Have you asked live support? As long as I know, all their withdrawal are instant no matter what coins you use to withdraw. I experienced once when my withdrawal status is "contact support". I did contact support, and they did it fast. There must be a reason why your withdrawal stuck for a week, support will tell you what is the reason. i contacted them they say that they approved my withdrawal but is still "pending" and the only thing they say is "Unfortunately, there is still no response coming from the provider. I believe the activity account is also taken into consideration. There has some "TOS", If the accounts don't have any activity then they will delete the account. I'm not log in to my account for over 8 months and already not receive any kind of promotional email from them, I guess that's the reason as well some inactive accounts can't get the free balance.
