you sound like a newbie. if you buy those it doesnt mean they will necessarily rise in value. you can search for them in the exchange sites
i am where? if i put 1 btc in 5 of these new coins priced at 1 satoshi, one of them will likely go to 10 satoshi.. i'd still be up if even if i lose the rest. That's how i feel anyway |

When comparing the sell walls with buy walls, using BTC as the common component is a little misleading.
Example.
I buy 1M Leaf for 15 satoshi. I require 0.15btc thats actual existing real btc sat on the exchange needed to make that figure.
If I get my 1m Leaf and put a sell order in at 30 satoshi, then its a 0.3BTC sell order. However... half that BTC on the sell order does not exist...yet. Yes it will take an investment of 0.3BTC to clear that sell wall, but the seller may if it gets close be inclined to sell for 0.25, or even 0.2. Its still a decent profit margin of 30%, but not all the BTC on the sell wall is fixed and set in stone, much of it doesnt exist. So compare the volumes of LEAF being sold to the the current sell price to gain an indication of the actual value of BTC on the sell side imho. Its only worth what the highest buyer is willing to pay, so take the last trade value and multiply that by the volume of leaf to see the BTC on the sell side in reality.

Reasonable alt coin investors...
MEOW and LEAF have caught my attention because they both seem to have good future prospects and both seem convincingly undervalued. I just found out about LEAF today... I feel like we will get some pump action going if we haven't already like with all new coins. Do you guys think 25 is still a good price to get into? Right now the order book looks intimidating, with some extreme walls on the sell side and peanuts on the buy side. What do you guys think? Still a good buy?

Surely you don't take the FUD seriously. Probably 90% of FUD and bearishness is noobs who didn't even hear about Bitcoin until the price had already skyrocketed. They're just trying to con people into joining their wishful thinking of cheap coins. Sorry, but bitcoins for pennies, single or double digits, or even sub-$500 are just a daydream. I don't take it seriously but it's not about me... FUD affects enough of the market sentiment to keep the price below a certain level |

Yes.... bitcoin has been boring as fuck so I just let it sit. Instead of waiting for BTC's price to rise I just trade ALT coins to increase my overall bitcoin count. It's a lot more fun and ALTs are highly volatile

I haven't even been thinking of $10k/btc after all the FUD we have been seeing. I'm pretty sure it won't happen this year... I'm hoping we at least break out ATH this year and reach as high as $2-3K.
$10k would be amazing though. If it happens I don't have any speech and only 1 of my friends will know how rich I am all the sudden. I will party and celebrate with some bitcoiners from here though.

I'm afraid after re-launch the price may spike up for a bit before people dump and take profits... it may stabilize at around 100 satoshi... then what? any more big events in the horizon after feb 3rd?

ya do not sell them until they are 100-200 satoshi. now is the time to buy. most of the people who bought at 1-2 satoshi have already dumped everything that they had. besides you  i was thinking of waiting until 400 satoshi until i start selling... anyone think that's a bad idea? No it'll be at Dogecoin prices, maybe even higher. Especially with coin halving. dogecoin is only at 170... the highest it ever went was like 230 or something wasn't it? |
