I really didnt have that much difficulty explaining bitcoin to my son (13 years old) because he is into computers and it just took him a bit to relate. But the problem I got with him is that he is not that interested in it yet, probably because he is not really thinking he'll earn a lot of money with it. But I think eventually, he'll follow my footstep.
These day kids were much attached to the technology. So, making them know about it as well using those things in reality seems simple if they're interested. This happens quite often. Recently I too experienced similar thing with a token. Suddenly the developers abandoned the coin and it got removed from the exchanges. A whale is the one who can shake our nerves by changing the price of this or that coin. He has clear goals, and ordinary users suffer.
