1661  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: For those who wears a signature of gamble service campaigns on: February 23, 2020, 02:59:04 AM
Guys, I think most participants here wears a signature os a campaign, and most of them are for gamble services

My question is: Do you spend the money you gain with the service you are working for?

Sometimes I do some gamble, and I always prefer to spend the money on the website that are paying me, I think it's fair and a way to say thanks  Grin

I don't want that to happen.

I've been saving most of my payments so I could invest them in a good potential cryptocurrency. I also want to trade some of them since that could give me more chance of getting a profit than betting them. What I just do is get some free satoshis since the site in my signature gives free satoshis and that is what I use to gamble.
1662  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Agree To Publicize Your Journey From Being Chronic Gambler on: February 22, 2020, 12:57:38 PM
I don't know but I think I could accept the offer if he would not publicize my identity.

It may be an interesting story but I don't want to be that popular. I could just lay out my story, it may be an interesting or an amazing story I would tell the whole and true story. If he will not be publicizing my identity, I will not accept that payment as long as he followed what we had agreed on, that is enough.
1663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often do you gamble? on: February 22, 2020, 12:18:39 PM
I usually gamble.

I play everyday, but not that frequent in a week. I can play 5 days in a week, sometimes I play whole week. I just play at those days not play the whole day. It is just a way to pass time since every time I am at home, I can't usually do things without opening up my PC and browse the internet and well, opening a tab of a gambling site.
you have a very nice life mate, staying at your house daily?and nothing to do just stay infront of PC?i wish i can have that life as i don't need to work and just playing but i have obligation for my family and i have to work to sustain their needs.

but i hope you dont spend all your money in gambling mate because you need to save for your self because not everyday we can have this living style.

You're mistaken.

I go home at 5, I can play but I am not really in front of my PC. I just let my bets on automatic, modify the settings for a strategy I want and just let it go on until I'm done to what I may be doing at the house. Though I stay in front of it for maybe 30 minutes to 1 hour after that, the boss will arrive at the house and I will not be able to be at that front since things can be thrown at you and that will be very dangerous.
1664  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sending Bitcoin through SMS/Text Messaging? on: February 22, 2020, 11:50:54 AM
I don't know if it would be great but isn't Blockchain holds the record of every transaction.
And it would be hard to verify if the transaction has been confirmed if it would just be an offline transaction.

That is the reason we will be needing a medium or a third party to do it.

Text Messages is an offline way of sending messages while doing a transaction, for example, sending Bitcoin or receiving Bitcoin needs to be online. Maybe those texts can be of confirmation for that medium to send Bitcoins to this wallet. That would be hard since, with a lot of scams going over cryptocurrencies, it is hard to trust a party who will be doing that. What I know is this one though,

1665  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto whales hacked, lost $15M BTC and $30M BCH on: February 22, 2020, 10:51:20 AM
We are near on halving and this is a very sad one for the owner.
This might also affect the price since the hacker could dump it all.
But what if this was just stage? To create FUD and start the dump?

It is said that it is not the first time so we can say that this is not what you're thinking.

I am not a professional at all but I think we shoukd really be careful in these things. You should read this link, it is amazing.

1666  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie looking for some strategic advice on: February 22, 2020, 09:53:51 AM
With out having any practical experience we don't get any knowledge hear. On reading watching videos regarding Trading we con't learn anything. So do practice with demo account, it give good experience, it's helps a lot to take correct decisions at correct time.

What do you mean?

In terms of watching YouTube videos, you can learn a lot since a lot of investors from famous to not that popular share their ideas and experiences online. You can learn a lot from that but in terms of gaining experience, I guess that is what you're saying.
1667  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to choose correct coin for Day Trading on: February 22, 2020, 08:33:12 AM
There is correct coin, all of the coin have risks and its up to your risk appetite on how much risks that you can take. I prefer to you that find a coin that have momentum, it only indicating that there are market participants where many buyers are interested. Find also coin that have high volume if you will day trade but the volatility is so high and you should have a lot of plans before you enter your trades.

It is hard to identify that coin especially if that will be a day trading.

