1661  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: May 14, 2017, 06:40:17 PM
I agree with you on this point but I've some thoughts regarding it. If you say about transaction purpose then I would like to say that cash is better than bitcoin, but if consider about security purposes then i strongly believe that bitcoin is better than cash.
So it depends, what's the purpose of using.

In terms of world security, there's nothing better than the banking system because by paying savings tax every month we don't have to bear the burden of security alone and well guaranted, in this case cash is one step ahead, maybe your intention is security in terms of user profile which is anonymous so you are free to use it anywhere. In this case if you are accustomed to making profit online, bitcoin is better than any currency in the world.
1662  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WannaCry Ransomware Extorts 39 Payments Worth 6.49 BTC – TODAY on: May 14, 2017, 06:27:46 PM
In my country, two big hospitals have this virus, it's very disturbing. There is a suggestion that tomorrow does not directly turn on the PC, this is a recommendation from the government. The positive impact is that some people are curious about the BTC, but the negative impact of BTC impresses the currency used for crime. Hopefully, does not endanger the current BTC price.

This virus focuses on the server because most are still using windows 8 and below version, ordinary workers are accustomed to receive email every day so do not accidentally get this virus. It's disastrous and hard to decrypt manually if it's already infected. Hopefully the antivirus do their best in the next few days.
1663  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin digital gold or digital cash? on: May 14, 2017, 06:12:58 PM
Bitcoin can be aligned more with cash than with gold. After all, gold, in itself, natural metal. This is how to compare money and naphtha. Gold is now more a commodity than a means of buying and selling.

Bitcoin is still treated as a commodity in etf proposal, I agree with you but if seen as an asset, bitcoin is more towards digital gold, this is my personal understanding though the fact is bitcoin is a very flexible digital money. It doesn't look different but I impose all assets are the same.
1664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: May 13, 2017, 11:11:44 AM
I don't agree with you on this point.
Gambling can't be a long term profitable source,  it's just bringing you some entertainment with money. So it's called paid entertainment.
It needs money to get involved here. Pay some money and get entertained, nothing else.

The longer we stay on a gambling site the difficulty of earning some is harder.

This is a good source for a long term if you are an investor and there's no other option for it.

I can't think of other way to make gambling profitable in longer term.

That is right, there is no way you can earn or get some profit from gambling, unless you are investing in some gambling sites and maybe an owner of one of these gambling sites. Many gamblers are having a lot of hard time losing their money while the investors and owners are happy on what they are earning.
Your chance of earning is only when you are lucky enough, don't think luck always comes because it does not work that way, always be positive but always be realistic also. We know that in gambling we have a little chance of winning so we should know where our place to be, gamble for fun and never for profit, just to be safe.

In fact if we apply a small percentage of daily profits, most gamblers only think to get as many wins as possible, maybe for short term this makes sense, but can't be expected to be consistent. 10-20% profit daily is enough if calculated for a whole month wisely.
1665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: May 13, 2017, 11:01:50 AM
First is to make decission  not to gamble anymore.
Secondly instead of gambling i choose to do a job or work not to be influence in gambling.
And also my playmates in gambling I have to stay away from them just to avoid temptation.
Lastly to be totally quit I will never engaged any kind of gambling but pursue my business.

You should decide that you are now have the guts to say that you want to quit gambling. And after deciding with this move you should apply it for real because if you will not apply your plan, that will be worthless.

Big intentions tend not to be done all by someone who has a huge gambling addiction rate. Sometimes defeat and very bad economic need will make gambler become aware because the helplessness factor, I don't wish you to be in this condition, but at least 1 point you write should be done within a week continuously.
1666  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: May 13, 2017, 10:50:10 AM
I had the difficulty of understanding bitcoin and as a matrr of fact there are still things that are not clear for me when it comes to bitcoin. But explaining it to a teenager or a child is a different thing, if you will explain this to a child you can say that bitcoin is a new kind of currency and other information that are basic.

for me also is difficult to explain but I have better idea. I just introduce bitcoin to children by showing them a video. There's a lot of video showing on how bitcoin works and how to used it like youtube media is the best technology to teach children.
Yes i think it will be easy to explain it if you just let them watch videos regarding bitcoin, then if they have questions or curious about something answer it. my 8 year old daughter also ask what im doing because she saw my btc wallet and she dont understand, i told her that its a digital currency that can be use to buy items online just like fiat. she didnt ask further questions i think she would understand it slowly.

