I'm sorry that you were victim of a scam.  I too have been scammed for significant amounts of money and know the feelings that accompany it.

I cannot speculate whether or not that you will receive any money back, but I can schedule and organize a method that will lead to in my opinion the best possible results in seeking reimbursement and/or justice.  

It does not matter that you are not located in the United States.  All efforts put forth in revealing details and help build a case against Marc will only stand to benefit all those that have fallen victim.

If you'd like to help out, please PM me with whatever proof you feel is acceptable.

I will assist all those affected (including you) to the best of my ability (although I have no personal involvement in this case other than holding sensitive information), but I will not reveal this information to you in fear that you act upon the unlawful statements that you have put forth.

I will release highly accurate and sensitive information that will lead you directly to him if and only if all of the following conditions are sworn upon:

a) You will NOT visit his place of address.  All judgements aside, he has an innocent baby girl and no matter how much money you might be out, you have no right to bring danger to this child's home.

b) You will NOT redistribute the details that I release to anyone publicly or privately.  Please refer all people that have been affected to me and I will handle the situation.

c) You will deal with me and this thread in a professional manner.  Ignorant comments like this

will lead to a cut-off in communication.

d) You will act rationally and await co-ordination.  I will contact all members that have proved that they were scammed and will bring them together in a group so that they may all work together and bring a solid case to the proper authorities.

Where would the bankroll be supplied from?  I understand that you will allow player investments, but what about the house bankroll?

I'd be interested in betting but I have a few concerns.

I'd happily bid if there was a max of 3 coins (all by auction) as you claimed in the OP, but if you start adding coins of your choice and picking, then the value of this auction will be diluted with every new coin that you do decide to add.

Are you sure that this is not against the rules of SWC's terms and conditions?

Also... how are we sure that we'll always receive funds from you?

Right now, we are under the assumption that the OP (BitcoinBudz) is in posession of over $8,000USD worth of BTC given to him under false pre-tenses.

Calling all people that are involved or had any previous contact with the OP to post here and share their stories and experiences.

I will be setting up a new thread tomorrow and will hope to have a private investigator shortly.

Right now, we have two pieces of identification provided from RiverboatBTC but are not the ones that he claimed to have had.

Hopefully this leads us down the right path to finding this guy and having our stolen funds returned.

We will be looking to fully press charges if a quick and reasonable solution is not made shortly.

Any update on this?  I don't want to go against a Phantom bidder who could magically keep pushing my bids up.

I've been away for the past few weeks with family and other errands, and the team has done exceedingly well carrying FLT to new heights!

After Canadian Thanksgiving, I'll be able to commit much more time to this amazing community.

It also looks like we're on our way up (cryptsy/bter).  I can't think of another coin that's been able to rebound like FLT. 

The FLT future is looking bright!

Can you please have them bid in the thread and confirm?  Private bids weren't really mentioned in the initial auction terms. 

Not saying you're doing anything wrong, but there is plenty of potential abuse of the system if it is allowed.
