Maybe people do not get it because they havent been told exactly how and when they will be compensated. If it was stated explicitly in a thread or post it might be difficult for people to find it hence why I suggested it be added to the OP.

As far as reputations are concerned people who dealt with you in the past vouch for you but keeping that aside it probably would have been better to have all that set up before receiving investment because at the moment they have a contract with "Dean" as you are not represensting any company just yourself because the company does not exist. At some stage the company will be created but the coins would have been handed over before the company was created. TrueFlip registered their company in Costa Rica and it is all over their website (without going into the merits of having an LLC/LTD on/off shore).

I will be keeping a look out from time to time to see what happens with your project. Hope it works out well for you and the invetors

Thanks for your input. Having nice team photos does not guarantee anything but having a list of names associated with the dev team does help when investors put their money into a project.

Sadly this whole project team (dev and campaign manager) was badly managed. When they needed promotions the bounty manager was available. When the devs needed your money for the ICO they were available. Now they do not need anyone they are behaving in shameful manner.

Just visited the website, there is no "About Us" or "The Team" links. No information on anyone associated with "Betking" though "Dean" has been mentioned in various theads.

Are investors in the ICO getting in to a contract with "Dean" or with an "LLC" or "LTD"? There is no company information listed on the website. Look at recent ICOs they have full details of "who's who" so does anyone even know the full name of "Dean"?

From the outside looking in it seems the project team have little time for those that jumped onboard in the early days to help with promotion.

For someone who wants to know why the bounty was cancelled, it is rude to suggest they read through all the pages. Show some respect and update the OP with an explanation.

Can USA citizens purchase tokens?

Cheapest meaning by transaction fees? Or by ICO/preICO price?

Once/If it released its card on time with VISA accreditation. how would you compare Monaco Card with Tokencard and Tenx? The other two are established and have a head start over Monaco. Do you think it will be able to make good viable space for itself within the VISA/Crypto space?

They have no Plan B. If VISA reject their application then they will have an opportunity to modify their structure and go back to VISA and ask for them to reconsider but even then there is no guarantee VISA will accept them.

In the event Monaco Card do not receive VISA accreditation then bascially all investors who hoped for a profit related return on a small percentage of transaction fees can kiss that mini dream goodbye and all those that received bounty for placing ads and sending out tweets will cash in and make a tiny amount of money rather than a small amount because the price will not rise.

If VISA tell Monaco to get lost the biggest losers will be those that purchased at the ICO and will sell for a fraction of the $3 they originally paid.

The biggest winners will be those that are in possession of the $21 million the ICO gave to the project team. Think about it, they have $21 million of investors money and whether this project is a success or failure it will mean the project team are $21 million better-off regardless.
