I know that's not the solution that you are looking for but apparently Towelroot allow you to root your Note 10.1 without triggering Knox's counter (at least on Android 4.4.2).

If you disclose any wallets, they will most certainly later ask you to prove the source of the funds was not due to money laundering. Guilty until proven innocent.

'Murka, home of the brave, has just announced its complex and well thought out plan to combat Ebola.

With guns.

"Ebola cannot be shot, stabbed, or hit with a drone strike like innocent Pakistani people. Why then are approximately 1,400 soldiers set to be deployed to West Africa in October?"

Without rooting your device I don't think it is possible.

And if I root my device?

Do not try and bend the phone, that's impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth, the iPhone is a watch.

0.05BTC in,
got 0.0285 back in 3 weeks.
3 times 0.0095.
but if I wait for the full 5 weeks, 5*0.0095=0.0475. Even less than my principle.
Got burned bro.

Payment varies, it's not always the same number. I thought I "got burned bro" as well on the first few payments, in the last couple of payments he'll pay more. This is just for security I reckon.

I have an Android tablet (Samsung SM-P605) and I wanted to install the Cerberus application on it, but since I'm new to this, I needed help.

I know how to grab it from the Google Play store, but that's not what I'm looking for. I want to install Cerberus as a system application, so even after a factory/hard reset, the tablet will still have the app on the phone.

I'm looking for the extra features listed on their FAQ:

  • I have a rooted device. Can I get additional features?
Yes! If you have rooted your device you can integrate Cerberus into your ROM and get two additional features: complete uninstall protection (Cerberus will even survive a wipe/factory reset) and GPS auto-enabling even on Android 2.3.3 and later. To have these features uninstall Cerberus, then download cerberus.zip, put it on the sd card and install it from recovery. Cerberus is also available on ROM Manager.

I don't want to root my device as it voids my warranty, is there an alternative way?

This is what their FAQ said:

  • I don't want to root my device, but it has an unlocked bootloader. Can I have the root features anyway?
Yes! You have to install a custom recovery first (google "your device model custom recovery" for more info). Then download cerberus.zip, rename it to update.zip and put it on the sd card. Reboot into recovery and install it.

That's not very helpful, I tried googling "Sm-P605 custom recovery" and I got nothing but instructions on how to root my phone, which is against what I was looking for!

Please help me!!! Sad

Apparently, it triggers "KNOX" to "0x1" which means the device will be marked rooted, voiding my warranty!

It doesn't really matter about what I say on the form now, it is completely legal for the Australia Secret Police to enter my house unannounced, install a bitcoin wallet on my computer, notify the welfare authorities, and if I tell anyone what happened I could face 10 years in jail.

edit. They could also shoot me and all my family and they can't be prosecuted and any journalist that reports on it can also receive 10 years in jail

That was the controversial first interracial kiss that was aired on live television.

When was that?

I recall an old TV series with a black mom, white dad (Mickey Rooney perhaps?), but I don't recall them ever kissing.  Or even touching.

It is often said that Star Trek's was the first

1697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The transaction fee is just ridiculous. on: October 02, 2014, 01:54:46 AM
The transaction fee logic implemented by Armory matches that of the Bitcoin Core client itself.  If you were to include a fee lower than the fee there, the transaction will be DOA when you try to broadcast it.  The Bitcoin network would never see it.  Therefore, if you want your transaction to be accepted by the network you really must include that fee.

The fee does not go to Armory or even Bitcoin Core developers.  The fees are set and collected by the miners that keep the network secure.  We simply must follow those fees, knowing that just about anyone can be a miner and thus there is built-in competition to keep fees low.

In this case, your fee is higher than normal, probably due to your transaction combining lots of inputs, and being very large in size (in terms of bytes, not BTC).  This is a defensive mechanism of the network, to make it expensive to fill up the blockchain with lots of data.  Unfortunately, most of the time you have no control over this parameter and you simply must follow it.  Most of the time it's negligible compared to the tx size, but not always.  This is one reason people believe that Bitcoin won't be good for microtransactions, because the cost of those transactions (in terms of fee) exceeds the value of the transactions themselves.

Hey, I wasn't actually expecting you to read this, or actually go as far as responding to it  Grin Grin

Armory's great, in fact, it's been the only client I use!
