It's a B, not a 3. Stop guessing names with 3's already.

Hell, stop guessing names at all, I already posted what it is.

I can confirm the name has not yet been "guessed".

My Canadian friend will get a reward for being the closest, but one is still available for someone who gets it correct, eh  Wink

bits, bars, bullions, balls, bags, balloons, baskets, am i getting close? It was bonds until you changed it.

Cryptogenic Bullion is correct. Kind of an anticlimactic finish to the contest, lol, but well done sir. I ask that you download the wallet after launch and send me your address to claim your reward.

Everyone else, thank you for your contributions to this thread. Look for the official launch soon with a full explanation of what this innovative currency concept is as well as additional giveaways  Grin

Cryogenic Bullion would be much cooler IMO. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryogenics Especially if the logo contains ice!

Cryptogenic comes from the meshing together of cryogenic and crypto :-)

Man and I thought it was going to be something interesting,  just another crap coin.
I beg to differ with your assessment and will state that your judgement is premature. This however is the alternative cryptocurrencies section Wink

Can you give us a more firm release time? I like to get in on the insta-mine, but don't want to sit and watch the board all night.

I am in eastern time zone and will shoot for a release tonight, but most likely will occur at 5-6am Friday morning.

I hope you're joking.  It's either tonight or tomorrow morning.  Now you sound like my wife.

"honey, we'll go at it tonight but if I have a headache, we'll shoot for tomorrow morning..."   Grin

Mmm, morning breath, lol

So are you expecting CG1 and CG2 launches to be failures in advance, and promoting CG3 as the fix?

Lol

So another clone or will the client not be based on bitcoin or litecoin?

All questions will be addressed with the official release announcement.

So it will be bonds based on other cryptocurrencies

No, however that is a project I would like to take on at some point.

Launching by this weekend at the latest. Possibly this evening. I have a lot of projects on my plate, but being as aggressive as possible with the schedule.
1653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning... on: June 27, 2013, 01:59:07 PM
shitcoin №3 ?

You can do better than that. You didn't even use the correct letters! A little more effort please ;-)
1654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning... on: June 27, 2013, 01:45:33 PM
But the diamonds in the logo have something to do with it, right?

It is actually ice in the logo, although that is another name for diamonds
1655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning... on: June 27, 2013, 01:16:53 PM
Coins! Gold! Bitches!  Huh Huh Huh

cryogenic coin...

Nice guess, that would be CRC. The initials are CGB

I will give a reward if someone guesses correctly...
Development team excluded from the reward of course, sorry
1659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning... on: June 27, 2013, 10:43:56 AM
Ah ah
Is CG3 a new 51% attack?

OP talking about the PWC 51% attack:
In my opinion, this is a good thing. It is the law of natural selection in the digital crypto world. The strong traits "coins" survive, the weak ones die off. This is critical in evolution! Look for much more of this to happen.

This can't be a new altcoin anyway:
Way too many alt coins coming out at the present. Good for miners I suppose, but I would think this is detrimental to cryptos on the whole. Too watered down imo.

Is actually CGB my friend and is not a 51% attack, lol. You will better understand the relation with the quotes you have located from me. Nice research my friend.  Wink
