Got it, thanks, and I'll do the same. Glad I could help.

I wouldn't loan you a fucking "l" to make the title of this thread correct.

Dear god, can't you read? His name is obviously Ted. LOL
Man don't you have sarcasm detector in your brains? He is being sarcastic LOL! Probably you need some sleep now. But seriously, as all of this evidence continues to mount I do think he should be doxxxed. And Yahoo, what the other people here said is correct. The only person who got banned was Tradefortress for doxxing Theymos. Anyone else--or scammers, at the very minimum--is fair game.
Yes. No one will ban for releasing dox of a fu**ing scammer. Alright he can take at most 48 hours from now before getting his dox in public! Yes, I was also being sarcastic, hence the LOL. Sorry, need to do the [/s] thing next time. But damned if you aren't right about the sleep thing.

I still have a shitload of money out in this situation. Id like to know why 1 guy received a full refund while the rest of us havent received anything close to a FULL REFUND?
Because he has his dox & you don't ? Yahoo(along with me) have his dox as well, just planning the next step as to how far I can go with it Eric Lew? Is this the guy? I don't know where to begin with but after typing his name on Google he is shown up all the time. Someone needs to publicize his dox to avoid any further confusions and false claims too. Pfft! WTF! This can not be Eric at all. He looks just like an innocent pizza guy. He probably does not even know what is Bitcoin! PS. I found the perfect match xD! Dear god, can't you read? His name is obviously Ted. LOL But seriously, as all of this evidence continues to mount I do think he should be doxxxed. And Yahoo, what the other people here said is correct. i would show his dox but i dont want my acct banned cause i think i read somewhere where someone was banned for posting user info.
I do not think you will be banned for showing the dox of a legendary scammer. Doxing is allowed unless if it does not hurt the community in any way. And for you revealing it would just be the opposite. I cannot assure you but before releasing please consult with theymos on pm. I think that will be better. I'm not trying to be pedantic, but I had to fix that.

galdur
You likely know that the S&P 500 blasted through its "Double Top" over the past four years.
finviz apparently does not go far enough back to show that double top (at least as visibly as I have seen other longer-term S&P 500 charts), but the weekly chart DOES show the S&P 500 doubling over the past four years. Checking their monthly chart shows a muted "second top".
I hold stocks (and am concerned...), but am well diversified into hard assets, etc. Stocks (as well as most US real estate) have typically done well over a longer time frame.
"A perfect storm". Nicely put. It is coming.
If what OP says is true, then yeah it's bad and it's coming. It was kinda the same thing back in 1929, where everyone was overleveraged. It was also true of Long Term Capital Management in 1998, which could have bankrupted most of the financial institutions in the US. I don't necessarily look forward to a crash, but it sure would be nice to be able to buy some cheap stocks. And if you're the owner of any real estate, you're smart. I wish I had cash flow to buy some. I do have a bit of silver but not a whole lot.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you want to find some places to put your bitcoin to work, starting out with 0.1 btc.
Be careful on this forum. As KenR said, you'll probably be approached by scammers and some of them try to impersonate trusted members here. Until you get to know who's who, don't trust anyone. Take a look at the scam accusations section of this forum and you'll see all the crap that's gone on.
Also, "investments" around these parts are usually complete bullshit. Don't go for cloud mining and stay far away from the "investor-based games" section here. Both phrases stand for "Ponzi Scheme". And a lot of legitimate investment opportunities have turned sour, too, so why don't you just hold on to you bitcoin and accumulate it slowly?

