I will be suggesting to you to choose reputable exchange in your country, I mean an exchange who made by someone which come from in your country. Because you will be easy to make a deposit or to withdraw your fund. Or you can also ask in your local board of this forum, seems like it will be help you.

You can use binance or other reputable exchange such as coinbase and etc. Most of them will also have an app to make easier their user to trade. As you may know, there are a lot of trading platform on this crypto world, so if they use the old trick and can't make a development I'm sure they will be leaved slowly.

But I myself is prefer to use my local exchange platform, because I can pass the withdraw and make a deposit easily rather when I choose binance and another platform that I must buy bitcoin or some altcoin and send them to the platform to trade.

But, they should know the improvement against technology the citizen will quickly accept rather than wait for an advice from the government.
