Wala pa rin e. I think if the government really wants something, may mangyayari talaga. But since we are in the Philippines, I don't expect that to be implemented in my lifetime.

Hindi malayong mangyari ito, let us say within the next 50 years baka ang bawat bata na pinapanganak ay pagkalabas pa lang may microchip na.
