Whats up with the client hanging on start up ?
I haven't been able to get it to work since the the BSODs caused by the cpu overclock.
It happened to one of my mining rigs also. Windows 7 crashed and restarted while wallet was staking and now it hangs/crash at open. No even deleting everything and re-installing works. Any one knows whats causing this? I get this error every time I open it. Description: A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows. Try this : - uninstall any 2005-2008 Microsoft Visual C++ and related apps - run a windows error check - backup the wallet and the .bak, delete the roaming folder and qt - delete CLAM's registry folder located at HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Clam and reboot - if the client continues to hang after 1-3 attempts, delete the peers.dat file and try again EDIT Tbh.. I don't know what got the client running again. lol |

Stop overclocking? Your overclock obviously isn't stable, and the client is unlikely to blame. Every other client works and I'm back to normal/ stable clocks. I unzipped a fresh copy, tried the full install, deleted the blockchain, ran an error check.. ect.. |

Both have the same file size. I'm finally synced again and showing block 2200. No. I'm now seeing 10-20% cpu usage where as before it was only 2-5%. |

without using the zip with the blockchain, or the files in the directory of the previous wallet?
No reply. So really no one was able to sync the wallet?  I had to use the zipped blockchain. Yeah, I had to use the zip file too. I had to search the thread for it though. It should be added to the OP. I used the blockchain in the zip file and worked perfectly. Just follow the instructions....It's staking much much better. To the moon with the Navajo! If it goes to $1 I can afford the build of my recording studio!!! if it goes to $10 I will afford the build of my recording studio + my home! at $10, I'd build a nice house, have a housemaid as I'm messy, have a nice bbq set in the backyard, get a nice car, have a pet dog named peanut. maybe you are on the wrong fork download the updated version from github remove every thing from your lottoshare roaming folder except wallet.dat and sync again We're seeing long block times because someone with descent hashpower is coinhopping LTS. Miners be warned, the difficulty adjustment algo will make this easy pickings for the multi pools. Btw, I'm 0 for 13 and down 130 LTS .. The lotto seems overly stingy... |
