1661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Falling of Ethereum on: March 13, 2021, 08:06:35 PM
We can consider the drop as a normal thing in the cryptocurrency market, Ethereum is probably one of the best networks today and so many projects is already using it.

I just can't see how this Ethereum is going to work because they just didn't fix anything yet compared to other projects that are actually fixing things and always having updates.

Ethereum promises to fix there is it just taking too long to fix the high fees issue, develops might actually switch to other networks, if this Ethereum 2.0 sucks.

1662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best investment advice for everyone this 2021 on: March 13, 2021, 06:47:19 PM
Do your own research

I dont think its smart to get crypto investment advice from forums most of us here dont know what we are saying and most of the advice you will get are going to be coming from other noobs just like you.

The Best advice i have is do your own research, if you dont understand it, dont invest in it, its better to miss out than to loose your money.

Remember investments are risky, so why trust other people's opinions to making investments that they aren't making with their own money?

Be smart

I mean yeah that is why a lot we always remind everyone that we are not a financial advisor and always do your own research before getting into investment in cryptocurrency.

The market is unpredictable and at the same time predictable, so you could totally make money in cryptocurrency with a high risk, remember that what you read here is just advice from people according to their experience when it comes to trading, so something that works to them might not work to you, and relying on something like this could easily lose you money.

For example, you rely on YouTuber advice that could easily be a pump and dump investment easily if they were recommending some low cap coins in the market.

1663  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is for Holders! on: March 13, 2021, 04:59:41 PM
The pandemic is not blessing for us but we have seen a huge change of Bitcoin price and broke all the records before. In this time of a year ago with compared to the present time, we can see a huge change and Bitcoin is up almost 1400%. Isn't it huge?

The next short term target is $60000. For now, next target is new ATH.

BITCOIN is for Hodlers
Not for weak hands
(I had read it somewhere, can't remember right now)

It's all fine as long as you invest in the long term, but it's not really a great profit when you're investing in bitcoin or either Ethereum, I think bitcoin might be broken since only whales are really the one that holds.

Think about it it would need a huge market cap just to get an x2 in your investment compared to other low-cap altcoins in the market that could easily give you better returns when it comes to profit.

For now, I don't think that buying bitcoin and Ethereum at the bull market was not a good idea for now since the market could easily crash when the market price was so high.
1664  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where would you sell if you had bought 10 Bitcoin at $100? on: March 12, 2021, 06:09:48 PM
Pretty easy to say but holding for years what now easy actually, I've sold a lot of bitcoin not because I don't believe in bitcoin but mostly I just needed the money for something.

If you think about it buying at 100$ at then selling at x10 is already a great profit for everyone and you don't really think that bitcoin would reach 58k$ at this moment.

So probably only a few that have strong hands would hold their bitcoin for so long un someone that doesn't really need the money because if my 100$ already gain x10 and then I don't have any money I would probably sell that bitcoin.
1665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Polkadot Good For Future? on: March 11, 2021, 07:27:56 PM
Ethereum will still be the number one at this point and that a fact even developers would still use still choosing Ethereum plus we are also expecting the Ethereum 2.0 will be a huge boost to the Ethreum.

But developers are also looking at using Polkadot as an option, aside from Ethereum meaning there is a huge potential for Polkadot, so the easy answer was yes in the future we could easily expect a lot of projects will use Polkadot as well.

Even the token is already bullish, I buy around 15$ and now its already increases up to 40$ in the market, plus the foundation of Polkadot token is really strong compared to other altcoins, so the price will not go down easily even in the past correction the price was still around 30$.
1666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT is an interesting space on: March 11, 2021, 07:07:15 PM
We really can't underestimate the NFT at this time, I remember visiting cryptokitties  in the past years and I just can't see how it is going to work  Huh.

I mean paying for a sticker or a character or something and then holding it for a long time until it increases its marketvalue, I cant see how it is going to work in the future.

But now NFT is just hot right now, even NFT tokens in the market are skyrocketing, NFT is being sold for hundreds to thousands of dollars are this moment and it's a great success.
1667  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's your exit price(s) on this bull run? on: March 11, 2021, 06:39:12 PM
Seeing quite a few predictions here based on log charts that BTC is going to 150k, 200k, 400k, etc. by EOY then crashing 50-90% in '22. If you think the markets are going to follow this pattern a la 2017, then what are your exit points and reentry points? These could always change but I'm interested in what your medium/long-term strategy is to capture most of the anticipated highs of the bull run.

I mean it surely a great thing if you're just gonna hold your bitcoin for now since giant companies are now interested in buying bitcoin meaning bitcoin has a high potential right now to right 100k$ or even surpass it in the coming months a lot of prediction after the correction that it will reach around 80k$ after the last dump and that's what we are expecting, buying bitcoin was more like for long term.

If your already planning to make your exit somewhere around September or October is where it's predicted to right the peak of the market of bitcoin and yes somewhere around 80k$. And I think that already a great exit price since it's always risky investing in cryptocurrency.

1668  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to Become Bounty Manager? on: March 09, 2021, 07:29:45 PM
I know this is not an easy job because manager has full responsibility for "hunters", especially for their payments. But I want to know, where can I get new project that wants to do a bounty campaign? maybe there is a website that provides such a service or something else?

