1661  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: November 28, 2017, 11:04:59 AM
I really didnt have that much difficulty explaining bitcoin to my son (13 years old) because he is into computers and it just took him a bit to relate. But the problem I got with him is that he is not that interested in it yet, probably because he is not really thinking he'll earn a lot of money with it. But I think eventually, he'll follow my footstep.
These day kids were much attached to the technology. So, making them know about it as well using those things in reality seems simple if they're interested. Same time we should not force them that they should know about it, because rather than insisting its good to suggest them. They need to be given the space to pick upon their willing.
1662  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 1 Year in Cryptocurrency still no luck earning bitcoin. Need some real advice. on: November 28, 2017, 10:11:36 AM
Being one year into cryptocurrency and getting any profit is not acceptable, because this year is promising for majority of the coins. Just holding the cryptocurrency itself might have profited the user, so it's good to learn about the market and make the moves for earning.
1663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: eth going strong on: November 28, 2017, 09:38:55 AM
Ethereum price now are largely increase compared last year, if we see the the graph of ethereum we can see that the movement of this altcoin in the market are raising up. So I think it was not bad if we make an investment to this coin now.

I hope many capitalist are encourage to join and invest to ethereum for the sake of good price in the future.
Yes, in comparison to the past year this time the growth that has been experienced is very big. In specific it has been gaining more user base as it is serves to be the lead asset among the entire altcoins. The price increase happened by the starting of the year and now the same has begun once again. This time it is expected to go to great heights.
1664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum at $1000 in Jan 2018? on: November 27, 2017, 05:30:57 PM
ETH price Now is 4.77$. So we need about 500$ in less than 3 months (So hard to reach it).

in 2018 ETH price will bump because POS  and need about 6-7 month to bump a lot (1,000$).

so price at 2018 may be 7,00$ and Yes invest in ETH is better and will gain a lot
Majority of the users who has been expertise in the cryptocurrency market has come up with predictions of ethereum to be the one among the best altcoin to provide with a good price pumping. Eth to reach $1000 has got high possibility and everything is expected based on the ongoing price increase that took place by the starting of the year.
1665  Economy / Economics / Re: could bitcoin be replaced by another crypto currency? on: November 27, 2017, 12:23:44 PM
Often different project were getting into existence with varied accessibility features. But none were that solid as bitcoin in terms of growth. This gives me a belief that, however advancement take place bitcoin will lead the track and nothing is gonna replace bitcoin.
1666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or BCH??? on: November 27, 2017, 08:32:50 AM
Quite confusing!😂 Witch one is really the best investment!?😂
I think both are a good investments, but in my opinion, i choose BTC for a long term investment, do not confusing about that
I too have the similar stand, the plan is to keep bitcoin for the long term investment because what the growth happens with bitcoin is much big compared to bitcoin cash. Being affordable bitcoin cash will be used for the short term profiting through scheduled buying and selling.
1667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why BTC is pumping now? on: November 27, 2017, 06:05:34 AM
Bitcoin price pumping is quite common and by now the speculation has made it grow higher and reach bigger value as expected. Hope this uptrend will continue with minor price fluctuations happening in between. I believe the supply has got limited with a large scale demand for the same throughout the year from the beginning.
1668  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BUY high sell low ? on: November 27, 2017, 03:57:00 AM
Sometimes we sell low when the coin is abandoned by the developer, we have no choice about that. By this time so many shitcoins spreading from the airdrop. Hard to hold a shitcoin.
This happens quite often. Recently I too experienced similar thing with a token. Suddenly the developers abandoned the coin and it got removed from the exchanges. I was unable to use it for any trading purpose. It was just in the wallet unused and to my luck once again it got listed, but the growth is nil.
1669  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: November 27, 2017, 01:33:38 AM
Bitcoin getting acceptance as a currency by retailers will take long time. The business people fear of certain factors, importantly the volatility, the usage of bitcoin by common people, support from the government. To overcome this governments need to function same as that of Japan. That seems to be the possibility for a sudden increase of retailers accepting bitcoin.
1670  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs, not Bitcoin, are the bubble on: November 26, 2017, 05:31:04 PM
Worthless ICOs will disappear as soon as it is no longer profitable, and then the next wave comes. It is like a cycle. No need to worry.
I agree. Most of ICO's developers just trying to make money. And it will never stop.
ICO developers try to make a good earning. Same doesn't affect the growth of bitcoin in any form. These are the platforms that are gonna serve the future when majority of the population learn about the technology based growth happening around the world.
1671  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin anonymity broken. You have to pay tax on: November 26, 2017, 10:08:45 AM
Here he is again posting another FUD inducing article. Your link is already 3 months old, so i don't get it why are you posting it and pumping it real hard to other members here. TAX is for the people who cashing out their Bitcoin and that's applicable to exchanges, and for another note you should know that exchanges collects information (KYC) and just like coinbase who denied to the request of IRS to get the information of coinbase customers.
Yes, this has been getting circulated long back. Bitcoin is already partially anonymous, because the transaction can be traced and the end users cannot be identified. When it comes to taxation, people who cash out bitcoin were taxed based on the transaction volume and this has been into effect long back itself in several countries.
1672  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is a whale? on: November 25, 2017, 12:10:36 PM
What is your definition of a whale? How many BTCs do you need to have to be a whale?
A whale is the one who can shake our nerves by changing the price of this or that coin. He has clear goals, and ordinary users suffer. In fact, at the very beginning of bitcoin development people were getting high enough and now they just regulate the market for themselves.
In my view users who keep hold of thousands of bitcoin or a large volume of bitcoin were termed to be a whale. These people tend to manipulate the price when they wish making a move as a large scale. Also sometimes they're the one who circulate FUD to make the small volume holders get into panic.
1673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Airdrops Profitable? on: November 25, 2017, 06:19:09 AM
Airdrops are really profitable if you are lucky enough to participate in an airdrop with decent token price. There are also tokens from airdrop that seems to be worthless at all.
Recently, i am lucky enough to be the recipient of eBTC airdrop that made me a profit of 1.5K USD. I wonder if there are still airdrops like that before this year ends.
Very few airdrops get profits to such a higher extent. It's good to try that is available, by luck might get a good earning through the one that have got as airdrops. Maybe before the year end can't expect, but upon the luck might get benefited.
1674  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin=easy money on: November 25, 2017, 04:59:46 AM
If you are moving around in the network marketing industry you will have heard of Bitcoin the online currency. Bitcoin is a digital currency, this means you will not receive actual coins or notes like you do with a traditional currency. You can start today itself to make easy money.

