Time management, in my opinion is a skill. A skill that comes naturally to some, while others would strive to attain. Time management skills are valued by employers on a recruitment drive and are always on the lookout for such a skill.
There are always things that are needed to get done and with so little time. That is where time management comes in.
Time management could be defined in a variety of ways. We could safely define management as a process of planning, organizing, directing, controlling of human and material resources to enable the objective achieve its aim/goal.
Time management involves planning, organizing of your tasks, activities and objectives.
Time management is critical and needed to safely achieve the goal set by either an individual or an organization. In an organization, it has been confirmed and proven that being able to effectively manage time has led to an increase in productivity and it’s general output.
Here are some strategies for the effective management of your valuable time.
1. Set a goal: Personally, I like to write down my goals(either short or long term goals). Having a goal would set and prepare your mind and helps an individual to focus on the tasks ahead
2. Plan: Planning is vital when doing literally anything. More important when you want to limit or prevent time wastages. With a plan, you could set and follow a well defined course.
3. Have a scale of preference: Having a scale of preference shows your wants, needs and tasks. It lets you arrange your tasks in order of importance and highlights your priorities. Having a scale of preference also helps keep you organized.
3. Break larger tasks into smaller ones: Breaking larger tasks into smaller ones helps make the tasks more achievable and easier. It also helps keeps you organized and focused on the tasks
4: Delegate: Delegation is very important in an organization and it helps keep things moving smoothly and quickly. It also helps eliminate time wastage in the workplace.
5. End procrastination: With procrastination, you’re never going to get anything done. You would keep pushing things to do at a later date until they pile up and become a huge problem later on.
6. Do away with distractions: Whatever that doesn’t contribute to the attainment of a set goal is a distraction and should be dropped. All unnecessary things that doesn’t help you achieve your goal is a distraction and distractions greatly help waste time.
Time is a valuable resource that when lost, can never be recovered anymore.

Competition in business is extremely important for the better performance of organisations, companies and entrepreneurs. It helps them to grow, think different, introduce new things and ideas on market. A healthy competition is extremely important for business and it affects prices alot as everyone wants to increase its sales in market and for that they keep prices in range. Competition helps to extend market size and to get rid of monoply.
The main disadvantages of competition in business are related to the fact that competition between individual companies, in fact, does not solve global human problems. What is the most important thing in the world? What is the biggest goal? This goal can be formulated as follows - to save humanity as a species. To do this, it is necessary to implement large technological infrastructure projects. In practice, such projects are carried out either by the state or by individual passionate individuals, like Elon Musk. In any case, this is not related to competition between individual companies. I disagree that what you stated is a disadvantage. A healthy competition in business alone cannot begin to solve world problems. World problems are broad and they’re massive and just cause competition can’t solve world problems, it doesn’t make it a disadvantage. While a healthy competition in business contributes to make our markets more safer, productive and better, it shouldn’t be blamed for problems of the world cause it fails to unilaterally solve them all. |

It’s obvious to all that Nigeria(a developing nation), is plagued by bad leadership. I do not think leaders when elected, forget the purpose of which they were elected. They simply turn a deaf ear and choose to do whatever they want cause they can. And without any accountability, who’s there to question him?
Cases of embezzlement of public funds is no new news to Nigerian politics, I find it hard to believe that a politician after being elected after 2 years, made his 5 year old kid a billionaire. That’s crazy.
I think that Nigeria is a somewhat young and growing nation and like many others, will certainly face trying and difficult times until it’s gotten right.

Everyone cannot possibly own a business and work for themselves. The idea of being your own boss and independent is in reality very achievable for some and a mirage for most.
And that’s why people take up second jobs or use their skills(another reason why skills are important) to earn and get another source of revenue.
We really can’t all be CEOs.

Mean! It is so obvious that Manchester City is a very good team, the team is very complete and determined. Imagine playing one man down and yet they are leading the possession and showing sign of even scoring goal than Fullham.
Even if Arsenal is topping the table, I am seriously rooting for Manchester City to be the champions of this year's English Premier League.
Damn and a penalty for Manchester City during the extra time. Both the team played well but i am really impressed with the way Manchester City was playing with 10 man and challenging Fulham all the time even though they were not able to score goals but finally they got the lucky penalty to score and they scored and it was not the best of penalty kicks but the goalie was in a poor position to handle that. So am I! Manchester city has now won the game following a penalty taken and scored by Haaland. Manchester city played well and withstood tremendous pressure all the whole, playing with 10 men. They truly deserve this win as they played and strives for a goal. The penalty taken by Haaland would have been caught but as luck would have it, it brushed past the goalies gloves and went into the back of the net. |

The second half kicks off and Manchester City isn’t really doing any better than how they played for the last 30 minutes of the first half. They’ve still got the ball possession stats though.
It seems Manchester city are about bringing out the big guns, with Foden and Haaland warming up by the sidelines. Hopefully, they would make more of an impact on the game.

