1641  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can i buy sell here ? any 1 can teach me about buy sell on: April 10, 2017, 02:51:08 PM
You can sell goods in the marketplace section here. There are various subsections. Digital goods, computer hardware and collectibles all have their own sections. All other goods can be sold in the Goods sub section.
Simply create a thread listing the items your selling as well as prices. Post photos too to add to the descriptions and to provide proof of ownership.
Once someone agrees to buy an item off you then you can use one of the trusted Escrow members on the forum. They act as a middleman and hold the funds until the goods have been received. They also act as a moderator in the event something goes wrong with the transaction (although that rarely ever happens).
1642  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to create site like blockchain.info ? on: April 10, 2017, 02:44:44 PM
May I ask why you'd like to create such a site? Is it for a new coin or are you just looking to create another block explorer? There are already a handful of block explorers for Bitcoin. If you're looking at it from a business perspective then the market is pretty much saturated as it is.
1643  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Start an Exchange - Not including Real Currency on: April 10, 2017, 02:25:59 PM
It would depend on where you operate from. Regulations may differ in the US and India.
It would be best if you consult with lawyers from both countries to see which one works best for you in terms of lax regulations. Even if you aren't dealing with fiat, there still may be certain fintech rules you need to comply with.
1644  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I have a Baby of an Idea and I need help from Developers (calling all jews!) on: April 09, 2017, 12:25:52 PM
You want to tie something political together with a cryptocurrency?
I'd be interested in hearing the idea.
I can't help with the coding but could potentially point you in the right directions.
1645  Economy / Goods / Re: iphone 7s on: April 08, 2017, 08:28:42 PM
Seriously  Cheesy
Maybe OP meant that he is selling iPhone 7's - as in more than just one iPhone 7... Huh
Whatever the case, please provide a time stamped photo of what you have. I expect Escrow would also be accepted otherwise it'll be pretty evident to steer clear.
1646  Economy / Speculation / Re: The 'called it' boasting thread. on: April 06, 2017, 07:47:32 PM
DOGE...
Everyone thought it was a joke but it did pretty well in its prime. Considering that the coin is based off of a meme I still think it's doing pretty well.
I managed to mine a few million in its early days. Managed to make me a nice small amount  Wink

1647  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Cheapest way to get Ledger Nano S ? on: April 06, 2017, 07:42:59 PM
It seems like almost all companies charge hefty prices when shipping abroad.
Your best bet is to find a member on here selling the Ledgers themselves or to have one sent to a member and forwarded to you. You'd probably have to pay a little for the service but at least you'll still get the actual shipping cost...
1648  Other / Archival / Re: [The Raffle Of All Raffles III] Interest check on: April 06, 2017, 07:36:34 PM
I would definitely check it out. Whether or not I end up participating is a different story entirely. Either way, i'll be watching closely Smiley
1649  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Unconfirmed transaction b/c of low fee, tried to do a CPFP no luck.. on: April 06, 2017, 12:58:57 AM
I don't think you did anything wrong. AFAIK the low fee is still the reason to blame for it showing up as unconfirmed. I would say just wait a bit longer until it eventually gets picked up. I once had to wait over 23 hours for a transaction to confirm.
On the bright side, at least you can now personally relate to the ongoing BTC transaction time dilemma  Cheesy
1650  Economy / Speculation / Re: People selling alts to go back in BTC on: April 06, 2017, 12:49:50 AM
I literally just sold all my ETC and a bagful of DOGE in order to buy some more LTC.
Hopefully LTC will continue to rise (as segwit gets adopted) and the profit gained will be converted back into BTC.
This adds to what I originally said. I will stand by BTC as it will continue to retain its value. Other alts are good but nowhere near as reliable/predicable as the price of BTC is.

