs. Bears scramble for cover as Proudhon leverages up. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)