I mean there are some low ranks bounty managers but most likely members will not trust you since they want something that is guaranteed services.

In the end, it might end up getting an escrow service in the forum so participants will have no doubts that they are going to get the payment, but if you want to be a bounty manager you just need projects to hire you to manage the signature campaign here in the forum.

But to do that you gonna need a good profile here in the forum and as well as a good portfolio for your service, something like your past campaign that you manage, you can see some of the portfolios of top bounty managers here in the forum on the services section.
1669  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The largest companies use blockchain technology on: March 09, 2021, 06:06:26 PM
Well, how about the car company? TESLA.
There are too many companies and institutions now that were successfully adopting blockchain and the good thing they also used bitcoin upon embracing blockchain technology. I imagine that perhaps in the future blockchain technology is very common everywhere in the country because we are evolving into technologies and blockchain is very suitable for this. Perhaps, time will come for these companies that adopting blockchain will keep growing and even small companies follow their steps.

I think soon it is going to be added maybe they just announce it but not yet implemented actually that people could already, like can you use bitcoin to buy tesla already right now.

These companies are great and hopefully, we are going to see a lot of companies adopt cryptocurrency as well or in bitcoin, which will surely go to push the market price of bitcoin up to 100k$ or even more.

I want to see giant companies accepting bitcoin on their own platform in the future but I still think that we are still in a long process for that maybe until it becomes suitable for spending.
1670  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Low quality topics on: March 09, 2021, 04:07:39 PM
I think most low-quality topics are off topics or something that is not related to cryptocurrency or something.

At the same time in my observation most likely if you have a very short post here in the forum your probably gonna end up in a low-quality post, but not every short post are low quality, probably high ranks are doing it but they already prove to make a quality posting in just a few lines because it already answers the question or topic.

I suggest sticking in a topic that you are experiencing in your current trading in cryptocurrency or you have a problem or something, or something that you want to learn, you could grow here and a lot of members is gonna answer your question.
1671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to find best Airdrops? on: March 07, 2021, 09:33:31 PM
I really want to know about how i can get legit and good airdrops. There are too many scam projects and its really difficult to find legit project. I missed 1inch airdrop infact i did not find any announcement regarding this and suddenly last night i see a post about it. So i feel bad but cant do any thing.

There is no way actually to finds a good airdrop but I guess your just gonna need to have a lot of sources in different platform mostly friends as well in the cryptocurrency community to share airdrops news to you.

Some came from airdrop referrals and probably from different social media platforms like Twitter where they announce an airdrop.

But in the past months, I think the best airdrop that I've seen came from exchanges something like Uniswap and 1inch exchange that airdrop hundreds to thousands of dollars per person because of the coin value of their tokens. But in exchange with the airdrop, there were just some requirements that are needed to get airdrop like using the exchange something like 3 trade in the past month or something.
1672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the things to look for when buying Altcoin? on: March 07, 2021, 08:58:59 PM
Currently, if you want to buy any altcoin, it is very difficult. You can't choose an option quite easily. Also, the crypto market is currently volatile. In such circumstances if one wants to buy altcoin. So what should be the main focus?

There are already a lot of suggestions from other members here in the forum but here's my own method on how I verify tokens personally before investing in that token.

Probably the first thing that I check is coinmarketcap and search the token in if it is available on that website, if it's not available probably its too early to invest in that token, if its available check the market where that token is available if it is already listed is many exchanges or something if it doesn't list in probably around 5 exchange it's probably too early to buy the token.

Then check the token website, check the utility, is it a Defi token or something, check the website if it's legit, check the whitepaper. If everything checkout you could probably decide if your gonna buy it or not. I mean investing always has its risk.
1673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOGE - another scam coin? on: March 07, 2021, 08:03:57 PM
I mean I check it on Coinmarketcap and it listed as Rank #2322 in there not really a huge market cap coin, but it looks fine but it's kinda early maybe you could gamble some spare money in it.

Since the token is so much cheaper at this moment if it becomes successful in the future it might be a great profit, but I don't like the concept of copying the DOGE coin especially because of the Elon hype social media platforms.

It's starting in the Uniswap exchange you I think its a okay coin, but this coin is better than the DOGE coin since now it's defi compared to a DOGE coin that has no utility or probably just hype I would pick this one.
1674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How have you impact people with cryptocurrency knowledge on: March 07, 2021, 07:48:44 PM
I have always see people talking about advancement and recognition of bitcoin and cryptocurrency to all. But majority have done nothing to proclaim and encourage people to know about cryptocurrency.
Please in your own little ways what have you done to impact the knowledge of bitcoin and cryptocurrency to people.

It's kinda like a simple talk and then I shared how I know bitcoin or what is bitcoin and explain to them if you're able to buy bitcoin at an early stage where it only costs 100 dollars or something and then today its now 50k$.

Most of the people that I've shared this was just amazing of what bitcoin is, they are also amazed of people are able to become a millionaire or billionaire with just buying or investing in something that is just digital money that has no physical value or a physical asset like bitcoin.