Video representation would be a great idea since kids now love online gaming and video games, it may hard to understand at first but soon they'll know it since children's now were exposed in internet.
Kids will be kids and they will just love video games and other fun stuff rather than listening to you on how bitcoin works and how to earn it because kids doesn't have that much interest in getting money for their young age and they just want to have fun while teenagers will be partially suited for learning bitcoin and that is where we should put our attention on explaining to teenagers.

I think children will not care about bitcoin, only a few exceptions, when a child is in a difficult situation, it needs income, it will look to bitcoin if it hears someone talk about bitcoin. . I used to be a kid like that, at that time I needed money, and bitcoin helped me a lot. Now, I'm a students of university, and I continue to work with bitcoin.

They are not interested in long bitcoin understanding, one way to get them interested is by providing an understanding of online gaming applications on their smartphones, they can learn from how to generate and use bitcoin tokens, automatically they will also know the type of wallet and knowledge of cryptocurrency.
1667  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use Social Media for Bitcoin on: May 12, 2017, 04:00:07 PM
not really like to share all my activities about bitcoin in social media. maybe on a blog that we can tell people about the information. in my experience some people only ask about " how can get bitcoin fast " and never interested about its technology
Really? Is that the first other people will ask to you after sharing your experience on bitcoin? I doubt it. Isn't it the natural respond or question to your experience is "What is Bitcoin?" then you will try to explain it to them and show them how it works thus triggering their curiosity and getting them interested in bitcoin. It's a first step in making other people aware of bitcoin and I hope that they will come to accept it too.

maybe he just making some post on the price on bitcoin, thats why they are earger to have bitcoin fast. me too, I thought I can gain bitcoin in a fast way. But as soon as I read some post here  in the forum, there is no fast lane on having bitcoin if you dont know what to do.

Social media and blogs are very helpful to get promotional traffic, even in my opinion fb and twitter is the fastest media to introduce something to all people. If asking about earnings, all businesses only have two things: follow the process from zero or boost with investment. Without capital and expertise bitcoin is not an ordinary job, immediately remove our mind for an instant process to consistent payday each week.
1668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: May 12, 2017, 03:43:43 PM
I just store my bitcoin to a online wallet. Im just having a small amount of bitcoin thats why im just using an online wallet for the storage of my bitcoin. but when It reaches a certain big amount, Im planning to buy a hard wallet for my investment.

I am not much different from you, probably because of my limitations on understanding cold wallets and level of complexity needed for syncing, so far i'm inclined to move it into my bank account or move it to gambling/exchanger wallet.
1669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: May 12, 2017, 01:02:10 PM
An active addict shouldn't stop completely, unless it's a condition that requires them, I mean gambling will still be played, but the portions are reduced, so not play every day or even just once a week, looking other jobs for primary income is the best way to force addicts to reduce the share to play gambling.
1670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: May 12, 2017, 12:54:08 PM
lol, i just love that most of the ads on this thread are for casinos  Roll Eyes

stay strong.

I find it best to put my extra bitcoin into cloud mining rather than gambling with it.

gambling is profitable for me because I earned 0.20 from gambling. it is not profitable for everyone.
How about if you did not win in gambling? I think you're not always win and I think no one earn a stable price in gambling!
And with that you've become addicted and this is the big problem in gambling, if we win we always come back and use this as job. And when time we lose we also come back to back our losing money  and that's why we become stress.
Actually the main problem of gambling is the attitudes, winning or losing we become greedy.

To avoid this problem play a gambling as entertainment.

The main problem is that gambler doesn't want to keep learning to control himself and develop a sharper analysis.
Most gamblers fail will always give up and keep using the same techniques and momentum. This is very important but often considered trivial.
1671  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make governments accept bitcoin? on: May 12, 2017, 12:30:17 PM
I have a question for you. How to make governments accept bitcoin and not see it as a threat? So that one could use bitcoin in daily use, such as paying taxes or grocery shopping. What is there, other than anonymity, thats making governments fear bitcoin and cryptocurrencies?
Maybe be there will be a possibility that the government will accept bitcoin as legal currency because the country japan accept bitcoin as a legal currency so maybe there's a big chance that it could be accepted.
Only for japan's government, of course, there's no point for other countries to follow what japan have done. Though japan (only) accepts bitcoin as their legal tender but it's already made a big impact towards the demands of bitcoin, it's a good thing of course.
The anonymity of bitcoin itself actually not an obvious anonymous, everything can be traced once the owner of an address revealed, thus, it's actually not a threat to the government, just if they know it ofc. maybe government just consider bitcoin as a threat because it has the potential of taking over their economy and replace the current monetary system, but, who knows?.

