. I was thinking that Italy would pass Nigeria in the active members column but I was surprised to see that Nigeria see them. And they pass Nigeria in the merit stat and that means Nigerians in the forum are trying their best.
We are having a few problems on the Italian board: we had a few “bad motnhs” and apparently we are not able to get back to our usual levels, as many active poster simply are now less active and the newcomers weren't able to get the flow going. On the other hand the Nigerian board is doing really well. Kudos to your community! |

Hai detto giusto, se volete speculare e riuscite a farlo tanto di cappello stima e rispetto. Se siete entrati nelle crypto per altri motivi e principi (io opensource) allora il consiglio e di non usarle. Occhio nessuno qua punta il dito o etichetta qualcuno, nessuno prende in giro e nessuno mette alla berlina. E' una questione di " principi" semplicemente. Confermo e concordo. Ben poche, pochissime cryptovalute non permettono questi magheggi. Se volete speculare allora non avete di questi problemi, se invece la problematica vi sta a cuore, parlo della tanto vituperata privacy, allora dovete usare bitcoin.
Bitcoin non è crypto. Tutte le shitcoin, stabili o meno, sono solo degli strumenti con una funzione ben precisa. Le stablecoins hanno una funzione precisa quando si devono scambiare dei beni/servizi (e quindi sono perfette per PayPal). Le shitcoin non hanno nessuna funzione, se non quella di gambling/trading. |

La Nigeria ha avuto da poco la propria board, ed a ragion veduta. Pur tra mille difficoltà sono uno dei paesi più avanzati nel continente africano, ed hanno un numero davvero alto di utenti di crypto rispetto alla popolazione, soprattutto tenendo conto delle loro oggettive difficoltà. Inoltre ricordiamo che il governo nigeriano ha fatto in modo che la Nigeria fosse tra i primi, o forse addirittura il primo Stato in assoluto ad implementare una CBDC: la e-naira. |

Nice work! It is a fun animation to see, even if you have to squint your eyes to see the Italian board. Usually, this kind of graph is used for "cumulative" events rather than "rolling amounts", like the monthly posts on a board, but the graph is good enough to catch a few trends. Namely, the number of posts on the forum almost halved from the first months of the graph; this is not necessarily a bad thing, as maybe it is an effect of reduced spam activity, but definitely, something to keep an eye on. The percentage of posts made on local boards to the total post is instead more or less stable, and this is a good sign!  |

Un bel grafico, dal quale si possono anche trarre alcune considerazioni più rilevanti a livello generale. Acune board hanno un andamento "esplosivo", mentre cosa si può dire dell'andamento genreale del forum?

sono tornato martedi, ora mi rimetto a lavoro e vi mostro cosa ho fatto e cosa ho studiato nel frammente
chiaramente ho preso il consiglio di usare lo stick cheh a gia il case, benche abbia un singolo bottone (pazienza) ma l'hw costa poco ed e' gia bello e pronto (senza batteria al solito)

Fame news FUD e quant'altro non fa assolutamente bene a btc e crypto in generale. Ragazzi, probabilmente gli ETF spot su bitcoin verranno approvati, sapete cosa vuol dire? Una quantità enorme di denaro che potenzialmente può entrare nel mondo cripto, e secondo voi questi fondi cosa stanno cercando di fare? Acquistare al prezzo più basso possibile ovviamente. Se $5k fanno la differenza per una persona qualsiasi per loro forse la fanno ancora di più perché vorrebbe dire che invece di 10k BTC (cifra a casa) ne porterebbero a casa quasi 12k, sono quasi 2k BTC di differenza, non so se mi spiego... Possibile, tutto è possibile, ma non credo. Questi fondi non ragionano cosi. Loro sono interessati alle (succose) commissioni di gestione. Che Bitcoin salga o scenda a loro non fa differenza. Se mi parli invece di fondi speculativi, mi pare un gioco davvero molto rischioso: rimanere corti Bitcoin a qualche mese dall'halving e nel mezzo di un processo di approvazione di quasi due decine di ETF non mi pare saggio. |

I will not fail to appreciate a lot of people here such as @JayJuanGee, @Ratimov, @LoyceV, @Fillippone and others that I have learnt a lot from. Their contribution and interactions within the forum have helped shape my mindset and understand of Bitcoin, including how to store it safely.
Indeed, I am among those that consider myself lucky to be in this forum.
Believe me when I say I do share this feeling. This forum is a true positive community. Of course, there is a given percentage of drama, scams and toxicity. But this percentage is way lower than any other Bitcoin-related community I happen to deal with. This forum is a semi-hidden gem. We are lucky to be part of it. |

In the meantime, the discount of share price to NAV has somewhat tightened to sub 25%, only to marginally widen again to the current level of 25.8%.  This is, notwithstanding the supposed “SEC disappointment” when it comes to ETF approval, the best indicator of how market participants are betting on approval (with an immediate effect of GBTC conversion). |

Taking the opportunity to revive this excellent thread  As some followers of Bitcoin options surely already have seen, the BitVol (implied volatility based on option prices) is currently on record low values of 36-39. Thank you. I am always a little bit sceptical when I see a report saying something is “mispriced”. I guess the implied vol is low because also realised has been quite subdued. So yes, I guess implied is low because option market foresee low volatility for the next weeks. Bear that you can have low volatility also if market rallies a lot. Volatility is variation around the mean:if the mean is the one of an appreciation, then volatility can go down even if the bitcoin is running high |

Sorry man, but this sounds like gas-lighting and deflection. To be honest, I don't care. You can use whatever logic or philosophical gymnastics you want to excuse and justify the signature you wear, that's not my point. We are all grown up adult here. Financially sovereign individuals. If anyone falls into a scam, it their sole responsibility. As a member of a very loyal community, I will do what I can to avoid anyone falling into a scam, included thoughtfully testing the service I advertise. But in the end, the above sentence still stands. What's ironic is that whirlwind seemed like the most legit mixer to pop up in the post CM days, yet here we are.

Ho fatto adesso dei test per vedere come funziona! A primo impatto è davvero molto figo! Sia da PC che da smartphone è di facile comprensione. Unica pecca (comunque aggirabile) è il fatto che per vedere il saldo devi accendere per forza il Jade, non da un watch-only in automatico, per aggirare il problema ho preso la xpub e aperto un wallet in WO. Questa è l'unica pecca che ho riscontrato, per il resto reattivo e semplice da usare
Confermo che con Green non c’è modo di usarlo senza accenderlo (per lo meno per come ho capito io). Il trucchetto del watch only è abbastanza sicuro, basta che la xpub rimanga in locale e non sia condivisa con nessun server. Discorso in generale, se la usi con Green vai sul sicuro. |

To some point, I believe, one just needs to test the service of what they are advitizing, even if it's not made compulsory out of their own will, as it will go a long way at least if a question is being raised upon the project on one's signature, the person can be able to explain properly if it works.