They are willing to learn about bitcoin and easily hook up and become interested in my story especially when I shared my experience of how I get started and how I earn bitcoin in the past years. I mean it's a great talk/
1675  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much btc do you need to secure your future? on: March 07, 2021, 07:27:56 PM
Obviously this depends on where you are located.  Such as if you live in an expensive place in the US or Canada, then its a lot more than in other countries.  Also if you are young, middle age or older.

I always felt the number had to been minimum 10 if you asked me this years ago.  But now with news articles and videos saying btc true value is somewhere in the 300-400k range... well that 10 btc number certainly is a bit high.  I guess the number probably is minimum 5?  Then again you hear old videos where people say... just make sure you have just 1 bitcoin...as that is enough.  Thus if it goes to 1 million dollars... well that is a lot of money.  Even after taxes, that is a lot.   But when people say its half a million or a million, well then that number could drop to say 2 or even 3.

And i see many people on this forum talk about not having 1 btc and its their goal to get 1 btc.  Obviously back then, it was much easier with the low prices.  But now... anyone who wants 1 btc need to spend 25k... thats a ton of money for most people and most people don't even have that in their savings.  But for someone who is from the West... thus in the US or Canada... what number would you say that should be?  Of course it could be in a wealthy country in say Asia, Europe or Australia.  But you get my point.  I got to assume if you talking about 10 years down the road or more... it has to be minimum 5?  Or minimum 10?  Or is 10 a bit too high?

More than 10 bitcoin is already a big amount of money here in the Philippines, 10 bitcoin would be 24,549,998 million pesos. and it would be a big amount of money and probably would be more than enough to secure your future in the Philippines if you are not going to spend too much on luxurious things or something that is too expensive.

I mean you could easily just buy a 24million pesos house in the Philippines or you could just buy a probably 3million pesos house or something, but around 10 bitcoin is still great you could easily start businesses or invest again to gain much of a profit in the future.

So I think around 50 bitcoin would be the best bitcoin your gonna need to secure your future and at the same time live a luxurious life. Inflation is just like burning your money it just happened so fast.
1676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin mixers are only for criminals on: March 07, 2021, 07:08:22 PM
I kinda agree with this one since I don't really use crypto or bitcoin mixers probably I guess try some just for curiosity or something, I just can't see the importance of using this crypto mixer.

For me, you don't really need too much privacy that the crypto mixers provide since they can't really know your identity just able to see your transactions if they know your bitcoin address or something, but that was just my opinion because I not some kind of whale, maybe a lot of people are concerned because of the amount of bitcoin they are holding not necessarily because they are some like of criminals.

So it's like a 50/50 for me, maybe we cant see the use of this for now but maybe in the future, we can use this in something that would benefit us.

If you hit a jackpot in a casino and you want to hide your coins with a mixer service, then are you a criminal?

If you was an early miner and you want to hide your coins with a mixer service, then are you a criminal?

I don't think so... A lot of criminals use the mixing service to hide their coins, but not all the users from the mixers are criminals, you can be sure of that.

A good example, I think you have your point, I mean it's up to you if you want to hide your transactions.
1677  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Lost Relics - Isang Blockchain Game on: March 05, 2021, 10:19:37 PM

1678  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The World Without Bitcoin on: March 05, 2021, 08:54:35 PM
Have you ever thought what would the world be without Bitcoin? Imagine if the cryptocurrency was never invented and we'd still be living with Fiat (paper money and credit/debit cards). People would be subject to banks' desires without a chance for freedom. A cashless society would be only a dream, without innovations in the FinTech space. Gold would still be an option, but not everyone will be able to access it. The unbanked people will be forced to deal with banks in order to participate in the mainstream economy. A lot of challenges and hurdles would arise without a decentralized form of currency for the enjoyment of all.

What do you think the world will be today without Bitcoin? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley

Probably digital transactions would still increase but not in a cryptocurrency system or a decentralized system.

As technology rises there are already digital transactions, as I remember there are banks that already open digital transactions kinda like a normal bitcoin wallet but it was just digital numbers.

And probably Paypal would be a trend in a digital transaction, Also we don't really know if bitcoin would survive in the future, something could mess everything that could easily destroy bitcoin.
1679  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Lost Relics - Isang Blockchain Game on: March 05, 2021, 05:23:31 PM

1680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forget bounties and Airdrops on: March 04, 2021, 08:22:30 PM
The biggest money making slot in crypto space is to be

1. a developer
2. build crypto wallets for new projects
3. find bugs in the system of many new projects

yes some paid for security breaching and all that stuff, rendering professional services is the best way to make money in crypto space now

Yeah, kinda true blockchain developers or crypto-related developers are kinda trendy that have a high salary these days.

If you're an investor you know that investing in cryptocurrency easily makes you profit, as well as daily trading. A lot of people participate in bounties and it's a part of the projects that developers do, in order for the project to be a success it needed a lot of investors, to do that projects need to do bounties to promote their projects in order to get a lot of investors.

The same as airdrops projects do this in order to make their projects viral to other investors, not to mention some airdrops actually give a generous amount of airdrops.