I think hongkong and russia will follow japan's step for next year, because many retail and consortium will adopt bitcoin at the end of the year, driving force is not necessarily from the government, we all will make them believe in creative and profitable business.
1672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do any people gamble under the age of 18? on: May 11, 2017, 11:05:57 PM
let the youth learn, but the fact that young people start playing games of chance with gambling can be a very bad trend.
But do not underestimate the new generations, I am not finding they will get suffered due to gambling addictions like the gamblers did in early days of internet.

One prime reason which is supportive for young generation of gambler is they are into multiple engagements. They easily get distracted by social media so the chances for them to spend more time with gambling will be very less and when they will be limited with gambling, the chances to get addicted will be very less to zero.
I disagree with this, while there are more distractions than in the past how many people have you seen that could be classified as addicted to facebook or twitter? Many and this type of behavior can easily be transferred to almost anything like video games or gambling.

Probability that may arise for a child of their age is very high, which is the stage of recognition and learning attitudes similar to behavior of adults. My point if they are comfortable with social media addiction, they will not get away from the addiction, and so if they have an interest in gambling, they will choose to be comfortable and continue to develop attention without thinking of other pleasures.
1673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: May 11, 2017, 10:56:19 PM
hello everyone.
i want to know what do you think about gambling bitcoin.. Does Beneficial or more losses?
Share your story here guys!  Grin Grin Grin
According to me Gambling is not Wrong But when you do Gambling If You are Doing It For Money making then I Consider Gambling Wrong But If Someone Do Gambling For Fun Then I Consider that Gambling is not Wrong Because When You Do it For Money making then Greed Arises But When you Do Gambling For Fun Then You Don't Have Any Greed For Money and You are in Your Control and It's Better For You and Your Future.

So let's just say the gambler is having fun, but at that time he is winning, and the thing is he is just having fun because he is making big money out of gambling, then I think it is greed also. Not all the fun that the gambler are making is just about entertainment,  it is also what they want.

There is nothing wrong with that, let's just say that moment is a valuable thing to replace disappointment of the frequent defeat.
The best thing to do is to manage the greed that's happening/will happen very well or will be an unforgettable defeat.
1674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will bitcoin activate segwit as litecoin price peaks at 30USD? on: May 11, 2017, 08:12:13 PM
The Segwit-BU duo seems ended as there had been no more news coming up by the miners decided to switching over BU and they are already going to switch to SegWit because if they won't, they will regret. Prices for Litecoin has touched new ATH because I think these big competing alts have always reached ATH whenever Bitcoin got pumped.

This may be true, cuz it could be same effect on bitcoin like on litecoin. This battle between SEG and BU it pointless and maybe they need to resolve this once it for all. Think that they monitored very closely what happen to price of litecoin, and that they calculating every possible scenario good and bad for this implementation.

Litecoin has increased more than $700 in a month is an effort from segwit to win the community animos, I think BU did lose in this round, but I am sure they will always take advantage of negative issues that will happen in the future with more luxurious concept. But I'm not very concerned and very happy with the condition of cryptocurrency balanced at this time.
1675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: May 09, 2017, 12:10:38 PM
Gambling can't help your life unless this becomes your profession and you get to have an income through it. But I doubt a person will win everyday going to casinos or gambling everyday online. The houses aren't allowing these to happen everyday. You will always lose that's the very certain being a gambler myself.
steady income from gambling only belong to the house but indeed there is some people could makes the gamblers as their profession and we call this the profesional gamblers but usually they not playing at the physical casinos or online casinos but very often they enrolling to some poker tournaments

Its really possible to make income on gambling on profits and you are right there are professionals who can able to do this which they are making somehow gambling as a source of income and most  of them are card players which means they are already expert on that thing and cant be easily done by a certain individual. It can be helped for some but most people do have negative effects on playing gambling so majority I can say that gambling cant really help out on our own life.

