1661  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question about Become Newbies to High Rank Member on: May 15, 2022, 09:18:09 PM
The first help I can render to you is to is to understand that there is a always room to grow and you should always take the process easy and steady, for many reasons Newbies and Jnr members are very obsessed in getting tk higher rank even faster than their activities can carry them, as an ex newbie I would suggest you enjoy that position why you in it because it won’t come again and when passed a whole lot is expected from you, regardless of how you got to the higher rank so I would suggest you learn all you can while you are in the Newbie stage.
1662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Terra Luna debacle played out on: May 15, 2022, 09:10:30 PM
Enough of terra Luna, this particular coin/project has really had the head line story in crypto even if the current bad market situation in crypto-currency has affected everyone negatively i fill terra Luna has been more talked about which lead me to suspect that this is an orchestrated plan, right now there has been many crypto-currency influencers claiming to have bought Luna for a high amount this news has lead many into buy Luna and if they have bought before they are buying more.
1663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: May 15, 2022, 09:02:41 PM
Come in this is Aston Villa that they would be facing next and definitely Aston villa isn’t a team that they can just push around, they have proven severally to be the big dogs slayer and I think this game would be very dicey even for Manchester city, I think there positive side is that they managed to come back in todays game against west ham and managed to get a draw and even if they would have had the lead from the penalty, I believe Manchester city would just be hoping to beat Aston villa
1664  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you knew the founder of Bitcoin, would you still use it? on: May 15, 2022, 08:55:16 PM
Regardless of who founded BItcoin, although this might be a group I believe that is we would still use it, let take for instant, right now we are made to believe that the founder and originator of bitcoin is an unknown man names which are satoshi nakamoto, although many of us don’t even know who this satoshi nakamoto is we have already believed in what he has created and it has really proven to be more than amazing, I believe if this originator which we were meant to believe wasn’t true then we would still be using Bitcoin
1665  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: May 15, 2022, 08:41:37 PM

Police go begin see this new law now as bad market for them because as e go empower them to continue to deh harass innocent crypto traders. But make I tell us say all this things na hypocrisy weh deh worry 9ja for this cryptocurrency matter, if no be that wetin be ban and regulations when Binance be a part of sponsors for Big Brother Naija. Una see how the thing be. Any which way, make them do free the youths make we for do our legit businesses.
Make we ask ourselves this question does the police even care about the law, many time we have seen the innocent go in for crime that they didn’t commit, even the may bribery way Dey go on for road is very much against the law but we have come to see that these things happen and they have become part of Nigeria, so in a nut shell I no really Dey happy with the recent crypto-currency law and I believe it won’t be effectively Carried out by the Nigerian police.
1666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: May 15, 2022, 08:28:03 PM
It now boils down to the final game of the season, Manchester city were lucky today to see the game off to a draw with westham having the gone down by two goals to nil in the first half, now the English Premier League goes into the last game of the season, Tottenham are chasing Arsenal really badly and after their win today lots of pressure has been shifted into the last game of the season where both team has to give it there all to stay in the top four place.
1667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you following very basic crypto rules? on: May 14, 2022, 09:39:55 PM
I don’t think many have been following the rules because many of this newbies has been guilt of crimes like borrowing money to invest in Crypto-currency, virtually almost every newbie thinks crypto-currency is a get rich scheme that why they are Willi to even borrow to get into it, that’s where the dip comes in, with drops in coin like Luna this has had many questioning the truth in the fact that crypto-currency can make anyone rich, so it about that time every newbies follow the basic rules of not their experience here would have terrible consequences.
1668  Economy / Economics / Re: Taking loan during high inflation? on: May 14, 2022, 09:20:47 PM
Inflation or no inflation to me taking a loan to buy asset is just another glorified debts. In my very eventful few years of crypto-Currency I have come to understand that it’s very wrong to take a loan to buy any Crypto-currency asset, so inflation aside I believe a loan is a bondage and using it to buy an asset as volatile as crypto-currency is very far foolish, that’s where the start slow and rise steady comes in, Crypto-currency is very much unpredictable and taking loan to enter it can be a bad decision.
1669  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Warning! on: May 14, 2022, 09:08:30 PM
Great one mate, thanks for educating Newbies and in general Everyone about this threat that was oblivious to many, but also I would like to add that every newbies have to work on themselves, yes that is the first and important step to avoid scam, the first line that every scammers would like to infiltrate, because if the intended prey wall is broken the rest is history, so every one needs to work on their emotions especially the greed part if they are to prevent such situations.
1670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to put money in ETH? on: May 14, 2022, 08:55:25 PM
I consider ethereum to be the current best Alt-coin in crypto-currency right now although this coin has grown very well in terms of adoption, price and even publicity so this coin has grown very well and may now be affordable by many, right now Ethereum has reached a high standard and for everyone who wants to gain very fast from their investments in crypto-currency I would say they should look into other coins that are more affordable than Ethereum, so right now everyone has to do maximum research on which alt-coin they should invest in.
1671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: May 14, 2022, 08:40:13 PM
Great game between Chelsea and Liverpool, I think the prove why they are the two best team in England via the FA cup, normally Chelsea would have been dominated by Liverpool but on this occasion Liverpool had to contend with a very spirited Chelsea, it started with Liverpool in domination but after that it was all Chelsea game, but the both team were impenetrable and the game had to go into extra time where both team still turned up all
1672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Commentary and commentators in sports. on: May 13, 2022, 06:36:13 PM
I choose to differ mate, commentary is actually a big deal and it’s getting attention around the world, yes you right a match would very much be boring and lifeless without a commentator even if what we primarily need to enjoy the game is our eyes for vision, but the special voices coming from the commentary box adds meaning to the game, I have seen commentators like peter drury, Jim and the rest get good deal of recognition, I have even seen some get sponsorship deals, it’s that big now, but we shouldn’t expect it to be bigger than the players, it takes a lot to make sports complete even the referees, ball boys, stewards and the rest are all putting in their collective efforts, and the best out of them would get the recognition they deserve.
1673  Economy / Economics / Re: Adoption and growth of Cryptocurrency and its demand for digital transactions on: May 13, 2022, 06:22:46 PM
Well it’s just only a matter of time before Globalized Adoption of Crypto-Currency, this present Dip and the reactions it has caused across the world has just gone to show how widely adopted Crypto-Currency has become, right now if everyone hasn’t yet owned one themselves they know someone that do or they are about making up their mind, and I believe it won’t be too long before The government start to see reasons too, right now the biggest problem of Crypto-currency is the issues emanating from Government heads of countries, and if that is solved it would be a big breakthrough for Crypto-currency.
1674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Emirates Airline will use 'Bitcoin as a Payment Service' on: May 13, 2022, 06:13:04 PM
Here is some positive news in a week of back to back bad news for crypto-currency, I had earlier said that my joy in Crypto-currency would be complete if I can see that it is not only adopted but also in Use, we don’t only need to hold Bitcoin only to watch it grow, we can incorporate it into our lives, and Emirates a leading Airline company accepting it as a medium of payment is a good step to that. I believe this isn’t only a win for Crypto-currency in the long run Emirates would definitely benefit from this.
1675  Other / Off-topic / Re: A Letter To My Newbie Friend, Someone I Mentor. on: May 12, 2022, 09:37:56 PM
Firstly the person you mentored would probably be easier to reach via dm, and maybe start up their reply with would lead to an effective communication, that said Crypto-Currency is not all motivation no strategy, it’s a thing to tell the person you are mentoring not to give up but it’s also another thing to educate them on a strategy, many newbies are falling deeper into lose because of the words never give up, I would rather suggest if you are losing beyond what you can bear you pull out and count your lose. I really urge you to be practical with who you mentoring and not only hopeful words.
1676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should we all buy a Bitcoin Pizza? on: May 12, 2022, 08:20:03 PM
BTC is deflationary by design. Lots of people (like myself!) don't want to spend BTC for everyday purchases, as the value tends to go up over time. I would argue that this is an advantage of BTC. Lots of unhealthy consumer activity is driven by the fact that fiat savings lose value to inflation over time -- that is, it makes more sense to spend your money on goods you don't necessarily need than it does to save USD and watch it fall in value. I like the idea of BTC being "digital gold".