Bitcoin is much more then a digital currency, it is a decentralized payment system.

You can transfer money to anywhere in the world, not only for a cheap transaction fee, also by not relying on a 3rd party to process the transaction.

As someone on reddit said:

"The rich don't need Bitcoin. The poor do. I already can transfer millions instantly. The poor cannot even send their money slowly right now. It can be $40 for someone without a bank account in the Philippines to send remittance to their family when they earn a $100 a month. That is disgusting."

Bitcoin is for the community, who gets raped by bank fees.

Exactly!! . Its really disappointing when some people thinks that Bitcoin is just a plain digital currency that could guarantee you'll become rich in no time, as if thats the sole purpose (generating money). Appriciate what Bitcoin has offered to us the opportunity to learn how to invest properly, saving, helping the community as well as the economy with fast and easy transactions, low transaction fees, free from any ridiculous charges from banks and other traditional payment method or transfer fees. Thats the beauty of Bitcoin, appriciate it while still have it.
Each and every user here has the thinking of being rich through bitcoin. This is a common thinking, but this has got lot many added benefits few of which were mentioned in the above statement. One thing that makes it more beautiful is the earning opportunity that it has provided us.
1675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Who is buying up all the cheap alt coins now ? on: November 25, 2017, 03:13:14 AM
Holders are buying all these altcoins. I think it's smart to buy right now. When the price will rise, all they have to do is sell all those coins again. I think there can be made big money by investing in altcoins right now.
Noobs will try to purchase some altcoins because the price of Bitcoin is going up and down though they will soon notice that they should've kept their Bitcoins.

True many people see the high price of bitcoin and they think they can make more money with alts and while some are able to do just that most people never do since they invest in terrible projects that at the end are nothing but a scam our projects that never had any chance of becoming a success, this is why I prefer to keep my bitcoin maybe I'm not going to become very rich by holding but my life is going to be easier thanks to my bitcoin savings.

I agree, they think it is an advantage when Bitcoins price is high and think if they convert their Bitcoins and buy Altcoins they mostly think they can profit and buy back Bitcoin when it is low. I think it is not a good idea especially when Bitcoins price right now keeps on increasing. It is better to just hold on to your Bitcoin holdings rather than buy random Altcoins which sometimes are not worth anything anymore.
That is highly a tedious process to find the growth of random altcoins. I never used to spend on cheap altcoins, but for the same I prefer buying of some altcoins that has been showing a some good growth for a long period than many other altcoins. This will not let me down in a short or two.
1676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you thinks spending time on bounty projects is worth the time and effort on: November 24, 2017, 04:11:49 PM
Spending time on bounty projects were good, because it helps us predict the right one and make the investment. Second thing one gains good knowledge about the functional factors behind the project as well it helps in quoting our views which might help in growing the project in a better way.

1678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTG vs BCH on: November 24, 2017, 03:29:48 PM
Both has got its own importance, and in specific one doesn't tend to overcome the other in any form. Bitcoin cash as well bitcoin gold is popular in a short as they are the forks of bitcoin. Now the growth in value has caused it a highly trading asset and gaining good market through circulation of limited supply.
1679  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is an altcoin on: November 24, 2017, 02:58:48 PM
Through lots of articles it's been clearly indicated that bitcoin is the base for the existence of each and every altcoin that we use for various needs. So altogether in a combined manner other than bitcoin is termed to be altcoins. Bitcoin won't fall under the category.
1680  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your goals in 2018? on: November 24, 2017, 12:11:53 PM
I plan on holding my Bitcoins in the next year. Wanna see how much it's gonna cost in 2018. But I'm pretty sure the price is gonna go up even in 2019.
I do have the plan of holding bitcoin for a longer time period. Speculations around the forum getting circulated with the expectation of altcoin pumping. Have been investing into altcoins hoping for the profit by the upcoming year. In real life the goal is to implement the business I have planned long back.
