1681  Economy / Auctions / Re: 20+ [BTC] [.COM] Domains! on: September 23, 2014, 07:02:05 PM
Firstly, I would appreciate it if you didn't spam up my Auction.
Secondly, I couldn't mention the private bidder in the rules due to not being able to edit my initial post (auction).
You seem to be angry and for that I am sorry. I do not feel like I OWE you anything, seeing as a transaction was never completed.

Here in front of you is a thread with every rule stated. I have now learned, from previous mistakes, that you only get one shot at writing an auction thread (you can't edit a post with further details).
So with that said, everyone can have my word (yay for me) that I have put together an auction with all rules stated within the original post.

Happy bidding.

It's not spam when it's of worthwhile content.

Not being able to edit the original post isn't a valid excuse for having a secret reserve or private bidder that was never ever mentioned in the thread itself or by private message when I contacted you several times.  There's so much exploitation that can happen if there's outside rules to the point where it's completely unfair to bidders.

I know you didn't get as much as you wanted for the domain, and I agree that it was undervalued for what my winning bid was, but don't try and act completely innocent in this matter.

1682  Economy / Auctions / Re: 20+ [BTC] [.COM] Domains! on: September 22, 2014, 08:52:51 PM
Paha, I had a reserve price, with a private bidder thus halting the transaction. I, at no point, stated that I would reward to the second highest bidder.

So, I have started a new auction, with all of my domains and a reserve.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=671845.msg7615455#msg7615455

BIDBTC.com is currently up for auction.

Bidding starts at $20.00, minimum increment of $1.00

I would like to push the domain via namecheap.

Auction ends Friday (4th July) 7pm GMT.

Let's restart it then. 24 hours until end.

$20 paid by BTC

BIDBTC.com is currently up for auction.

Bidding starts at $20.00, minimum increment of $1.00

I would like to push the domain via namecheap.

Auction ends Friday (4th July) 7pm GMT.

Minimum bid has been met.  No reserve.  Auction time has ended.  Please setup the transfer OP.

I don't see a reserve anywhere.  There's no mention of any magical private bidders nor any communication at all for that matter.

Looks like you owe me a domain.
1683  Economy / Auctions / Re: 20+ [BTC] [.COM] Domains! on: September 22, 2014, 03:41:39 PM
I successfully won BIDBTC.com from this user and he refused to contact me after I sent several messages.

Proof upon request.

I highly recommend that no one participate in his auctions unless he proves that he's willing to honour the terms.

This RiverboatBTC who identify him have -4 trust points here also..

RiverBoatBTC verified him actually:

Have been approached by OP for verification of identity. He will be sending me a picture of his I.D. one of him holding his I.D. and the picture of his grow op permission slip lol? Not sure what they are called.

Identity Verified, everything looks good. The only thing that came up was a misdemeanor offense for weed 9 years ago in a different state. The OP told me about this and did not try to hide it. The grow op license check out with the municipality, and is able to have 100 plants the limit can be raised for each patient he accepts. He also showed me his wife's caregiver status which allows them to add another 100 plants if they wished to.

This is just a Identity Verification and license check that is all.

Thank you for you business, it was a pleasure. Good luck on your security.

So riverboat was a user who registered on BCT 3 months earlier than this project was presented. I cant see how this was a valid verification. I hope everyone who invested only invested play money.

I wont invest anymore anywhere where the identification isnt checked by a really trusted forum member. Recently i dropped the idea investing in kongzi because the owner doesnt want to let him verify by a trusted forum owner. I would have invested more than he already collected though. I think verifying would enable each issuer for the bigger investors. If someone choses not to, or only use service that are so new that they dont have any trust so far, then they stop themselves from that possibility. Its too fishy if someone is doing that.

By the way... theres another project cannabit that is working fine and pays good dividends. They have a licence to grow too. I believe the issuer here didnt even have one as far as i remember. Maybe thats why he cant get his hands on a computer. Smiley

I believe a securities exchange is opening up very very soon that works to make sure that all securities owners are heavily screened and researched into.

OP claimed to have had an actual grower's license, one that was supposedly verified by RiverboatBTC, but I haven't received anything yet that shows proof of this.
1685  Economy / Securities / Re: The Next American Gold Rush! ⋆⋆⋆⋆฿itcoin฿udz⋆⋆⋆⋆ on: September 20, 2014, 06:13:34 PM
Sad someone like to do that for few bitcoins, he dont even earn much money. But "drugs" and bitcoin what else we can wait, must only learn Cheesy
This is not first and not last time if he steal coins in decentralized system. Maybe time start think how community can offer better way to trust new business, centralized trust page for business starter who want verify their identity..?

He sold over 60% of the shares... over $6,000USD at the time. He needs to respond as soon as possible.  This is a serious crime and with or without the identification, it won't be that hard to find out detailed information about him.

I for one, will be giving him until the end of the month (more than enough time) to clear matters up before I put in a hard effort to get to the bottom of this.

$6k is much but still he have good opportunity steal much more if want. (if this is scam) Why not add growing and tell making 4x more next time and selling 4x more shares. 24k$ sounds much better than $6k.

Here can still see pictures..

I agree.  6k is a drop in the bucket compared to the potential of actually running this business right and/or keeping 'the game' going.  Maybe (hopefully) it's a misunderstanding and he for some reason hasn't been able to get to a computer.  Either way, he needs to address it sooner rather than later and definitely before month's end.

Of course I didn't message you if I wasn't at a computer and you can't expect people to be at all times.  People have lives outside of this.

You were online 3 times in that period.

You are being greedy because you're not receiving as much as you would like for your domains even though there is clearly no interest from other people.
It's not greed, it's just good domain value.
As you offended me this way, I will ignore every your bid or future message.
You're for sure not a man who knows what he wants.

This conversation is over.

Back on auction - it's still on, starting bid is 10$.
For all the info, check first post (OP).

Yes there's a difference between being on your phone online and being at a computer.

It doesn't matter, I don't wish to do business with someone who treats his customers so poorly.
1696  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Domain auction] FlareBet.com on: September 13, 2014, 02:42:41 PM
Facts:

- your payment was in fat delay even it is stated to be done in 24 hours
- I got no message from you until I posted that auction is re-running
- payment not received, so domain is still on auction.
- you got lucky once that this domain could go for 10$
- we had a deal in past, domain related again and you were in delay 3 days and I said nothing about it.

Please be honest and admit it.

If anyone doubt in this, does not have to bid or buy.
I just like fast transactions, as Bitcoin is made for that.

I don't even know what fat delay is.  You messaged me less than 2 hours after the 24 hour period.  I was away during the day.  Of course I didn't message you if I wasn't at a computer and you can't expect people to be at all times.  People have lives outside of this.

Your rules are setup to benefit you.  You are being greedy because you're not receiving as much as you would like for your domains even though there is clearly no interest from other people.

Are you going to starve if you receive $10 a couple hours or days after your demanding deadline when people finally get back to their computers?

If I get payment, will return it back.
So auction is still on and rules are the same.

What the hell are you talking about.  I told you to give me an address so that I could send the funds.

You ended the auction yesterday around 28 hours ago and I messaged you a couple hours ago to pay as I've been pretty busy and I'm not always at a computer.

Granted, I didn't pay within your rule of 24 hours by being a few hours late (which I disagree with because there's room for angling and it's not like I was outbidding or interfering with anyone else's offer), but there's no reason for you to make a rolling eyes emoticon especially that I've been a repeat customer for you.

AND... all over $10.  How petty.  You stated that you were going to put this back up for re-auction which is absolutely fine with me because I don't plan on doing any future business with you.

Good luck and Good day.