Gambling greatly helps our lives if we are able to organize some parts of our fun, many gamblers who play safe just like freeroll contest, spin/slots and some weekly tournaments, it's more emotionally controlling and can prepare very effectively. To be consistent we need to try all types of gambling that exist, then just choose to focus on a particular type, this will greatly help in comfort of yourself.
1676  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: May 09, 2017, 12:00:31 PM
Each person has a different mentality where he has his own choice to choose how his lifestyle is going to be. Some looks for easy and some people struggle with making money. People who choose and will not feel any shy by being a gambler because they won't bother other. Because they are addicted to gambling and they won't feel any shameful for choosing it.

Gambling is a private thing and not to be published to others, so there's no shame in this case, if we're ashamed of others and you seem to have no other job, just explain that we're involved in online investment and other business project. If you are ashamed of yourself then have to think again about passion and comfort in making money, this will help you solve this problem.
1677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: May 09, 2017, 11:51:42 AM
in fact gambling is a game which every time give you expectation of making money, as gambling appear as the easiest way of making money but in fact in gambling games we mostly depend on our luck and it is just impossible to be lucky for every time, and that is the reason for most of the time we lose money in gambling.

It may seems to be the easiest however most people just dont realize that it is EV- therefore they wont win in the long run. People keep coming back for more when they dont realize the most obvious thing. It is crazy yet silly however thats what the majority did and they will keep on repeating this useless thing

We can only depend on luck on gambling types like roulette and slot dice, but in sports betting and card games this is quite different where gambler actually use more detailed analysis of percentages and probabilities that will arise during the round. It's true that gambling always keeps people coming back, but in fact it can be arranged by making more of our daily activities so as to cover up the excessive desire to gamble.
1678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: May 09, 2017, 11:44:20 AM
In trading there is much profit if you're equipped with enough knowledge as long as you're having good decision making principles, yet you can be successful trader. While if you gamble your money there could be a possibility that you will lose a lot of it due to successive times you will be engaged in playing much with your bets, and you might be out of control. Unlike with trading you only have to be more updated with the market price value of a certain altcoins that you are trading, and the most important thing to be secured is you're not going to have mistakes with your trade decisions; and if that happens you could lose more compared to gambling. But still I prefer to do tradings aside from gambling, because it has more advantages rather than gambling.

That is where the hard part comes in. Trading is a hard task especially when you are not paying attention or not updated. If you think of it, Gambling requires skill, experience, luck and money; what trading requires is time, attention, Skill, knowledge, luck, money, experience which is many than gambling. I am not saying that trading is a hard thing, but if you want to trade, you must be a good risk taker and a good gambler. Trading is a big gamble, you must be really ready if you want to do it, it is not easy as gambling but you can have good profits from it.

I will answer from gambling perspective where gambling doesn't take a long time for each analysis because the time spent is quite short, it's different from trading, many prefer gambling because lack of knowledge about trade, different from gambling that can direct action right now without having to learn it first. The issued capital is also equally large, the fundamental difference is that gambling is suitable for people who are happy with adrenaline and as faster pacemaker and require no complex fluctuations and waste more time.
1679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: May 09, 2017, 11:34:40 AM
Gambling is a game when can play it very easily even though we don't have any knowledge about it. I see many people keep thinking that gambling needs experience but I think there is no need of any experience for gambling.

People who haven't had the experience or experience are still less likely to lose more and complain about it. Experience can continue to be extracted from time to time, the points I capture from this all is necessary learning from the experience and can be generalized into expertise.
1680  Economy / Gambling / Re: MegaDice.com - 0.9% edge Dice, 26 High End Slots, Bet on the House on: May 03, 2017, 10:46:35 PM
0.95% dice edge and 3.5% slot edge.
    0.9% house edge.
Max bet is 1% of the bankroll.
Possible to earn 10% commission of edge for affiliates/signature links.

OK I'll try. I'm always interested in promotions percentage numbers in dice and slot games, all have their own uniqueness and I hope megadice can quench my thirst this time.

I am psyched to begin using my very first dice site.
From what I hear it is easy to do but there are alot of people who complain on losing so much on these other dice sites. So I give it a try and see just how hard it can be to roll these virtual dice. Wink
Wish me luck! Grin
And that I don't break the bank. And what i mean by that is my own bank account. Wink

Good luck friend! Just dont put your life savings in casino! Play smart and only with what you can afford to lose

All gambling has the same risk, don't hesitate to win and continue to develop skills with various techniques and analysis that will come up when you play it.