Miner fees also come into play. For small transactions (say, a few bucks for a cup of coffee), the miner fees cost more than the item itself.
Well call me what you want but I am the type of guy that wants to use Bitcoin for their daily needs, I believe there would not be an adoption if we don’t believe in the practicality of Bitcoin, yes we have the right to hold our Bitcoin or Any other Crypto-Currency for as long as possible, but Crypto-Currency would be even bigger if we can earn in Crypto, use crypto, share crypto and so much more.
1677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: May 12, 2022, 08:16:04 PM
It’s turning out to be a bad day for the Gunners in the office, almost the end of the match and they are 3:0 down with a man down, I believe it’s a lost three points for Arteta’s men and it’s more painful to drop those point and give three points to not only their Derby rival but also there rival for the top four finish this season Tottenham , if this match ends like this it would put Tottenham one point away from Arsenal, it’s really going to be a very critical last few matches for both teams.
1678  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: May 12, 2022, 08:07:02 PM
Guys is it just me or the amount of crypto enthusiast has increased especially in we country, right now the vast upload of Crypto-Currency related stories on peoples social media status is massive, this leads me to wonder are these true crypto-Enthusiast or just people wey Dey follow the band wagon.
If the former is the case then I think in terms of adoption Crypto-Currency has really done well in Nigeria. And in no time, it would even reflect on the elderly, and those that are strong willed in there traditional means of finances.
E dey clear sey we don enter bear market and the situation no funny people are losing money while people are optimistically buying more coin, I believe say at this point we understand that any more now could really be vital so it requires apt research. Like my mentor would say don’t put your eggs in one basket.
1679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: May 11, 2022, 08:44:40 PM
Interesting English premier league matches today, finally Chelsea has found a win an taking all three points, if there was any doubt of them not going to next season’s UEFA champions league then they have ended it, also I must say that Manchester city aren’t joking anymore they are practically demolishing all teams coming there way I hardly think they would slip up, the English premier win would really do well for there whole standard, if they lose it they may be ending the season Without a silver ware, so their current match playing 4:1 to there Favour is a good thing for them.
1680  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: scammer get scammed part 2 on: May 10, 2022, 11:45:21 AM
Mate no one is a criminal until proven guilty, as it stands you have nothing to rope in the person of being a scammer all you have is your assumptions which in the honest truth is right because it will save you from being scammed, but the fact you still carried on the conversation and accepted this person terms and conditions and he played his own part and you refusing to play yours and also refusing to refund the person makes you a clear scammer,

the best you would have done when you noticed that this fellow was suspicious you end the conversation, it isn’t right being exactly what we don’t want in crypto which is a scammer