Manchester City still haven't fielded Haaland in the early minutes for the match against Fulham, Julian Alvarez will replace Haaland who is currently on the bench. It is possible to play in the second half considering Haaland has just returned from injury after missing several matches in the primer league and also in the champions league. Even without Haaland in the starting eleven, I don't think Manchester City will have any trouble getting 3 points from Fulham. Predicting City easy to win above 3 goals opponent with Fulham and Julian Alvarez still have chance for scoring goals.
It's still 1-1 for city against fulham. City doesn't look impressive without haaland. Haaland is a way for city to make lots of goals as he was a goal machine. The first half is almost passed and city is not yet finding a good way to make another goal against fulham. It seems like that the result may be draw on this match. Fulham's defensive looks very impressive against city. City was being so difficult to make and maximize the golden chance to make goal against fulham. Im still waiting for a good result by city on the second half. Half time now and the score line is still 1-1. Manchester city is playing still well despite being a man down. Also, Manchester city is predicted to win and with the current stats on ball possessions and shots on targets, it’s no surprise. I think the red card gotten is affecting their performance a bit but they play so well, one wouldn’t notice they’ve got a man down. Haaland would probably be introduced in the second half of the game and he could be the spark that could turn things around. |

David de Gea and Alejandro Garnacho became players who were instrumental for Manchester United beating Real Sociedad. As a Manchester United fan, I would like to congratulate Alejandro Garnacho. A talented young man from Argentina who idolizes Cristiano Ronaldo.
Garnancho is like a player who in fact he dares to attack into the opponent's defense and is not selfish especially he is a young player. I hope that Garnancho is often played by Tan Hag, hopefully next year he will get a golden boy. on the other hand De Gea goalkeeper who deserves to enter the Spanish national team for the World Cup. Evidently in every match he managed to make unexpected saves. After God David De Gea is the next to save people especially every single player for Man United it's a shame that the coach failed to pick him for the world Cup which will start in the next 8 day's. Garnacho was responsible for the only goal for man utd and the single goal was not enough to make them leaders of that group since what needed was two goals. I wouldn’t exactly place David de Gea next to God in terms of saving people but I get your point. In the last match against Real Sociedad, the pressure was on Manchester United as Real Sociedad played a fast paced ball and had Manchester United running round the pitch. David de Gea was very instrumental in Manchester United 1-0 win as he saved a lot of goal bound shots played in by Real Sociedad. Having more shots and goal bound shots shows Real Sociedad to be the aggressor in the game. |

Real Madrid is the team that has the best chances because of their track records.
Manchester City is a good contender in the Champions League and everyone knows they can't be written off.
Next is Bayern Munich and Psg, both has equal and good chances.
I don't count Liverpool in this year's favourites because they are not, they just managed I'm the group match. They may not survive the next round.
You’re right about one thing. Liverpool isn’t really among the top 5 contenders for the race to win the cup. They’ve got a great team and still play beautifully well, but not as they played with Mane around. Liverpool’s gameplay took a hit with the departure of Mane and in my opinion, they’re yet to recover enough to be a serious threat in the champions league. While Real Madrid has a good chance of winning, I see some other clubs out there as real contenders. Manchester City and PSG are also great contenders. Personally, I think Manchester city has a great shot at winning the champions league this season. I think It’s pretty obvious to most that Manchester city has got a great team coupled with fantastic gameplay and has a shot at winning the league. |

Manchester united had their winning yesterday against real Sociedad but failed to equal the goal difference among them. It's frustrating to face one of the teams knockout of the group stage in the championship league. Erik ten hag motivating his players to multiple the goals in the second halve, it just couldn't work out because real Sociedad had a formdable defend and all united efforts were consider not good enough. Let's see if united can defeats one of the UEFEA team.
Manchester United’s performance in the game against Real Sociedad was okay. They could have also played better than what they displayed. Real Sociedad had a lot of chances at goal but was all thwarted by the ever galant David de Gea. Real Sociedad were hungry for goals and it showed in the game. The game was fast paced and I believe it was Real Sociedad that made it so. But Manchester United also wasn’t ready to lose the game and strived to get a second goal to top its group, but Real Sociedad had a sturdy defense and denied Manchester United the top spot in the group. |

Human are full of planning and all day living required a total planning and working on, whatever you does as a man or living being depends on total planning and it's a paramount thing in live which we can escape from it. Any man or woman who fails to working with planning is then planning to fails both in all areas of our livihood, to succeed in all our day to day activities are of planning.
Planning is indeed an important part before doing anything and sometimes people ignore it, when we make a plan also make sure we know what to do, at least with that plan you can minimize the risk and I think that's the important thing You’re right. With a plan, an individual could minimize the risk of failure. Having a plan for doing something doesn’t necessarily mean It would work out fine. It means your chances of success is much higher. Planning helps us to be focused in the task at hand and that gives us an edge over a task not planned and prepared for. |

A girl supposedly pregnant in your residence died after supposedly taking the covid vaccines and you’re now screaming pregnant women should avoid the vaccines. I’m wondering what research you’ve done to ultimately conclude about the covid vaccines being bad for pregnant women after loads of medical health experts have certified it okay for pregnant women.
I doubt you’re a medical health expert and I don’t think you should fault the covid vaccines outright for the death of the girl and you definitely shouldn’t spread untruths about the vaccines being bad for pregnant women.
An autopsy would bring to light the cause of her death.