All of the coins that you will be picking are automatically a risk since you are dealing with cryptocurrencies and they are naturally volatile. As you said, high volume means much more volatility so if you will be investing, I think it is better to choose a coin you will be holding for a long period of time since that is safer than day trading.
1668  Economy / Economics / Re: Corona Virus is a Fake Flag to destroy China! on: February 22, 2020, 06:17:58 AM
Connected or not, it doesn't matter anymore, also I am not surprised if this is really the case.

The virus already killed a lot of people, this virus gave another reason that there are a lot of countries that care for other's problem even if it is an epidemic. Instead of sticking to theories who did it and who orchestrated it, we should help them.
1669  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin good for the economy? on: February 22, 2020, 03:08:09 AM
People still prefer fiat, they still prefer transactions through banks, Bitcoin may be convenient in our remarks but with the worldwide number, its placement is probably not too high when too many restrictions and prices change too randomly, and this will answer that bitcoin is not so good for an economy when viewed globally. But if we look at the individual level, perhaps too many numbers help us know that bitcoin can create a huge amount of wealth for an individual, but it is not entirely true, Bitcoin is only good for individuals who are qualified to use Bitcoin as a tool

It is not that they prefer it, they don't have a choice.

Online stores from merchants are not accepting Bitcoin because of the fact that they are scared of what it can do harm to them. From scams and its volatility, they would just stick with what they are used to pay with. I guess it would be different if Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are regulated but I don't think people would be liking that
It could be argued that merchants are not accepting Bitcoin because of the lack of demand for their goods or services paid and priced in this cryptocurrency. In other words, it is not merchants that are not willing to accept Bitcoin but rather consumers not particularly inclined to pay with it

That makes sense though the problem is that these consumers do not know what it is.

For example in our country, they do not know what Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies is but when we talk about scams they could pitch the name Bitcoin but they never know what that is. They thought it is something like a company that starts these pyramiding scams. I guess if it became mainstream, that would be the time that Bitcoin would be used by consumers and merchants would consider accepting them.
1670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: About Compulsive gambling. on: February 22, 2020, 01:09:51 AM
There are times that whenever your family and your friend advise to you about stopping on gamble, you keep on ignoring them, you do not listen to them anymore even though they care so much to you and when you deny them then you may consider yourself having a compulsive gambling disorder, you don't care anymore to anyone, the only thing you want is gambling.
I suggest that if you feel that you are like that, you may visit some professionals to help you.

You don't even listen to your parents, how much more someone you do not know.

I think this is something that if we will be using an assessment of how addicted are you in gambling, it will be on the roof. If will not manage yourself to listen, you will not walk out of your addiction or compulsive gambling. This is hard, to be honest, and I can tell you that you are the only one that can start your change if you really wanted to. You can read these articles if you know someone who's addicted or a compulsive gambler you could help him out in some way.

1671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling a threat or fun? on: February 22, 2020, 12:29:57 AM
Gabling starts when you think that it is a fun activity.
That's how all people see it in the beginning but as you gamble and gamble more and you start losing money then this activity becomes a thread due to the factor that might make you lose a lot of money in the end which is not actually fun.

I don't think so.

All of the people already know what gambling is and we all know that it is not a fun activity but a way to earn some money. You would always hear people saying they could try their luck in gambling to earn some money. You could read some of these articles I read in the past talking about what gambling is and how people are getting addicted or hooked with it.

1672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Assess your gambling addiction level. on: February 21, 2020, 01:03:49 PM
You must need 50 hrs per day to fulfill your gambling needs.
This was spot on the biggest threat because you are not aware of time you spent gambling. I know that that the hours stated was an exaggeration but think about it that can really happen when you are gambling, you lose track of time which is the biggest mistake rather than the money you lost.

I think it is the opposite.

Gamblers don't usually track the time but they do check at their balances every time. Gamblers tend to also calculate their next bet or following bets based on their money left. At that point, I think you really need a professional to help you. I think there should be a level above 10 where there are no other options in their life but just to gamble and spend their money on it.
1673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you share at least one gambler who have become rich in gambling? on: February 21, 2020, 11:30:27 AM
I know someone but I don't she counts since he is not that really of a gambler but just won in the lottery.

