Apart from IPL, rest are all very much same. In BBL, Australians players are not seen so you can easily see what's the level of BBL. In most leagues less IPL, players that are no more in national squad of countries are seen. These leagues are proving heaven for players that are not getting chance to play international cricket.
In case of BBL, it is quite understandable. Australia perhaps sends the largest foreign contingent to the IPL and this naturally means that at least some of their players don't have enough spare time left to participate in both the matches of the national team, and to represent the BBL franchises. And that is one of the reasons why players such as David Warner have refused to play in the BBL recently. But there are inherent issues with BBL as well. I want to witness Milan to bring a new striker to the team in the coming transfer window. They have Ibra and Giroud now but this isn't going to be enough for them taking the Champions League into account too. Milan should make up for their bad journey in the Champions League last season. Divock Origi should have been announced as the newest player at Milan. He has good understanding of the Champions League already with Liverpool. Chelsea can really have some difficulties in next season but they aren't difficulties that they can't leave behind. They need to focus completely on filling the places that are becoming empty by the departure of those players. Rudiger's place comes first in this list surely now.
