Congrats 👏 Sorry for the rough experience I believe it was due to high level of several requests queuing up maybe next you could try make your request earlier to get it approved and proceed so from my experience is manually processed. Cheers

Is current prize pool total 0.08 BTC as it stands now?  🥇 1st place - 40% 🥈 2rd place - 25% 🥉 3rd place - 15% 🏅 4th place - 11% 🏅 5th place - 9% The Game Week winner will receive a $50 free bet. For example, if someone wins the first game week, they will only receive a free bet when the free bet feature is active again (I think it will be the end of September). I've got prior approval from the CEO of Betnomi but if he forgets I'll do my best to make sure everyone gets what they deserve. However, while the free bet feature is not yet available, I will not add it to the OP yet. |

I trust this is what Betnomi team told you, but I want to see confirmation from member penta.
In my experience I can say that in most cases users don't come back to reply when all is well. + I wrote to him yesterday and asked him to notify me when the issue is resolved. The problem was solved, but since then he has not appeared online. |

Also if they didn't explain if the issue posted is legitimate or not nor explain why those issue exist to their user then maybe many of their gamblers will get confuse about their reputation. But I also believe that Betnomi will not create any bad action that can totally ruin their reputation so maybe its up for us to wait for their replies towards this since for sure many people are curious to know the answer if there's an issue like this float in their thread.
Betnomi told me that this case was checked for poker cheating, same pattern as another user (but he is clear). Yesterday the withdrawal was processed. |

3rd attempt at cashout now pending for 5days, its not even that big just around 2k$. how hard can it be to process it?
been trying since july 21st, everytime support gives me some non answer, or blaming some technical issues but say they will "escalate it" to get it done. and nothing happens.
Today I will have a conversation with Sorsis and I will find out for you (in addition to my questions). But I think that if there is some kind of delay, then there must be a good reason for it. Edited: As far as I understand the problem should already be solved. |

To nije custom trust lista. Custom trust ti je kada editiraš listu ljudi kojima ti vjeruješ i nema veze sa ostavljanjem trust ratinga. S druge strane nisam siguran da je ovo što je manager napravio po pravilima foruma jer je to zapravo poziv da se njega uključi na custom trust kako bi se dočepao DT1 ratinga ili šta već. Po meni je to prekrašaj barem u rangu merit begininga ako ne i nešto gori.
Prvo, istaknuo sam da onaj tko me stavi na svoju listu povjerenja na temelju moje objave sigurno neće ući u kampanju. Drugo, ja sam DT1 s 10 uključenja pa nema smisla. Samo bih volio da korisnici foruma imaju više znanja (počevši od stvaranja vlastitih popisa povjerenja). Pardon moj hrvatski. [...] da je htio popularizirati korištenje vlastitih trust lista.