I can share a lot of people here that I watched online and some of the people that are featured in the news but most of them did not continuously become rich. Maybe because of what we call curse in winning them.

1674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin boom or burst ? how to analyzed? on: February 21, 2020, 10:42:35 AM
at that time  still unsure whether bitcoin will boom or bust, how to analyzed the market from a different perspective ??

Best strategy? Predict.

There is nothing we can do with this so fast-changing market but predict, make an educated guess. Some investors are so used to the changes in the price chart that they can get some of the movements correct. If there is a better strategy for it, I guess a lot of people will be doing that by now and earning a lot of profit from Bitcoin and also other cryptocurrencies too.
1675  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I fail in trading on: February 21, 2020, 09:51:22 AM
To be proficient in trading require a lot of time and if you have many hours of flying in trading, chances are you will find the best trading style according to you, so if a beginner there are many strategies and understandings that must be mastered and it's not instant.
Of all trades may experience several defeats before actually becoming an expert
Not everyone is good at being a trader and to be able to do this they have to go through a lot of failures or maybe lose all the money they've invested. I think the market is very harsh and the volatility makes us often unable to remain calm. However, if you try to learn from those failures, you will have more new experiences in investing.

But everyone can be good at it as long as they are committed to it.

Despite the losses we've been through, as you said experiences can really help us a lot. With those failures, we can get lessons we can use for future trades and investments. If you really want to know more about it, you can enroll in online schools. Learn from experienced traders and investors and read books since it can really give you a lot of knowledge you can actually use in trading and investing.
1676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is getting more adopted in my Country on: February 21, 2020, 08:10:55 AM
BTW, What progress is happening in your country?

In our country, Bitcoin is already legalized and for years I don't see any development to it.

Scams all over the country are not uncommon and to be honest, even common lines of scammers are still effective here. That is the reason why a lot of people do not want to use or even invest in cryptocurrencies.
1677  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: managing capital in day trading on: February 21, 2020, 07:16:01 AM
You should really consider your capital.

Always remember that if you will be investing in cryptocurrencies, better accept that you can lose that money. That is why a lot of people would say that you should only invest what you can lose. The percentage of what you should invest really depends on your salary if you would invest a good amount you should consider that you could lose that and the money in beers and food would be largely affected.
1678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling a threat or fun? on: February 21, 2020, 06:05:42 AM
It is the combination of the two but more on threat than fun.

The fact that you are betting your money is a threat of itself. Your money is not just in the line here but also your life. Gambling destroyed a lot of lives in the past and the proof that a lot of people are having a problem with it means it is really a threat. It is fun if you are getting a profit but that also is a threat since that will make you want to earn more and more that means you are also in risk losing your profits.

Depends on our mood and capacity in living, a threat if we risk too much that is only enough for us to lived or to survive the needs of the family. As long as we don't have too much money problem then we can enjoy it and make it as a hobby for fun since it's really thrilling and satisfying when we won.

That is the same.

You may have a lot of money or not, that is still a threat. Instead of focussing that money on assets or investments and stocks, you use them to gamble. Even if your career can support your vice, it can still end up as your addiction and will really eat your money. If you're not prioritizing your career, it may crumble your plans down.
1679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: February 21, 2020, 04:04:33 AM
I won't waste time on that crowded casino, I will gamble to be stress free though. I don't recommend playing on those crowded casinos especially those place that are made for tourists. Maybe pay for a vip room or try online casino instead. It was also fun and safe playing online especially when the house or website was trusted.

I do too and crowded casinos are also fun.

I can say fun as fun fun since there are a lot of people you would be able to talk to. I do recommend gambling at your houses but it is also fun with a lot of people around. Most of those gamblers usually are like your tag team that also wants to take down a house and if you are in a table, they would be talking to you or tease you about something. You could meet a lot of people and it is true that there is some time that they are asking you for their room but you could deny that, maybe you could just say you're in a hurry or catching up on a flight.