1651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: April 06, 2017, 12:46:39 AM

It was an April Fool's joke poking fun at the recent BU saga...
Don't worry about it. There's no reason for DOGE to need a hard fork.
Transaction times with DOGE are super quick thankfully.
1652  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Just wondering about value of 2013 lealana batch set on: April 04, 2017, 12:36:55 PM
I'd be interested in buying this set if you'd consider selling it.
Same here.

Still interest in someone buying a set?   I might sell mine.

Toss it up for auction....  the bids will come.

Agreed. There hasn't been a set up for sale for a very long time now. Letting the free market decide the price will probably be the best option. Considering the traction LTC has gained recently the market should be a little hotter now.  You could always set a reserve/B.I.N price too.
1653  Economy / Speculation / Re: People selling alts to go back in BTC on: April 03, 2017, 11:57:00 PM
Alts have some value but there's nothing as stable as BTC.
BTC will be the most prominent crypto for the foreseeable future and therefore attracts the largest amount of interest.
Alts are popular too since they fluctuate the most and have the quickest profit returns when flipping them but practically speaking apart from a handful, most are just there to be used as a quick profit tool.

1654  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Sellin Some of Me Crytos on: April 02, 2017, 03:37:48 PM
OP has been updated with sold coins.
Still looking to let go of the other 2 listed.
Also listening to offers.

Thanks!
1655  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wish me luck, or don't. It's up to you. on: April 02, 2017, 03:03:32 PM
It's seems like an interesting concept. I didn't really understand how the Blockchain could really be used practically in a dating context until I read the 'About' pages.
The only issue I see with this is that it won't neccesarily be adopted by the masses. How many member groups are technologically advanced or sophisticated enough to be able to be proactive in these pools? What makes dating sites successful is their simplicity and ease of use for all members. I think that introducing the Blockchain to such an idea severely limits the user type that the service will be aiming at.
1656  Economy / Services / Re: Competition | Winner will be rewarded 1 BTC on: March 31, 2017, 11:49:03 AM
An interesting way of making yourself some BTC OP.
If it works then I'll genuinely be impressed. It'd probably be one of the easiest ways of making 0.5BTC in today's market.
Having been said, getting 7500 members to participate in this would be near impossible. Even those that do join aren't even guaranteed to send you the BTC as they may think the odds of them winning are slim.
I'll give you credit for the idea but it's definitely not going to work. Maybe try with a smaller pool of players for a smaller prize and perhaps you may be on to something...

Edit: Just saw the update. Getting 300 members may be more realistic but setting the minimum at 300k satoshi isn't.
1657  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Cryptocurrency News Website on: March 29, 2017, 09:40:25 PM
As others have already mentioned, the link forwards us to another site. Not sure if that's intentional click bait or if you were parking the domain and haven't updated the direction the servers are pointing at.
Either way, something definitely needs to be changed on your end. Not a real great start to a site launch.
1658  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin #GotAnyInYourWallet on: March 29, 2017, 09:36:20 PM
I'm unsure why but the link didn't work yesterday although it is up and running now.
Site is nice but still needs a little work with the UI.
Glad I could help with the idea and feedback.
Good luck! Smiley
1659  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin #GotAnyInYourWallet on: March 28, 2017, 08:53:52 PM
Daily listings of products&services from Merchants who accept Bitcoin. Daily postings by companies and individuals who have bitcoin to spend and are looking for products & services. And More!!! www.BitcoinJustUse.it

Hope that helps

Cards look cool although the link to the site doesn't work. Is the site solely a directory or is there something else that the site offers? Are the cards being distributed?
It would be cool if they were made into wallets and loaded with small amounts of BTC to encourage adopters (kind of like one of the BTC exchanges did at some point.
1660  Economy / Goods / Re: *New User* *Discord Marketplace* on: March 28, 2017, 08:44:40 PM
Well if that's the case then I doubt you'd be able to make any sales here. Nobody will be prepared to risk any BTC with you considering your lack of credibility. The fact that you don't have the items but would only be ordering them from elsewhere using the funds given to you would only make buyers more sceptical. In general buyers tend to go for items that the seller has in hand.