Lets just say, some people are incapable of understand the idea or the concept behind the word usually bigots who prefer correcting the grammatical errors as part of self defense.English is not the first language of everyone and not be given so much thought to it.
Come on now, I like casting aspersions on those with a poor command of the English language but I certainly am not a bigot. Reading something poorly written is like listening to the radio with poor reception. I have to work at least twice as hard to understand what's being written and I don't like that. Being bigoted is something else I think. Yeah true. Not everybody but I do meet certain faces in life who use "Good English" as a tool for comebacks if they don't have anything creative to say.Simple example : I have seen a guy with poor English open a scam accusation against a fluent English member.Without understand what motive behind the accusation is,this douche kept replying that he is unable to understand what's being said.I appreciate people who are trying to make an attempt to type English when they don't have any relations with it like remotely. Yes I get what you're saying, but what I see a lot of times is just pure laziness. Some of it is poor education, some of it is low intelligence. I don't judge a person necessarily by their writing proficiency, but I'm definitely frustrated when I'm trying to read something and there's no punctuation or capitalization or whatever, and that sort of thing makes it harder to understand. I also don't like abbreviations on forums like this which are more appropriate for texting. I think if you're writing something meant to be read by perhaps thousands of people, do it right.

Can anyone verify if that's his name? Also, TECSHARE you stated that his family is involved but I don't think any evidence of that was posted here. Unless I'm being completely dense and missed it or misunderstood something. But I've been following this thread pretty closely.

Well, Bitcoin transparency is only transparent when you know which Bitcoin address is owned by whoever person or institution. If government identifies the address receiving the money, that is something, but then they will need to identify every single address to which that address sends money too for real transparency, and that would be somewhat complicated.
I agree it would be complicated, but I have no doubt whatsoever that there are people or government-watch groups who would do it. There are definitely organizations who would, and there are some people who are so obsessed with government and politics that I'm sure this would be all they do. Yeah, very neat idea.

Thank you, I'm a tool and I didn't know how to get the link to the transaction, but I think from what you posted I can figure it out from now on. BTW Peon I obviously accepted your terms. I saw you helped with the Master-P debacle and I think you can be trusted with a no-collateral loan.

Hmm, I think it's a very interesting idea and as far as government spending goes, if the gov't used only a traceable currency there would be no way to fund black ops and such things and it would to some extent put the kabosh on wasteful spending. I hadn't thought of any of this, as I detest politics, but I'm glad you brought this up as a topic.
I like it!

Not being a gambler, I'd like to see evidence of what you're talking about. Yes the rolls should be random, but it wouldn't surprise me if some of these casinos were in fact rigged.

There is also an adblock script for signatures. Thread discussing it is located here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1003570.0I find the low-quality post spammers annoying as well, but those are easily reported and/or ignored. Sig campaigns are a nice way to get some extra bits, especially if you live in an area where it is difficult to obtain Bitcoin otherwise. Well you can block signatures by just choosing that particular setting here on bct. I find this extremely useful but the problem as I said is the shitposts. It's always about the shitposts.
|
|
|
Well, I have to say bitcointalk is a lot cleaner than some of the other forums I frequent and it's definitely fast.
One thing also that doesn't have to do with design or layout but is certainly important is that I see waaaay less spam/useless posting here than I do on other forums. I lurk on a few forums and I swear on each of them most of the posts I see are "+1" or one of the emoticons. And it's always after quoting a gigantic post, so you actually have to scroll through something you've already read just to get to the smiley face or whatever. That's annoying and I don't see a lot of that here.

Here's a better link - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;sa=themeAlso, it isn't the signature that annoys people usually. It is usually the vast amount of low quality posts made by people spamming for dust. You can change your theme settings all you like, unless you use an Ignore list it will not change anything. I want to say this in response to your post, minifrij: Since I joined Yobit's sig campaign, I've been making 30K satoshi per post for up to 20 posts/day. I'm sure you and everyone else knows this. That adds up and I don't consider it dust, especially since I'm doing what I'd be doing anyway, which is posting here. Faucets dispense dust. A good sig campaign gives more than dust, especially to people who need it. Having said that, I think people enrolled in these campaigns should have to do a little work and actually think of something decent to contribute. It's definitely annoying to see so many garbage posts from people who are getting paid. I find the hardest part is actually finding topics I want to post in, so I see why so many users just post in the off-topic section.
