Maybe this guy has been hounded enough considering he's stated he's going to pay?
The comments about taking personal responsibility when receiving a loan are valid, but I see no reason to continue to argue the point if he's going to pay when he says he will.
Dank - I would just pay your debts as soon as you can and stop arguing with your creditors; it doesn't help you and it doesn't help them.

Thanks, excellent overview! Looks like you need to improve your rates though - last place (even of the non-BS&T depositors)?? I'd like to echo this - only because I consider Patrick the most trustworthy and I would love to not be tempted by others higher rates!

Anyone experiencing delays with "Metro Bank (UK)" GBP withdrawals? Yes, I requested a withdrawal over 24 hours ago. Any update on this, Intersango?

I preferred MtGox's method of just typing in the amount to sell and clicking 'Go'. Then who or what determines how much EUR or USD you're getting for your bitcoins? The lowest ask price I assume.

So, an organisation that asks for notarized ID before transferring $100k is a scammer? Even if they were possibly forced to do so, by law?
Have I not read the thread properly, or is this what Liberty Payout is claiming?

A very useful thread - thank you.

To the lender: look through dank's post history. He has repaid quite a few loans, so I don't think he will default.
He once requested a large loan to purchase a bike, hence the above posts.

Swearing publicly at people in the UK can get you arrested for "breach of the peace" why should in cyber-space it be OK. I'm all for non-censorship and often swear myself when in private conversation with my close friends but this is a public domain and big source of information for bitcoin based subjects. Please don't limit it to young and adolescent males.
Maybe being arrested for simply swearing in public is fucking ridiculous. People who get offended by certain words lack maturity and shouldn't be pandered to. As for your wider points - I think this forum is generally a good beacon for bitcoin. In my experience most of the discussion on here is very well informed. There are certain posters that consistently post garbage, but it's the price we may for free speech and non-censorship. And they don't ruin the overall experience.

It would be great if you could increase the Metro withdrawals from daily to twice daily or even more often.
Combined with faster payments, this would make your service unbeatable.
